We were a party of 7 and we dined here on a Friday afternoon/evening. Follow the signs and ask for directions when dining here. It's an open air restaurant so it can get hot despite having umbrellas, misters and blowers. We were fine but one of our friends was partially in the sun so we were switching seats. The server clearly told us once they take our order not to move but we still did. We had to get our friend out of the sun. Service was absolutely great with Ari. This is a great outdoor space on a rooftop in the Paris Casino. Make a reservation because it is very popular. Umbrellas and misters keep it very comfortable. We were all about the French vibe and we were pleased with what we got. Mimosas by the carafe were available and we saw many people ordering them. I had a mocktail with coconut water and juices. It was good but just ok. We ordered escargot for appetizers and the blueberry pound cake. The escargot were perfect! 7 beautiful plump escargot in the shells with butter and garlic. Also a crispy piece of baguette was included for an accompaniment. So yummy and exactly what we expected. The avocado toast was on a croissant which elevated the presentation and flavor. Every bite was buttery, and soft with a little crunch to add a nice texture. The French toast was soft and luscious. It was grilled on the outside with a pillowy soft inside. Today was my third time there, and every time getting worse. Food is so so, something delicious like the crème brûlées waffles, some food no taste. Aperol tower tasted like aperol with water only. OK, I really loved coming here for their Chéri Rooftop experience. So one of my favorite companies rented out the rooftop for a private party at the conference that I attended. It was wonderful to actually come through the hotel casino to get upstairs to this place. They have elevator service to get you in there, and I love how they have added Security so that only the people for the private event are able to attend. I did have an opportunity to use the restrooms and they were very clean. And I feel like even though we were on a rooftop, the venue was decent and the sound was great. They had several bartenders, and there were so many people that the bartender lines were a little bit slow however it didn't take away from the experience at the rooftop. Been to Vegas a zillion times and never been here! Saw a TikTok which inspired our group to go. Check-in was in the main floor with a nice staircase to the second floor. Been wanting to try this place for some time so I came for restaurant week. It's easy to find from inside of the hotel. You just walk up the staircase and then get on the elevator afterwards. The entree was the Steak Frites which I asked for medium well but it was a little too red for my liking and it didn't have any flavor. We asked for a1 sauce and was charged $4 but wasn't told prior to getting it. It would've been nice to be informed of the charge. The last course was Vanilla Crème Brulée and it was on point. It was rather confusing having to take two elevators going through two restaurants to get to Cheri. This was the only option if you did not want to take the stairs and one elevator. However, our server who was really a nice attentive guy, never mentioned David's birthday, nor was David given any special treats such as a cupcake, etc.. Our dishes included, ravioli, lobster, mac & cheese, salmon, Chicken Cordon Bleu, dry, martini, bacon appetizer, potato, and bacon appetizer, and two lemonades. The lemonade was a lemon, flavored drink, not real lemonade. My son's both enjoy their salmon and lobster mac & cheese and my husband liked his chicken Cordon Bleu. My ravioli was just OK, a dish that I would not order again. The restaurant was half empty when we arrived. We had Incredible views of the Bellagio fountains, which put on a water show every 6 to 10 minutes. The table with the comfy cushions gave the restaurant ambience, and we really enjoyed sitting outside in perfect weather with all the great views, however, management should ensure that the cushion seats are wiped off between guest because some were dirty and also the window seal next to the tables should also get a daily scrubbing because we did notice dust and bird droppings. Because of the ambience of being outside on the roof and enjoying the strip views, I would visit again, but my choice of food selections would be very different. read more

I also had to make changes to the time which was easy to do on the Open Table app. It will also send you auto reminders to confirm/change plans prior to your reserved day/time. When asked about a booth she rudely said she couldn't accommodate. When we were seated it was one of the few tables in the Sun. When we spoke to the same rude girl she said they were just bringing an umbrella but the second girl interrupted and moved us to the shaded area. The rude girl walked us to our table annoyed. However, food is very mid and price point is high but that's expected with eating on the strip. I also did not appreciate that we had a couple things taken off the table without them being finished, such as our bag drink and an appetizer. Granted, there wasn't much left but servers should've asked if we were done. I honestly wouldn't return as the value just isn't there. We came at 1 for our 115 seating and were asked to wait for 115. We sat down and then had to wait for 20 minutes for our server to even acknowledge us. We asked for an umbrella as the sun was beaming and she told us none were available. After we had to point one out she had someone set it up. We then waited an additional 10 minutes for her to come back and take our orders. We all ordered medium burgers and only 1 of the 4 of us got a medium burger. After waiting an additional 30 minutes.
