This is my go to place to go bowl that's closest to Vallejo. I love there service and I love how it's not so crowded. Great place to celebrate an occasion and have fun with friends! The day we came we loved the atmosphere in the area especially when you may catch them having a huge company party outside in the yard. They were playing live bands and you can hear the music playing. They even had a light show with hundreds of drones flying on the night sky above the resort. Ate here while waiting for our room. This was pretty dead when we walked In. The lounge is on the upper deck. They have bowling in the same building. They lit the fireplace for us. Their menu is fantastic. Highly recommend the nachos (even if they have black beans) and the burger. One of the best burgers I have had!!! Our customer service was fantastic. The food was fantastic. They just reopened their doors on 10/21/20 and I am so happy that they did! Their server Jaclyn made our night one to remember! She was quick to set us up at our reserved bowling lane, and take our drink and food orders. There was not a minute where I felt like either my guests or I had to look for her to request anything. She beat us to it every time! When it came to refills, extending our bowling time, or if we wanted to order more food, Jaclyn was on top of it. Jaclyn is the server you want to get when you go there! Thank you Jaclyn for being an AWESOME host/server! The venue itself is such a great space because it has a pool table, bowling, and plenty of outside and indoor seats. I personally love coming here at night time because the ambiance is just perfect. They also play some Top 40 inside so THANK YOU for having some good music in the background. In terms of food, it is ok. Just your regular bar/bowling/ billiards food like cheeseburgers, fries, onion rings, nachos, wings, and the like. Nothing extraordinary. Jeff the bartender makes awesome drinks and even added extra blackberries when I asked. Our waiter Bryce was very good. He checked in on us when our drinks got low and right after he brought us our nachos. That check back is so important! It tells me the waiter cares about if my food is good for me! They were both very attentive to our requests. The atmosphere is really cool here. My best friend and I drive over from American canyon to grab a quick snack and drinks while we played skip-bo! We entered the lounge, as we were staying at the Meritage, no one greeted us. We went to a table, sat down, no one acknowledged us. We then figured maybe we have to order at the bar. My friend and I walked to the bar, there were FOUR PEOPLE working behind the bar (not waiting on customers or fixing drinks... just there) NO ONE ACKNOWLEDGED US NOR ASKED FOR OUR ORDER. The finale: A Caucasian couple entered as we were leaving so we stood at the door to watch to see if they would receive the same treatment..... they were acknowledged and their order was taken immediately!!!! This was about 9:35pm tonight (7/15) management is more than welcome to check the cameras. As nice AND expensive as this resort is this is unacceptable. Because i did a reservation on march 18 at 8:45 i have a confirmed reservation for a bowling lane but the guy lets me wait for amost an hour. And they never returned my reservation fee 26 dollars. They dont like to deduct on my bill. It is in deed a nice place but worst to go because the staffs are not good in with communication to people. They serve food without forks and napkins. We ask them so many times to give us what we asking but it came after an 1 hr. Worst custmor service. I will never go back not recommended. read more

Based on the other reviews, you would think these people do not know how to have fun! You know me better than that, this girl loves fun and knows how to have a good time. After check in, we decided to get drinks and popped over to the Crush Ultra Lounge. I was suprised how many people were there, because I assumed it would be people only staying at the hotel. It got even busier during the Niners game, GO NINERS! My guy ordered a Napa Smith Porter and I couldn't decide. I wanted a spicy margarita and the bartender Kevin, just made one up using the ingrediants he had. It was so good and should be put on the menu. We also ordered the Sweetie shooters, they were pretty good and light shots. Cheers to a fantastic birthday weekend just kicking off. We were craving oysters, so Kevin called and made sure they had them at the other restaurant before we left and set us up with the bartender over there. It was a very courtious gesture and when we arrived at the next place, the bartender there hooked us up! We had so much fun we came back to bowl a couple rounds a couple days later and enjoyed a pitcher of beer and the chicken skewers. This is a fun spot to eat, drink, and enjoy some company!  We were a group of 10 and reserved two lanes to bowl. We had a really fun time bowling but they need to upgrade their lanes and bowling balls, especially considering how much they charge. C'mon Meritage, yall are better than this. I honestly felt like I was bowling with a lumpy boulder - Flintstone style.. no joke lol Aside from that, we enjoyed really great service and felt well taken care of throughout the entire experience which is why I am still leaving 5 stars!  The food and drinks were surprisingly good! The bowling alley sucks but this review isn't about that. The Crush Lounge has excellent food. I tried the Nashville chicken sandwich and it was the most amazing chicken sandwich I ever had. It was seasoned to perfection. Cooked to perfection. The coleslaw was amazing they also have an avocado ranch sauce on the side that is killer. The fires were also really good. During our thanksgiving visit this lounge was on the resort property. We decided our first night to stay in and check out their services. Nice big area with bowling lanes down below. The lanes were quite popular but mismanaged and portly maintained. Our lane shut itself down numerous times but the manager was kind enough to give us free apps. There is a pool table too. It's a good family place. Up top there's a bar and high top tables for some quick bites. We ordered our appetizer and entrees. The food was decent but about what you'd expect of bar fare. It's quite loud and a little dark but casual and fun. read more

Excellent food. Excellent service. Excellent atmosphere. This lounge is inside the Meritage Resort. Not sure if you can visit if you're not staying at the hotel itself. Loved it! It's a sports bar type of place. They have a handful of TV's, 5 or 6 bowling alleys and a pool table and shuffle board table. Bowling lanes are $15.00 per person for an hour includes the shoes. Pool table is just $15.00 per hour period. I had a nice cold Stella on draft with the Deviled Avocado's and the Fish Tacos which were delicious! TERRIBLE. So TERRIBLE. 1) I reserved 2 lanes (I have receipts). She said I only reserved 1. Crush lounge owes me $22. 2) She said my reservation was at 12:45 and I was late. My reservation was actually for 1pm (again, I have the receipts). 3) I was told I only had an hour to bowl (reservations say 1 and a half hours) and I was told that people were reserved after me so I wasn't allowed to extend my time. Now I'm in a panic because this woman thinks that I only have one lane for my 7 guests and that I'm 15 minutes late. So we have 45minutes to bowl? It gets worse. I was told I couldn't start bowling until all the players were here. Are you kidding me?? 4) Players show up, but there is no one to help me get their shoes. I wait and wait. Again, according to her, the clock is ticking and I'm so stressed. I help myself to the shoes we need. She sees us starting to bowl and comes over to reprimand us for not having bowling shoes. I tell her we have shoes. Then she scolds me for getting the shoes ourselves! But there was no one there to get us shoes!!!!!! 5) Tried to order food. Took FOREVER for her to come to take our order. She would finally take our order, walk to the kitchen, and then walk back to tell us they were out of something.... WITHOUT putting the other food orders in. Please keep in mind, all of this is happening with the mindset that we now have approximately 20 minutes to bowl. I was livid!!! Our "time" was up. And guess what? There was not a single group after us. And at least 4 other lanes were open. And to add insult to injury, we were required to tip her 20%, which equalled approximately $100. She did not deserve that at all! I have since then tried to contact the manager. They are either never at the venue, or (and I've been told this), "I'm sorry, it is too loud and they never hear the phone". How does someone run a business like this?! I was incredibly disappointed and angry. I hope they read this post, I hope they are embarrassed, and I hope someone contacts me to offer an apology. read more

We have tried to get this place several today was the worst of it was by 55th birthday we booked for two hours they screwed up the reservations couldn't handle anything accused one of my guest of breaking a pin horrible bar service the bartender is Kinda stupid and now he's it out in his job and should be there it took 40 minutes for one drink. We were a mixed crowd of Hispanic black and white but what I noticed and this is the third time is happened the staff at the maritage and the staff at brush lounge cater to white people you are a person of color whether they think you have money or not they will give you piss poor service. We watch white toddlers run down the bowling isles neither the staff or their parent did anything until we said hey someone kid is running down the lane the kid was almost to the pens and then the second one took off and the white family just sat there as well as the staff. They didn't do the reservations correctly and let's talk about the horrible bartender who rather serve white guest and not is own people. read more

If you prefer it more quiet and intimate, I recommend coming earlier in the day. There were six of us and so we were the only group bowling and were able to get two lanes next to each other, which was really nice! It's $15 per person, per hour so prepare for that. But hey, it's Napa! Don't expect things to be cheap or you came to the wrong location. Our server, Tristan, was divine! He was incredibly attentive, friendly, professional (even when my friend spilled his glass) and managed to keep his service level above or when it got much busier. He was great! The bowling was very fun! I don't feel like I need to describe bowling. ;) BUT what I will say, as someone who NEVER bowls because of the ideas of germs in shoes and the balls and just general opinion of bowling alleys, I was soooo happy to see how clean everything was! We rented this space for a corporate event for 220+ guests. When we arrived for the event two of the lanes were out of service and we were not notified before our event. We were surprised that no one gave us advance notice to at least give the planners some time to come up with other activities for the displaced attendees. We also had guests crash the party and the staff didn't ask them to leave after our repeated requests so we had to intervene, taking us away from the fun. read more

We stayed at Meritage for a quick getaway for Spring Break with the kids. I picked Meritage specifically for Crush because my kids love bowling and miss their league since it closed up during the pandemic. How perfect was it to stay at a nice hotel, go downstairs and have dinner and bowl during a pandemic! The staff are very nice and accommodating; the main host was only on the job 3 days and he was so nice. The girl who got us set up with our shoes and lane worked her magic for us. The guy who actually served our food was cool, too! I want to say maybe the manager went around making sure everything was going well and even sparked a conversation with our youngest. And you wouldn't expect much out of the food at a little bowling lounge right? But their food was so good! We had the burger, fish tacos, chicken sandwich, and the quesadilla; all of them delicious! I would actually go back there just for the food! It's a small menu but we loved all we got, even their lightly battered fries and dips. I didn't get to try it but their boozy shakes look good too. As for bowling, this isn't like regulation lanes for sanctioned bowling or anything. It's just for fun and lounging and you have to use their shoes and balls. Still fun none the less. And when your time runs out, you can continue the fun with one of their foosball, shuffleboard, or pool tables. Seriously it was a surprising perfect start to our mini getaway to Napa. My daughter asked to go back on our second night but they were already booked. The best part: they are dog friendly so we got to bring our furbaby down with us too!!! read more

Fun spot to grab a bite and play bowling with a small group. FYI - Each lane can take 6 people. You can reserve a lane online for a small fee, but that fee goes towards your bill. Food is standard bowling alley type of fare (burgers, fries, tacos, etc). Service is good. Overall it's a bit pricey compared to a regular bowling alley, but it's extremely convenient if you're staying at the hotel.
