Buddy V's was about the only joint we hadn't tried in the Venetian/Palazzo. We tried it recently and glad we did. Staff is professional and polite. Sat shortly after showing up at our res time. Drink orders taken straight away. Bread provided pre-dinner. Soft, warm. Got the calamari as an app. Excellent. Lightly breaded and fried. Nice aioli as well as a pickled veggie dip. Wifey and I both went with the chicken parm. Coulda easily shared, but we got our own. Solid. Didn't sample any of their booze or dessert, but both looked good. Prices reasonable.

My family had a great experience here Friday evening. We tried 5 things - 2 appetizers, 2 entrees and one side - and all of the items were delicious. The service was great: friendly and efficient. We sat out on the front garden area and it was very pleasant. When we were seated, we received bread and herbed-oil. The bread was delicious. Nice and crisp crust with soft bread. Yum. Eggplant Parm appetizer - 3 nice-size slices of lightly breaded eggplant in a delicious tomato sauce. Panzella Caprese salad - a nice portion of salad in a tasty vinegrette. I really enjoyed the croutons and the burrata cheese. Branzino - excellent. The three of us applauded how delicious this was. The skin was perfectly grilled/charred and the meat was moist and flavorful. We all agreed this was excellent and an excellent value for the price. Chicken Marsala - another great dish. The chicken was moist and the Marsala was delicious. The pasta accompanying the dish was tender in a pleasant butter-based sauce. Broccolini - a nice-size side portion for sharing. Excellent meal and service. Recommend without hesitation.

Had a great dinner here. Food was all really good (and love the free bread service before the meal). Staff were very friendly. Atmosphere was a bit loud but very on theme

This is our go to Italian restaurant whenever we're visiting Las Vegas. Please make reservations ahead of time. You do have to put in your credit card to secure your reservation. They will not seat you until your reservation time. So if up show up at 5:15pm and your reservation is set at 5:30pm, you will have to wait. They have a menu at the front, so that gives you time to look and see what you'll want to order. Service is quick. Once you sit down, they get your drink order. You get complimentary bread & that is yummy. We've been eating here I'd say..., for the last 2-3 years & the food never disappoints. Flavors and quality of food is consistent. Their desserts are good too! But if you get a dessert to-go, it will not have ice cream. It's best to eat the dessert there. So try to make room for it. Decorations up on the walls are rustic, Italian. There's even rolling pins & whisks hanging. If you're looking for a quiet, romantic place, this isn't it. It's loud & casual. Not everyone is dressed up.

This is one of the best Italian restaurants I've ever had. The chicken Parm was definitely the best I've ever had and taste homemade. Can't wait to try their Sunday sauce.

Heard so much about this restaurant we had to try . Nice ambience and not noisy at all with view of the strip. We ordered the branzino with arugula potato salad , chicken parm with shafts, and the Sunday gravy with rigatoni. All delicious good size portion . The service was 5 star with Josephine(Josie) and David . These two were so attentive and always smiling . We will be back again definitely ! Thanks Buddy V for a nice birthday experience for my wife .

With no reservations easy walk in was seated immediately. Our waiter was excellent, always checking in on us serivng us water, drinks and the BREAD! I wish i had his name, he had a great attitude. You get fresh bread with olive oil & vinegar once you order. We all ordered the $40 price fix dinner menu. Soup, salad, pasta dessert i thought it would'nt be enough for me but wow i was full! Food was SLAMMIN! Pasta was perfectly cooked al dente and the chicken parm was on POINT! On the strip food was a little sus but definitely not a a let down!

I've been obsessed with Buddy (Carlo) ever since I used to watch every episode of cake boss. I contemplated on having his bakery pastries sent to me in California. I opted to visit the restaurant and the bakery. I am so excited I did. My best friend and I who have been best friends since we were 7 are now almost 50 took my first trip in 16 yrs to Vegas on a plane also my first. Our waiter was David and he was absolutely amazing. So informative about any of our menu questions and his hospitality was unmatched. All of the servers were also amazing. My Bestie doesn't typically care for Italian food and she said hands-down, This is the best Italian she's ever eaten at and I concur with the statement as I've eaten at many Italian places. We ordered three entrées so we could have one to take back to the hotel with us for the morning after. Although we did order five pastries at the bakery, we were suggested to have the tiramisu that she wanted to try at the restaurant because it was even better. So we did and she loved it. The restaurant was beautiful and it felt like I was eating at a restaurant The Late Actor, James Gandolfini (Tony and Carm would've eaten) at. It's a must try if you're coming to Vegas we had our reservation after we went on the indoor gondola ride, which was so fun and iconic for us. We also were so delighted that our waiter arranged for us to go with the manager Emily into the speakeasy that is newly opened. I'm still on cloud nine since I'm back in my hotel room a day later and we had all of our pastries and pizza that we took home for breakfast. Thank you so much for the amazing experience. David you are WONDERFUL ! I will be telling everyone about it and this was a dream come true for me!!!

My family and I absolutely LOVE this place and keep coming back! I always order the rigatoni, it's so good that I literally dream about it. If I could eat this pasta every day, I would! For appetizers, we like to switch it up between the meatballs, calamari, garlic bread, and the charcuterie board. Every single one is packed with flavor and absolutely delicious. We don't usually even like meatballs or calamari, but we'll happily order them every time we eat here! The charcuterie board is also a great choice, with a nice variety that's perfect for sharing. The cocktails are fantastic, too. I especially love their themed drinks, like the Backstreet Boys and Wizard of Oz cocktails. They're creative, delicious, and priced about what you'd expect on the Strip (around $17-22 each). This restaurant is definitely a splurge, but it's worth every penny. The food is consistently amazing, the service is attentive and friendly, and every visit has been a great experience. It's one of our favorite restaurants in Las Vegas, and we'll definitely keep coming back!

My daughter and I enjoyed a late lunch at Buddy V's during our 48 hours in Vegas recently... Our experience was solid. I called ahead to make sure they were open and could accommodate us and the hostess said to come on in. The restaurant itself is a bit difficult to find as it's in a hallway of the Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian Resort, but we made our way there and were seated promptly. Buddy V's offers a fun old school Italian ambiance. It's clean and spacious and has comfortable booths, tables and I think a bar as well. Service was attentive and friendly. They also asked right off the bat if we had dietary restrictions. (We don't but I appreciated them asking). We decided to order a Caesar Salad with shrimp, a plain cheese pizza, and the eggplant parm appetizer to share. They also brought some delicious bread with olive oil for dipping. We enjoyed it all. Needless to say, we had more than enough food. I felt bad that there was so much leftover and we were heading home that evening so we couldn't take it with us. We were too full to try dessert even though they offer an extensive dessert menu. If you find yourself in the area, this place won't blow you away, but it's very good!

    Margherita Pizza and lobster rossa

I'm giving this place a 5/5. This was such a great dining experience from start to finish. David, our waiter, was amazing. He took great care of us and was genuinely funny, which made the whole meal even better. We ordered the spaghetti and meatballs, a margherita pizza, lobster spaghetti, and wine. The lobster spaghetti was hands down the best pasta I've had in a long time. I would absolutely go back just for that. The margherita pizza was also really good with a crispy thin crust that hit just right. The spaghetti and meatballs were okay, not bad, just not something I'd order again when there are better options on the menu. One small thing, we went at night and the lights from outside were really bright and a bit distracting. Maybe adding some curtains or something to help reduce that would make the experience even better. Overall, the food was great, the prices felt fair, and the service really stood out. I'd definitely recommend Buddy V's Ristorante and would come back to try more.

Spectacular dining experience. Host sat us next to the window so we got a little view of the strip. I was a little hesitant with a "celebrity" restaurant but I was honestly very impressed! The pasta dishes that we tried were amazing and I'm still thinking about them. We got the chicken Parmesan and the rigatoni dish. The meal comes with a little bit of bread and oil. This is located at the Venetian and right across the restaurant is the Carlos bakery shop - as a former watcher of the show I had a great time and it was cool to visit this in person!

Thank you to the manager that gave my daughter a signed photo of Buddy! She is a super fan so it made her day and trip! We were in town to see the Backstreet Boys and she was more excited for the autograph than the show LOL

Ask the Community - Buddy V’s Ristorante

How big are the pizzas? Are they big enough to split?

We ordered the pizza with an eggplant appetizer and it was more than enough for 2 people. We had 2 slices leftovers

    What are the lunch hours?

I went for lunch, and the menu was the same as for dinner. Good but expensive. Not sure what time they open (guess I could just look on their Yelp page).

    Do you have air conditioning?

They have air conditioning but give it a dessert feel and make guests sweat for the food and charge a nominal fee for their experience

Do I need to make a reservation?

It really depends on when you're planning on going. Most of the time, no, but on a Friday or Saturday night I would to be safe.

Do they do anything special for birthday? Free dessert or something? Thanks!

Yes My husband surprised me with an anniversary dessert!

Can the lasagna be made without meat?

Yes, need to request it prior, probably call vegetarian lasagna

I have the madam Tussaud's trio package , if I come for lunch is the package still valid ? Or do I need to make a dinner reservation?

We went in for lunch. You get a separate menu for the wax museum package. It's the same for lunch or dinner.…

    Which casino are you near?

It’s in the Venetian heading towards the Sands Convention Center.

Does anyone know when or what time frame do they have live band there?

I've never seen a band there.

    What are the lunch hours?

    11-3

Do you have Gluten Free options?

Not many but our waitress did an excellent job with gf suggestions.

    Are reservations required?

No but HIGHLY recommend. We made ours a month in advance for a 7pm Monday. That weekend we realized maybe we'd try for a little earlier and they were packed with no more reservations. When we got there for our reservation, we were sat right at 7.

What is price of La Famiglia Prix Fixe?

$34 or $35, I was there a couple of weeks ago for lunch.

Is the express lunch still an option?

Hello Lindsey, Yes we still offer our Express Menu during Saturday and Sunday lunch only.…

Hi Christopher When will the band be back? We love dining at Buddy V's and make reservations for…

Hello Liz We hope soon. You can follow us on social media for all updates on the band. We appreciate your business. Thank you!…

Can you bring your own wine? Corkage fee?

Hello Vanessa. Yes you can bring your own wine! Corkage fee is $35.…

    Still doing happy hour?

Yes. 4pm - 6pm daily in the lounge

Do I need a reservation for lunch on a Saturday?

I wouldn't think so as my wife and I stopped by for lunch without one. You can call ahead or look at open table.

    Sunday brunch prices?

It’s $39.95 for adults and $14.95 under 10 yrs old. Bottomless drinks are $16.95

All I remember was going through the casino areas of Paris Hotel, and then going down one floor to the Horseshoe area to reach this bar just minutes before closing on a Friday close to midnight. I quickly grabbed a seat at the bar area and perused the menu, which has a ton of drinks, beers, wines, mocktails and even snacks. Even when close to closing time, patrons filled up all the bar seating which isn't a lot; most seating was couches and tables near the knickknacks. I got myself the Bee's Knees, which is cranberry and pineapple juice, apple puree, cinnamon fire syrup and some ginger beer according to their menu just outside the front entrance. I can only describe the taste as a sweetened fruit juice with a ton of fizz from the ginger beer, and the pineapple and apple came out on top for overpowering the drink overall. Some mint leaves and a slice of grapefruit were added in, and the mint leaves made this drink feel more like a special cocktail. This and other mocktails is $13 before tax, so pretty high price especially when considering their other alcoholic drinks are not that much higher than that... I actually still loved my drink, though! It was a nice wrap-up for my last day in Vegas and I'm curious now to look a lot more carefully at the stuff on the walls if I ever come here again!

On another note- sadly- drunk people are extremely rude and mouthy and try to take away from the show but Kent handled it superbly. Honestly- people should have been kicked out, but he handled it with class and brilliance...never missing a beat. Great show!

I've seen a lot of shows in Las Vegas, but Kent's performance stayed with me long after it ended…read more What moved me most wasn't just the mystery or the storytelling. It was the integrity behind every moment. Before the séance began, Kent took the time to explain the experience, set thoughtful expectations, and acknowledge the emotional weight of what some audience members might feel. That level of care is incredibly rare. It was clear he wasn't trying to manipulate emotions or convince anyone of anything. Instead, he created a space where curiosity, wonder, and respect could exist together. His passion for his craft is unmistakable, but it's his character that makes the show unforgettable. In a city known for spectacle, Kent reminded me that the most powerful performances come from authenticity. I left feeling more than entertained. I left genuinely moved. If you're looking for an experience that makes you think, feel, and reflect long after the show ends, this is it. I'll absolutely be back.
