Wellp this was def not what we thought it was going to be. The interior is a HUGE letdown. Considering this is based off of a ranch that a director owns I was expecting movie set themed restaurant but since it's a pop up they are sharing a space with another restaurant that operates out of the space for breakfast and lunch. We didn't order a lot but the Cesar salad was the best thing we had. It was one of the best I've ever had. The steak was steak and the tuna was just not good. It was cut too thick to be called crudo and the prep just wasn't sitting on the pallet well but it was a pretty presentation. The service was spot on. The meat coming directly from the ranch takes care of any minor deficiencies you might encounter. The Yellowstone theme is subtle, but I would rather it be that than overkill. It's cozy and welcoming. I sat at the bar for my meal, and I was very well taken care of. I kept my drink simple with an Eagle Rare old-fashioned, done right. Their bourbon lineup is nice enough to get excited over something. The Cowboy Salad was a light start, with a vinaigrette that soaked into all the ingredients, adding just the right touch. Earthy bites that sat well with me. The biscuits and butter were okay. They are denser and heavier than I'd prefer. Their filet, which comes as a barrel cut portion, was everything and more. Good-quality Texas beef is 2nd only to Alberta beef in North America, and if you care about these things, you'll enjoy the meat here. Tender as it should be. They give you a few butters and sauces, but don't do the beef a disservice by using any of them. Onion rings were good, with zero sogginess or limpness after frying. I loved this place. For starters- the ambience is lacking for what you'd expect at the Wynn, but it isn't in its permanent location yet so still in "pop up status" limiting the changes they're able to make. They did say they do have a permanent spot available and should be opening within the year. Service: service was top notch. From checking in for our reservation our server and his assistant were on top of it. Water never less than half full and always offering once the cocktails ran low if we would like another or to try something else. Food and drink: they have a great wine list and cocktail selection. We weren't disappointed with our drinks. Food: we ordered the 40oz porterhouse to share and 3 sides. The steak was brought out and cut table side which was a nice addition. Steak was flavorful and came with 4 sauces to try. Cooked perfectly and well marbled. The 3 side we ordered were the mushrooms, whipped potatoes and Mac n cheese. The Mac n cheese was absolutely astounding. It didn't last long. Whipped potatoes were good and mushrooms were just alright. We ordered the petite seafood tower to start, was definitely worth it. To be honest, this place is an elevated Texas Roadhouse (!but 12x the price). We came to Four Sixes Ranch Steakhouse at the Wynn with high expectations, but unfortunately the experience fell short. Despite arriving at 5:30, it took 20 minutes just to get water, and someone from our party had to flag down a waiter to get any attention. The restaurant itself was fairly empty, but the service felt disorganized. Our waitress didn't listen carefully--she repeated our order incorrectly, then we corrected it, and yet the wrong food still arrived. My grandma ordered a steak medium well, which should be a reasonable ask for a $100 steak. The server recommended we ask for medium instead, to which we said we don't want medium though, and unsurprisingly it came out almost rare. We also mentioned twice (because they asked) that we had a 7 pm show to catch, but our food didn't arrive until 6:30, leaving no time to correct the steak. The server never returned to check how our meals were, so there was no chance to remedy it. The other dishes were fine, but given the price--over $500 for our group of 4 (and only 2 people got steak)--it simply wasn't worth it. By comparison, we went to SW Steakhouse (also at the Wynn) the next night, which delivered much better food and service, at nearly the same price. Overall, the atmosphere was okay, but the combination of slow, inattentive service and overcooked/undercooked steaks makes this a steakhouse I would not recommend, especially for the price. read more

Dined on a Saturday night with the wife; 5:30 reservations (we don't normally eat that early but that time slot was their only available even booking two months out.) This restaurant is a pop-up in the Tableau space at Wynn (Tableau is brunch/lunch only) and they transform it for dinner service with unique place settings and seat covers. Very cute! If I was only rating Four Sixes based on service it would be 5+ stars. Everyone from the host stand to the food runners to our server Rylen were exceptionally welcoming and friendly. They took great care to explain the menu items and tell us the backstory about the restaurant name (we don't watch the show that it's apparently based on). They were happy to make a couple of menu modifications for my wife. Overall an excellent experience! The food was unfortunately a little more hit or miss. We started with the Texas Wedge and the Oysters Rockefeller. Their spin on the wedge is that it has brisket instead of the traditional bacon. The brisket was unbelievably tender and delicious however the iceberg is just cut in half which gets a little clunky to cut up into manageable bites. It's also in a BBQ sauce type dressing that was too sweet for my taste and overpowered everything. The oysters, while good quality and well-prepared were screaming for seasoning (salt) and were overall rather bland. Wife ordered the Cornish Hen which was excellent. The meat was perfectly cooked with a nice crispy skin. No seasoning issues here at all. It's served with creamy mashed potatoes and on a bed of peas and carrots. I would recommend this dish for sure. My entree was the short ribs which were again cooked perfectly tender but again were a bit lacking in the seasoning department. They're served with delicious little homemade gnocchi puffs flavored on the inside with raclette cheese. Probably the tastiest part of the whole meal for me. For sides we ordered the onion rings and the broccoli. The rings were quite crispy and tasty. Broccoli was just OK. They have some nice by-the-glass wine selections on the menu which are poured table side (always much appreciated). We ordered two desserts which were both excellent. The banana pudding is a "Bananas Foster" style with that buttery rum flavor - yum! Our second dessert was the buttermilk pie which was so rich and creamy. Both are highly recommended. Dinner for two came to $335 before tip including two glasses of wine and the two desserts. They are scheduled to end the pop-up in December but our server did say they were hoping to extend or even get a permanent spot. Honestly even with the service being so good I probably wouldn't come back due to the food inconsistencies. ....sigh.... You know when you build something up in your head and you end up building it up so much that there's no way it can live up to the expectation? I want to believe that's what happened here, but TBH, I think it was just underwhelming overall. If you're eating here, you've clearly seen Yellowstone. (If not, get ready to binge, you'll be hooked to the cowboy drama and toxic personalities in no time.) What you may not know is that Taylor Sheridan (creator of and actor in the show) actually BOUGHT the real Four Sixes ranch in Texas. (I know, right? Wild.) What that means for us is that this restaurant is not only an homage to the show, but the steak is from the ranch! I love the concept and was stoked to check it out. We snuck a very last minute reservation for two in on a Friday night when they had a random cancellation, so I already felt incredibly lucky to get a table. When you walk in, you can tell they've put some effort into giving it that cowboy vibe. Buuuut....you can also tell that it is a barely-converted breakfast restaurant. They threw some decorations up, but it truly felt like putting lipstick on a very nice pig. The "bar" is only 4 seats and felt a bit like the bar at an outdoor wedding reception. Not only was it tiny, but the alcohol selection was just as small. In fact, it turns out all the cocktails are pre-batched... yes, you heard that right. Those $25 cocktails are PRE-BATCHED. ...Nah brah, just nah. This is Vegas, if you're going to do something, do it properly. We ordered the burnt-end wedge and it severely disappointed. I've had some delightful burnt ends in my day, and these were not it. The menu doesn't mention that they're slathered in BBQ sauce and the salad was overdressed. If you're planning to share, specify that you don't want it pre-cut. (Not cool.) The beet dish was great (but I've had like a lot of beet dishes in this town and it wasn't THE dish, you know). Finally, of course - the steak. ...look... You've got Bazaar (hands-down the best steak house in this city), STK (the best vibe but also great steak), SW (also in the Wynn), and about 15 other amazing places to compete with. Dinner at 6666 steakhouse was the whole reason we went to Vegas and we had the best experience. I booked our reservation a month in advance which I highly recommend as they fill up fast. Keep in mind when making your reservation that dinner for 4 will take about 2 hours so plan accordingly if you have plans after dinner so they can speed things up. My husband and I shared the 12oz filet which was perfect for the two of us. The steak tartare was amazing and the Texas Twinkie is a must..both of which are shareable for the table. The mashed potatoes were average. They served biscuits before dinner and even brought one of our party their own gluten free biscuits which completely made her day. The staff and attention to detail is amazing and truly make it an experience and not just a dinner where their only concern is how fast can I turn this table over. We were so pumped to get a table at this restaurant last minute. It was AMAZING (said in Elon Musk's Trump inauguration voice). Every single thing was awesome! We love Tableau for brunch and are excited that it transforms into the Four Sixes Ranch Steakhouse pop-up in the evening. I would love a residence at the Wynn so I could be a regular. We enjoyed the pork belly, Texas Twinkie, spice crusted boneless ribeye, and a few campfire old-fashioneds. However, the star of the show for me was the gluten-free biscuits! So so thankful for those! Since we are from Texas, we are familiar with this food concept. This was first class, just as you would expect. The staff was all super friendly and all answered questions I had on the restaurant and menu as well. Did some damage on trying things on the menu. Here are my top picks. For sure you have to try the pork belly. It was cooked perfectly. Crispy outside and soft meaty inside. The lasagna was also good and the crab cake was nothing special. The spiced crusted rib eye was really good and cooked to perfection. It did have a crust but I was expecting a little more. The sides were ok. Fries came out cold and refried Lima beans you can live without. The Texas Twinkie was good. The cookie dessert I'd have to give it a 2 star rating. It was over cooked and bland tasting. I had asked for medium well and it came out more on the medium rare side (this had happened to 3 of ours steaks at the table.. all were cooked at different temps than what we had ordered). They apologized and not only brought us the correct temp steaks, they also removed them from the bill which was very nice as we had no problem paying for it.. we understand these things happen. This place is one of the biggest tourist rip-offs I have ever seen, and I live in Las Vegas - the land of tourist rip-offs! I am writing this review to warn others: save your money! We had friends in town who were dying to go to Four Sixes, so we snagged a coveted reservation last minute. I'll admit we were also curious, especially as fans of Sheridan. I was looking forward to a Yellowstone-themed restaurant, so even the initial impression was a letdown. It was all downhill from there. First of all, the prices are ridiculous. And I mean CRAZY ridiculous. The cost of dinner for four of us BEFORE tip was over $1,500 with cocktails and wine but before tax and tip. We didn't go crazy, either -- but the price tag was absolutely nuts. The entrance to the steakhouse is pathetically themed. There are some cowboy hats and saddles that appear to be stapled to the wall. It looks like something an elementary school teacher decorated herself. Inside, there is hardly any Western theming except for the server outfits. Seriously? This is NOT a themed restaurant at all. It's not like I expected a drunk and rowdy Beth Dutton to cause a scene in the dining room, but c'mon -- at least have some Yellowstone pictures around or SOMETHING. Making matters worse, we were shown to a table OUTSIDE by the pool. Nothing Western about that, and we were all so disappointed. For the price we paid, you would assume service would be top-notch. It was anything but. We were ignored for most of our meal, and little details like our wine and water glasses going empty for long stretches was unacceptable. My friend dropped her steak knife and it took far too long for us to finally flag someone down. Eventually, her husband had to get up and go find someone to get a replacement knife. Not cool. Everyone said their steaks were okay, but I'll review just what I had to eat. I ordered the shrimp cocktail, which was good -- but was just a standard-issue shrimp appetizer. The Texas Wedge salad with brisket was tasty, but boringly average. I ordered the Faroe Island salmon and asked for it to be cooked "more on a well-done side," and it was brought out basically medium-rare. I would've asked the kitchen to refire it a bit longer, but our waiter never materialized so I was stuck eating big chunks of almost-raw fish (barf). The portion was so tiny, I felt angry at its ridiculous $52 price tag. The side dishes were hit or miss. The asparagus were sad and undercooked, and they looked like they were microwaved and had zero seasoning. The best thing on the table by a mile had to be the side of ranch potatoes. These things were gobbled up so quickly, probably because they were the tastiest of all the food options on our table. Dessert was okay, we shared the skillet cookie with potato strings on top ($16). The salty and sweet combo was fun, but this tasted like something I could've gotten at a major chain like Chili's. My cappuccino was straight from an Illy or Nespresso pod machine, I'm sure of it. At least hand pull your espresso at these prices! The cocktails were creative and good, but they range in price from $23-$35. The wine list is limited but had some solid choices. I don't have many positive things to say about my experience at Four Sixes. This is a one and done place for me, and I will never recommend it to visitors. Steer clear. read more

Worth the wait! Booked Four Sixes about a month ahead of time (limited availability so you must book within the month) and found a 9:30pm reservation on a Sunday. Quite late! Luckily, on Friday, they texted and asked if we wanted to come in earlier on Sunday and we were able to secure a 6:30pm reservation. Our original plan was to get there early on Sunday and sit at the bar inside if we couldn't get in earlier. Good thing we didn't because the bar was very small. We got lucky! Emily was our server and she was absolutely amazing! She was very attentive but also provided the time we needed. Everything was out in a timely matter and we were able to sit and enjoy every item. Here were our ordered items from favorite to least favorite: 1. French onion soup- A MUST! Best French onion soup I've ever had. 2. Ribeye- The four sauces/sides were sooo good and every bite was filled with flavor. Best steak I've ever had. It didn't NEED the sauces but it was a great bonus! Sauces included: house steak sauce, hot sauce, chimichurri, rosemary butter. 3. Texas Twinkie- Also a must! It's a total different offering from any other steakhouse (at least that I've been to) and added that extra special twist! 4. Onion rings- The sauce was this mustard sauce but not overly mustard-y and was just SO GOOD! 5. Buttermilk biscuits- Free starter and it was so good but I wish I didn't fill up on it so I had more room for everything else. I put so much honey butter on those hatch chile biscuits. Every bite did count. 6. Mac and cheese- A photo on Yelp made us order it but it was dry. This was the only item that we did not care for. More cheese sauce was really needed! A random highlight was their house made watermelon soda water. It was SO good! We ended up getting one to go + vodka -- highly recommend! I've already recommended this to all my friends and HIGHLY suggest you make this a permanent spot at the Wynn. Take it and run with it and make it Yellowstone-y and western! You can tell it's a pop up. But who cares what it all looks like at the end of the day when the food is phenomenal and there is excellent service. Not to mention, the price isn't bad! My husband made reservations here a few months back and the earliest we could get in was about a week before Christmas. He is a fan of Yellowstone. I have never watched the show, but I do like other shows from Taylor Sheridan. This is also the first time hearing about an actual pop-up steakhouse. The location was a little difficult to find at the Wynn since there are no signs in the hotel/casino. We just walked around for a bit and eventually saw the small sign by the Tower Suites. Our two servers were friendly and attentive. They also made good recommendations on some of the popular menu items. Here is what we ordered: Appetizer: Smoked Wagyu Brisket Lasagna - Normally I'm not a huge fan of Lasagna, but the Wagyu made a huge difference in this one! The sauce was not heavy and overall it was very delicious. Sides: Mac and Cheese - covered in the right amount of cheese and breadcrumbs. Also loved the touch of jalapeno that gave it a nice kick. Steak Fries - nothing over the top about these. But I did appreciate that they were served hot and were not overcooked. Prime Steaks: Filet Mignon - It was good and well seasoned, but I have definitely had much better elsewhere. I asked mine to be cooked medium, but about half of it was medium rare-ish. *sigh* Original Spice Crusted Boneless Ribeye - my husband ordered this one, but I did get to try a few bites. This one was tender and full of flavor. 100x better than the Filet! Dessert: Chocolate Buckeye Stack - loved the presentation of this chocolate cake with peanut butter filling. Not too sweet and it went well with the milk ice! Buttermilk Pie - not a fan of this one. I did like the creme brulee-like top of the pie, but the rest of it was kind of sour. Also, the complimentary bread that they serve was excellent! Overall, it was a pretty good dinner. I just wish they did a better job cooking the filet! I really wanted to give "6666" a fantastic review as we were looking forward to coming here in our recent trip to Las Vegas. The atmosphere is where the Tableau restaurant located and they convert it to a Texas vibe where all the staff are in jeans, denim shirts and jean jacket head to toe. I'm expecting a Texas accent, and get accents from around the world. We made reservations months before hoping for a unique glamorous experience with steaks equal or better than SW Steakhouse also at the Wynn. But found a casual Texas vibe, good steaks, average sides, chaotic service and excessive pricing not aligned with the expected experience. The highlight here is the steak that comes out served from what appears to me to be actually a chef from Yellowstone where the ribeye was fantastic and the NY Strip was huge and also a great steak with great char and cooked perfectly. All the extras, the sauces, the sides are not that impressive where I would have been happy with a baked potato and a side salad. We must have had a half dozen different servers as everyone must have a speciality and they have a huge staff where seems there's a dozen staff constantly moving around that makes the atmosphere a bit chaotic with loud groups where it's really not that romantic nor have an exclusive romantic ambiance. Next time, I'm planning on going back to SW Steakhouse and get the romantic experience with the water show, great steaks and entrees served from a professional elegant well trained and experienced staff for the same money or less. read more

Since my first visit, i had been craving the French onion soup. I also wanted to try some of the other things that sounded good the first time. I got the French onion soup, of course! Couldn't pass that up! It's definitely enough to split. It's rich but so good. I've never had French onion soup like it and probably never will again. I tried the wedge salad. Who would have thunk a salad could be so good? The burnt ends on top were probably some of the best burnt ends i have ever had! There were not very many on top but the portion was honestly perfect. We tried the Texas twinkle. It wasn't what I had thought but was so good! I could have eaten a few of them! The filet minion with a side of shrimp. The shrimps were MASSIVE and had so much flavor! They were absolutely delicious! The filet was delicious and cooked perfectly. Dessert, i ordered the butterscotch banana pudding again. It is very good! If you can't decide, I highly recommend it, if you like banana pudding. We also split the flambe apple turnover. It was fun watching our waiter prep this for us tableside. The turnover itself was a little hard but the filling was very good. I wish there was a little more filling. I really hope this steakhouse gets a permanent location. This is a pop-up restaurant in the Wynn Casino that is named after the Four Sixes ranch in the series of Yellowstone. In the morning it is Tableau a breakfast restaurant. They basically stage the front of the restaurant using ranch memorabilia and throw some western style blankets across floral seating to change up the vibe in here. All the servers are dressed in denim western wear and I noted the cute little antlers adorning the serving carts. The food is expensive, but if you can afford to splurge a little, it is worth it. I would recommend the french onion soup, which has wagu beef short ribs in it. A warning to you that the soup is rich and will fill up any light eater if you also have a drink and one of the hot biscuits served with delicious onion butter. Hence, I could only have a few bites of filet mignon and the mashed potatoes. Oddly, a baked potato is not available here. You can order french fries instead of mashed potatoes. If you like mashed potatoes, these are the creamiest! Dessert is one of my favorites and it is more important to me to sample some dessert instead of eating all of my filet! We shared the Apple Berry Turnover Flambé and the Tumbleweed Banana Butterscotch Pudding. I would take the pudding over the flambé if I had to choose only one. While our server prepared the fancy flambé in front of us, the pastry was a little tough and dry. The butterscotch banana pudding was ice cold & bursting with flavor served over vanilla wafers with a tumbleweed like sugar concoction on top... it would be hard to beat this decadent dessert! We were celebrating our 25th year anniversary, and they served us these surprise little chocolates, creamy, not too sweet, a confectioners delight that said Congratulations! Nice touch! Rumor has it this place will no longer be popping-up in the evenings after the end of this month. I'm so glad I was able to even get it on a particular date because this one of the best meals we've had at The Wynn!!! Had dinner here last night for my wife's Bday get together. Drinks outside on the lounge area was nice waitress are great and very attentive Janea was awesome . Restaurant was cool the place is definitely 6666 style and food was very good.. I had ribeye steak and Mac n cheese so good others at the table got the cowboy Twinkie it was great . Restaurant top notch. Apple iPhone users beware! Apple Maps does take you to the wrong hotel (Encore) at which point you'll be faced with some :15 minutes worth of navigating the halls of casino. Restaurant is at Wynn. Came here for the steak. Had the 18oz rib eye and not the filet mignon as I always do. Bartender's suggestion. She was right. Her name is Lisa. Meat was exceptional. Just moist and fresh and done right. I also tried the so called Texas Twinkie, a cheese filled pepper that is wrapped in bacon. It's unique. The melted cheese goes well with bread. Staff amazing. I was alone and so I sat at the bar. Lisa took care of me. She's personable, friendly, can maintain a great conversation. She's an asset to the restaurant. I will return again. read more

Four Sixes Ranch Steakhouse at Wynn Las Vegas is a pop-up dining experience inspired by the legendary Four Sixes Ranch in Guthrie, Texas and Taylor Sheridan's visionary storytelling- famous for Yellowstone. The service was great. Our drinks were filled the whole time. The ambience is ok- turning over the old Tableau to a pop up Texas steakhouse. Ok, honest opinion- get the ribeye, Texas Twinkie, refried Lima beans, and end with tumbleweed banana pudding. The porterhouse lack flavor unless you use the accompany sauces. The ribeye tasted great. My wife enjoyed her mushroom hen dish. We had the grilled Romaine Caesar salad, Texas wedge, and onion soup. The wedge salad and onion soup were good. They give you fresh biscuits for starter. The butter was great. For sides - we got the refried Lima beans- highly recommend. The Texas twinkies was delicious and I work recommend. The campfire potatoes and duck fat steak fries were just ok. Their cocktails were delicious - Michelle's martini, honky tink, and wide open spaces. Make room for dessert. I highly recommend the tumbleweed banana pudding pudding. The Apple blackberry popover has a flambé presentation but it was just ok. Pricing is on the higher end. Giving it a 3.5 star. read more

A delicious western cowboy pop-up with the finest beef from Taylor Sheridan's Four Sixes Ranch in Texas. Since we've been enjoying Taylor's shows so much we were confident he also knows what he's doing with restaurants and food. We were right! Wanted to try the more unique items from the menu so if you're looking for more than just a great piece of meat and potatoes here is what I suggest you try: smoked wagyu brisket lasagna was baked to perfection, cheesy, the brisket is incredibly savory and tender, and sits on flavorful tomatillo sauce. Never had lasagna like this before. The pork belly tasted like bacon candy. Everything underneath it had that fatty caramelizing flavor. Brilliant! Texas Twinkie is a must and it was my first. It's a stuffed chili with smoked wagyu brisket, cheddar, and wrapped in bacon. Just began drooling a little as I reminisce. Burger was solid as well and loved the jalapeno slaw for that crunchy and slightly spicy touch. Complimentary biscuits were warm and flaky. Didn't have room for dessert but my man ordered it anyway and I was forced to enjoy a gooey skillet cookie with crispy potato strings for a sweet, savory, and crunchy magical combination. Keep in mind this is a pop-up and the space is still Tableau with some cowboy touches. This was supposed to be around for just a few months but they keep extending which only means one thing, it's very popular. Hopefully it will turn into its own thing because it's worthy. We had an incredible meal in November. Cozy table and comfy chairs near the windows. Every bit was delicious. "Got a seat for you in tomorrow's game. You in" reads the text. "Hell yeah", my reply. Arrive at LAS, jump into a cab; "where to?" asks the driver. "Uhhh..." I stupidly say as I realized I forgot to book a hotel room. "The Wynn I guess" figuring I'd try to sort something out at a poker table. Long story short, a poker bud's host, a couple hundred dollars tip, suite secured along with reservations to the popup steakhouse Four Sixes Ranch. Something about a show called "Yellowstone"? IDK all I hear is Texas and beef and that's all I need to know. Do not refuse the complimentary cheddar, spicy pepper biscuits. Best comp bread service ever! Absolutely, without a doubt get a caviar tower. Opt for the less expensive Grand reserve Ossetia caviar as much of the refined flavors will be lost as you sidle it up with "modern classic caviar pairings". Take the provided chive crema (think potato chip dip), shallots, parsley and bacon bits and smother / dunk, adorn anyway you like and top with some caviar. Deviled eggs, solid. Texas toast, buttery but becomes salty. Potato tots and thin, crisp kettle chips, beautiful contrast and perfect foil. Country fried chicken tenders, a showstopper dressed and topped with a heavy dollop of caviar. Creative and works. The steak tartare is different. A complex spread for the corn tostadas but can't really tell this is raw beef as the spiciness of the roasted serranos and what they call a "fire sauce" masks any mineral notes. Not bad, not the best. The "Texas wedge" is everything I expect a salad to be in Texas. Half a head of iceberg topped with roasted tomatoes, a hefty amount of bleu cheese and drowned in a delish buttermilk ranch dressing all topped with thick chunks of tender, smoky, wagyu burnt ends. All kinds of good but laughable at the proportion of stuff to lettuce. Texas sized portions take a toll so opting to share a 32oz dry aged Angus beef cowboy steak. Well trimmed. Good even sear. Cooked to temp. Beefy goodness exactly as it should be. Standard steakhouse sides on offer. None sampled. Service is surprisingly good considering this is a popup. Solid wine list though with labels you'd expect from a Casino steakhouse. Well chosen by the glass list. Very high Vegas resort markup. Very different from every other mid tier steakhouse in Vegas offering big, bold flavors you'd expect from Texas with portions and excess to match. Worth a visit but hurry, this popup is slated to close early this year. read more

Lived out our Yellowstone dreams ! This pop up restaurant was an experience ! The service was phenomenal wouldn't expect anything less at the Wynn! The food was equally delicious! We had steak , sea bass , French fries, and their jalapeño mac n cheese. They start the table off with their biscuits and honey butter ! I would have made those that my entire meal they were just that good ! The restaurant is tucked behind the guest elevators. It's a pop up so they threw some blankets on the chairs and had minimal decor ! This would be a fun place to bring fellow fans of the show who want the fancy vegas dinner ! read more

From the moment we were seated--my purse even had its own chair--we knew we were in for something special. The service was impeccable, professional yet warm, and the attention to detail didn't go unnoticed (yes, even the espresso martini came garnished with red, white, and blue espresso beans--such a fun touch!). The food? Flawless. Every course was beautifully prepared and bursting with flavor. It's clear that Taylor Sheridan and his team have created something truly elevated and memorable. What made it even more remarkable was the genuine hospitality. After casually mentioning we wanted to return with friends and family, the hostess personally came over to help us book our next visit. In Vegas for the Eagles - had to try the 6666 steakhouse! Best French onion soup ever. Texas Twinkie was so good and also the wedge burnt ends and the Texas Caviar salad. The filet was very good - the Lima beans were good but you must love Lima beans or you may not appreciate them. read more

Again I was in absolute love with the gluten free biscuits and the banana pudding. I would return again and again for these. Utterly amazing. I just wish I had more of an appetite or we had a larger group to share more! Menu items I would have liked to try were the seafood tower, short rib lasagna and wagyu tomahawk. We ordered the filet , sea bass, Texas Twinkie, mushroom side, and banana pudding for dessert. For alcoholic beverages, the Honky Tonk was delightful (and fun to say too!). Service was impeccable. Our server Mario was the best. He was attentive, sweet, and provided 5 star customer service. The only thing I didn't particularly love was the Texas Twinkie. The server, Ingrid, was great. She gave us great recommendations like the Pork Belly which was delicious! She also recommended the Texas Twinkie which was also great. Very satisfied overall! The vibe felt like Yellowstone meets upscale dining with ranch themed décor. Service was top tier throughout. We started with the tuna carpaccio, which was fresh and flavorful. I took a chance on the Wild Glacier 51 seabass over pozole!? unexpected combo, but it worked surprisingly well. My wife had the Filet Mignon with sides of whipped potatoes and broccolini, all solid and well executed. We finished with the buttermilk pie. Great experience from start to finish! read more

We booked our reservations a couple months ago. We Love all the touches as you enter the restaurant. We ordered and tried a few things here. Wagyu lasagna appetizer was really good. Heavy, but tasty. Definitely good for sharing if you're going to order and taste most of the food on the menu. The menu is not really big but good enough. We also got the crab cakes and paired with its sauce was really tasty. As We got our Rockefeller, i was skeptical as it was really green. It was one of the best Rockefeller I have tried, not too cheesy either. Save room for dessert because the banana pudding, which I normally don't order was phenomenal. The crispy wafer on top as you crack it gives it a different texture. The black crusted ribeye was good perfectly and it was big enough for sharing. Mash potato's and Asparagus was a great side with our steak. Only drawback I had was, the service was a tad bit long. Waited a bit for drinks and to get our order in but they all came out fine afterwards. Waiting on check was a little long as well. read more
