This place has a beautiful and inviting atmosphere. Dim lighting with a fake candle lit and beautiful for couples but families as well. Service was amazing, We had welcoming host and servers. Presentation of the food was the quality of a 5 star restaurant. Only complaint was the food quality. My wife ordered a beautiful salmon and the taste was there, however the fish was raw. I ordered a French onion soup and the best part was the melted cheese, sadly the rest of the flavor was not there. The manager covered the bill and sent the host to deliver apologies. My wife and I did opt to still tip and paid for the soda. We did leave with a not so great taste in our mouth, we may in the future try this place again. read more

1 star Really disappointing experience at Crush at MGM, especially for what should have been a special birthday dinner. The biggest issue started with the menu, it listed halibut, which is exactly what I came for, only to be told it's "not in season." If that's the case, why is it still on the menu? It set the tone for the rest of the evening. Drinks were average at best. My wife's entrée came out overcooked, and my substitute dish (sea bass, since the halibut wasn't actually available) was honestly terrible. The portion was maybe 3 ounces--shockingly small for the price point. I follow a keto diet and specifically asked for melted butter, which the staff did provide. However, the fish arrived covered in a sauce that was never mentioned on the menu. I was told it had no sugar or carbs, but it clearly tasted sweet. After one bite, I didn't feel comfortable continuing and had to leave most of the dish untouched. For a $200+ meal, this was a complete miss--poor execution, lack of transparency on the menu, and overall not worth it. We dined here on Saturday, August 29, 2026. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was genuinely good - both our server and the gentleman refilling our water were kind and attentive. Unfortunately, the food fell flat across the board. The $47 salmon was entirely forgettable - neither outright bad nor flavorful, and nowhere near worth the price tag. The $17 mac and cheese suffered the same fate. The Margherita pizza was particularly disappointing and nearly inedible: the crust lacked any crispness, acidic tomatoes overwhelmed the dish, and the few wisps of basil scattered on top offered zero aroma or flavor. For a classic dish where fresh basil should shine, it was virtually absent. While steep prices are par for the course on the Strip, paying a premium should come with food that matches the bill. It turns out the restaurant is closing on September 12, 2026. Seeing how unresponsive they are to complaints on Google, Yelp and OpenTable, one could conclude that management simply doesn't care about doing right by the customer. It appears it and the kitchen staff already have one foot out the door, unwilling and uniterested in "setting the stage for an unforgettable dining experience" as promised on the MGM website. read more

Good food, good service! I was dressed super casual (gym clothes basically) after taking a walk on the strip. I wanted to eat somewhere good but didn't want to change clothes. I was able to tuck away in a booth on the side, watch tv on my phone and have a nice meal by myself. It was perfect! The short rib gnocchi was fabulous. Not your typical gnocchi. It had a bit of a crust of the outside and soft inside which made it very unique. I really enjoyed it. I also had the Brussel sprouts. If you like your sprouts crispy, I don't recommend these. I chose Crush because I specifically asked the hostess if the restaurant accepted the MGM Grand food & beverage credit, and she told me it did. Unfortunately, we found out at the end of out stay that it wasn't covered, which was very disappointing. Staff should know this information or verify it before giving guests incorrect information. Our group of 14 (in town for two big birthday celebrations) had a great evening and dining experience with John. He and his crew took excellent care of us as we enjoyed everything on the menu! Started the night with drinks and appetizers. The crispy shrimp with the spicy dipping sauce was my favorite. Dinner for me and the hubs was shrimp risotto (shrimp were so tender and flavorful!), lobster mac & cheese, French onion soup and the best Italian flat bread pizza with a spicy honey drizzle. We had a later arrival than we e le red and cancelled our reservation. When we arrived they were happy to seat us. The restaurant is very pretty and away from the noisiest parts of the casino. We had a really unfortunate visit here recently. We came during the MGM Cyber Attack meltdown. And while some service lapses during that confusing time were to be expected, what happened here was just bad. We had a reservation and were seated promptly. The place wasn't busy. Our server was friendly and quick to get drink orders and answer any questions we had about the menu. We have dined at most places at MGM Grand but not Crush, so we were really looking forward to this. The cheesesteak dumplings weren't bad, but not as interesting as the menu description alludes to. And at $23, they're overpriced. I'd skip these. I don't remember what else we ordered and it doesn't matter because we never received anything else. We had our appetizer and the server came over several times to fill up water and iced tea. But no food. We started looking around and noticed that no one in the restaurant seemed to have any food. That was curious. After sitting for 45 minutes, we finally decided that enough was enough and got up to leave. We were hungry and frustrated that no one was explaining or even acknowledging what was happening. We went to the hostess stand and asked to pay for what we had already "enjoyed". After checking with the kitchen, the hostess or manager came back and told us that there was no charge and apologized. We still don't know what happened. And honestly, we wouldn't have left or been unhappy if someone had just TOLD us that there was an issue. We understood that the MGM properties were all dealing with extraordinary challenges but just let us know that there is a problem and that the food is indeed coming out. Tell us that the computers are down and the kitchen is slow although that doesn't really explain why they can't make a burger. I can't imagine why our server didn't say something. Anything. So we left. Very disappointing all the way around. I suppose we'll give it another shot at some point as we like staying at MGM Grand, but we're in no hurry. read more

The only negative was where we were seated - again we didn't have a res and got seated quick so we took what we could get and were grateful - it was a table that was connected but lower to the bar which was awkward. One side, you felt like you were behind the bar, and the other, since you're lower than the bar seats you end up staring at someone's bum the whole time. Odd. The atmosphere was nice and the food was ok. I ordered a burger since I have so many food allergies. It was good, but a bit salty. My husband ordered the salmon and felt it was a little under cooked. The waitress, was less than friendly to us. While telling her no dairy since I'm lactose intolerant, she wouldn't look at me and barely acknowledged me.
