Love the group fitness classes. There is a variety of classes to choose from, mostly in the morning and evenings. Also love that they have a sauna, the men and women's are separate. Recently stopped by this location. The spacing of the equipment has not changed. Not surprisingly, there was a Cane Corso off lease. This concern had been addressed with the owner, the facilities management twice, and via Yelp. I don't recommend this location due management's lack of attention and follow up with their customer concerns. Guess I will wait for the Crunch automated response acknowledging, apologizing, and encouraging me to contact the facility manager with concerns. Been there done that. The music was so loud from the aerobics class in the aerobics room that I couldn't hear the music from my 105 db earbuds in the next room two rows of treadmills away. when I comment to the front desk they just laughed it off. then the next day they moved the speaker and the obnoxious instructor to the treadmills. Crunch kids during the daytime is phenomenal! The women are very trustworthy, down to earth, & my kids love it. The instructors for classes are friendly, welcoming, & knowledgeable. Been here almost 6 months and truly enjoy it! read more

I was a member for a couple of months, but once they found out I worked for a competing gym, they canceled my membership. I was promised a refund for two monthly payments, but after three months, countless calls, and repeated assurances that the refund was "coming soon," I still haven't received anything. With *cancel at anytime* they charge a $60 dollar once a year service fee for the machines Which I understand and think can be fair. But I was just trying the gym out. I barely had a membership 3 weeks maybe a month. cancelled it almost a month and a half ago. And was told I wouldn't have to pay the fee because of such and such days. Big fan of Crunch! Other than it being busy most of the time, the staff is great. Facilities are clean, and equipment is always working. I would like to see more of a selection of products for sale but other than that I would recommend Crunch to anyone. read more

My sister is an avid fitness person and works out everyday. She use to go to Lifetime and I will say I loved that place. Not only do they have everything but the customer service was amazing. My sister kept telling me about this new gym, Crunch that is closer to her house and has alot of different stuff here too and wanted me to try it. Now Lifetime Fitness would always show me a 7day pass to go with her. I don't live here but the managers would let me. However we I came into town this week and she kept telling me to go, I decided to go with her and try it. Thursday, February 27th the 2 female's were amazing and friendly and it was a great experience. I wanted to try this gym bc I will be flying back and forth and will eventually move here and I'm interested in starting the membership for when I come her to visit until I move here, but then today happened. Saturday, March 1st. This female worker obviously is having a bad day or doesn't like working on weekends. I went to the counter to ask for assistance and she stood with her back to me and continued to ignore me while she did her paperwork. Then a male with a membership cane up behind me. She finally came over to help him and ignored me. He pointed out to her that I obviously was there first, then she chastised him and told him he didn't need her help and to just scan his phone and she continued to help him and still ignore me. Then after he left she asked me what I needed. She never looked me in my eyes and acted disgusted that she had to respond to me. This ruined my experience here. I would rather drive farther and have great customer experience from the employees then to be mistreated. It's called great customer service. I decided to read reviews after I walked out and left and I see they have a problem here with that. This reflects management and I will be reporting to the corporate office. This girl needs to learn how to help customers bc she just lost a membership sell. read more

My family was charged almost $90(each) even though they were promised $1 to sign up and then 3 months free THEN $30 a month! When they went to cancel(because it's outrageous to pay $89 for a single month) it STILL charged them because they "needed" 30 days to qualify for a refund. It is right before thanksgiving and christmas, this is supposed to be an affordable gym so families can get the physical activity they need. I am utterly disgusted at the greed from this company RIGHT before the holidays which is already a hard time for many families and individuals. Shame on everyone involved with this company. I hope everyone realizes this is unacceptable and cancels their membership! read more

I was so excited to join this new to Tulsa gym. I certainly enjoy the boutique gyms sometimes, but it's always good to have a membership at a big box gym, and I love this one! I switched from PF when Crunch opened across the street, specifically because I have a toddler and PF does not offer babysitting and sometimes I need it. Memberships here are quite affordable for what you get. Brand new equipment and plenty of it! The tanning beds are strong. Staff are excited and friendly, whether it is the trainers, babysitters, janitors or the desk staff. I have not tried a class yet, but they look to offer plenty of different types of classes throughout the day (another reason I switched) ranging from spin to HIIT to yoga and everything in between. I am loving this new gym and suggest it to anyone! read more

I will be cancelling my membership of this damn gym. Crunch has been overhyped, and is a huge disappointment, as its free weights and resistance equipment are certainly not as good Tulsa's VASA Fitness. Furthermore, I could not believe it when its group fitness coordinator, Shannon Majtyka, let go Jen Weatherman as a cycling instructor. This decision illustrates a problem with the fitness industry, which is polluted with instructors, personal trainers, fitness coordinators, managers etc., who do not keep up with the latest trends, research and scientific methods when it comes to fitness and condition. Yes, Shannon, I am also a Schwinn Certified cycling instructor, also an ACE certified personal trainer, and because I can admit that I don't know it all, I seek the advice of those who have credentials and expertise in what I am looking for. I realize that you must keep an open mind to different and proven approaches to make gains--something that all members strive for. I started cycling in 1999, and I can easily say that I have forgotten more names of instructors than those that I can remember. Easy to do since I may cycle as many as 7 times a week. The instructor that Shannon let go--Jen Weatherman--is easily one of the best, if not the best instructor who I have seen on a bike. And her unique style of cycling to Tulsa--whether you call it Rhythm Ride or Beat Boss-- is becoming a huge favorite at gyms throughout the country. Like you, Shannon, I was taught that the Schwinn way is the best way, but like all forms of training--you hit plateaus unless you make changes. I used to wear a heart rate monitor and I noticed that when I took Jen's class, my fitness numbers reached a level that I had not seen before. One final note, had it not been for Jen, I would have never stepped inside Crunch Fitness in Tulsa--now, I regret I ever did. For wasting my time, I expect a full and complete refund. I was super excited to go to this gym, I signed up. Unfortunately with my current pregnancy I am high risk and unable to workout. I have tried ma any times on the app to freeze my account since February. No answer back from the gym, no email and no phone calls. It's very frustrating being charged and month after month and not having a response from them. I called the gym, theyrecommended me to write and mail them a letter with my request and I did. Well to my surprise I was charged again. Good place for a simple workout, bathrooms are usually clean. Equipment is well maintained and gym-goers aren't too rowdy or obnoxious. Spoke with the male trainers and they seem arrogant and judgemental. Don't know about the female trainers, they are kinda hot though. It's a good middle ground for people who don't want Baby-Mode Workouts (*ahemPlanetFitness*) and aren't looking for good trainers or serious programs. read more

They absolutely lied and now are trying to charge me for my "2 free months" and the yearly fee! I tried canceling since they charged me in my initaial free month for joining early and another free month for bringing a friend along! I spoke with a manager and they told me to "Read my contract, it doesn't specify when the free months will be given". I am a single teacher and a foster parent that had not budgeted for this charge and they refuse to give it back. When I brought up canceling, she let me know that my "yearly dues would be charged in November". I have been once. I had 2 free months. Still charging me and now the yearly fee. I tried contacting corporate but all of these franchises do not have a corporate number and the managers at least at the Broken Arrow gym were unhelpful and did not seem concerned that I needed this money and was budgeting my monthly income based on the emails I received from them showing my free month and another free month for referring a friend.
