    Yay for Door Dash

Glad to have The Birria Spot available on Door Dash. We ordered two Quesabirria Taco x3 plates conveniently delivered to our home. It is reasonably priced in person, but of course, way expensive via Door Dash. Food was decent, nothing really stood out for me. The cheese could have been grilled a little longer which would have added depth of flavor and texture. And it wasn't as flavorful as other Birria tacos I've had in the past. It lacked flavor for me. I only ate one of the three tacos and gave the rest to someone else to eat. Overall, it was good but not the best I've ever had... although I would definitely go back again to try other items of their menu.

This place alone puts American Canyon on the map. No doubt Vallejo has some amazing Mexican food, but The Birria Spot can hold their own. It's never too busy in here and today - Christmas Eve - they're open! They've 3 tvs in here and usually have sports on, today is no different. We love the music and relaxed vibes here. Anytime I have family come out, I bring them here - we usually get the (best) carne asada fries and the unbelievable birria tacos.

Came here for the first time for dinner last night! It was the best Birria I've had. The flavor of the consome was the best I've tried anywhere. Definitely try the Birria Tacos and the Birria ramen. Their Jamica was really good too. Not overly sweet like others I have tried.

Dined in with a friend. I ordered the quesabirria x3 which comes with consomé and a strawberry horchata. My friend ordered the birria quesadilla and a pineapple agua Fresca. We came in on a weekday around 3 pm which is during their happy hour which you can find on their website. The gentleman didn't add the happy hour discount until I reminded him. The prices are a bit steep and the food they offer is niche but delicious and a generous portion of meat. Both the quesadilla and quesabirria tacos were delicious. The strawberry horchata tasted more like a strawberry milk. It was really smooth too so I didn't taste any rice texture I've had from horchatas. The pineapple Fresca was fresh and perfectly sweet. The chips they served were a bit stale and store bought. I really enjoyed the green salsa from the salsa bar. If I crave birria, I will definitely go here.

I had to get on the Birriaramen craze and check this place out. I don't eat much beef, nor do I eat a lot of Birria, so I'm no expert when it comes to authenticity. All I can say is the ramen was super flavorful and delicious. The portion was huge and filling. It came with cilantro, raw and grilled onions, radish, and a pepper to add to the soup, as well as chips. The service was warm and friendly, and they even have happy hour prices on some of the menu items. They are conveniently located along highway 29 as you make the trek toward Napa Valley.

I decided to try this spot since it's fairly new and conveniently located nearby. I ordered a chicken burrito and two orders of quesabirria (three tacos each) to go. I'd actually rate it about 3.75/5 Price: ($50) Reasonable for feeding four people, but I expected a bit more in terms of portion sizes, especially with the chips. Taste: Chicken Burrito (6/10) - Lacked depth of flavor and, even with hot sauce, felt a bit plain. Not the worst burrito I've had, but also not particularly memorable. Quesabirria (7.5/10) - The meat was flavorful and cooked well, but I would have liked a bit more meat in each taco. In some bites, the cheese overpowered the balance. Chips (3/10) - Very disappointing. For a $50 order, I expected a decent portion, but this couldn't even be called a handful. Overall, a decent spot with good quesabirria, but the burrito and chip portions left something to be desired. Inside was nice, clean, and I liked the bar seating area. Would consider giving it another try, but with different menu choices.

This is my go-to place when I want some Birriaramen! This time we called it in and came and picked it up. The food was ready when we got there. We added more condiments in ready go containers, you just have to ask for the lids. It's always good to see the place not messy. One day I'm gonna sit down and enjoys the service inside.

My favorite birra spot yet! They have amazing sauces, the tacos are soo good and even the shrimp burrito was good. The tacos are my fav cuz some places don't keep the tacos crunchy. This place has the crispy tacos, the grilled vegetables and a good consume. And it's always a BONUS when the chips are Free and there's a salsa bar! Service was great and the ambiance is very nonchalant. I only had one issue is that I couldn't flush the toilet. Other than that overall experience was wonderful

Tried their birria tacos and loved it! Super tasty and filling. Service was quick and friendly. Plenty of options to choose from, not just birria, but it's definitely what I recommend. Indoor seating available and they have a salsa bar for you to serve yourself. I definitely plan to come back and try their other options. They also offer happy hour throughout the week and different specials during that time!

Went in for early dinner. Place was nice and clean. You order the food at the counter they will bring your food to the table. Food was good portion and was a nice portion. They do have a salsa bar.

THE BIRRIA SPOT IS NOT IT. if i could rate them 0 stars i would. completely overpriced. $20 for an order of Quesabirrias SWIMMING in cheese and GREASE. $17 and a 38 minute wait for flautas with a side of ICE COLD BEANS AND RICE. the prices are ridiculous for the quality of food and service you get here. Cindy was smirking when she brought over the plate of flautas the first time and wanted to act clueless when telling her the rice and beans were ice cold.

Terrible service, unwelcoming and belittling. Greasy and flavorless meats, tough tortillas. Unflattering decor inside, don't recommend.

My favorite lunch order is the Chicken Caesar Wrap - perfect ratio of chicken, lettuce, cheese, dressing, and croutons. The wrap is always well constructed and never falls apart mid-consumption. When I moved away from Vallejo, I thought about this wrap often. For dinner, the wings are always a solid choice - korean bbq, bbq, buffalo - all equally good. The wings are a good size, an even mix of drums and flats, the chicken is always moist and the sauce ratio is perfect. Best wings in Solano County. The M.I.B.C. Burger is another favorite, always cooked as requested, the meat is super flavorful and the toppings - cheese, onion, sauce, and arugula fit perfectly between the brioche bun. This is also served with fries - always served the right amount of crisp. For beers, I prefer to drink the War Bond. However, I can vouch for the fact that all of the beer here is good. Also, all of the staff here are super friendly and helpful. Best neighborhood bartenders, best views of the sunset. We are lucky to have this spot in Vallejo.

The onion rings were good too, although I wish they used the same batter as the fish. The food wasn't served quite as hot as I would have preferred, and they were pretty conservative with the condiments. That may be intentional given the location and the likelihood of non-customers helping themselves if everything was left on the tables. I asked whether the beets in the beet salad were freshly roasted or canned, and I was told they were fresh, so I ordered it. It was good, but something wasn't quite as fresh as I expected. It may have been the walnuts--I think they would have benefited from being toasted--or perhaps another ingredient. I'm very particular when it comes to beet salads. I also ordered the crab and artichoke melt, and this was the star of the meal. It was absolutely divine. Rich, buttery crab and melted cheese layered on thinly sliced, perfectly toasted ciabatta--it was pure comfort food. I was surprisingly full after just two bites, partly because the portions are generous and I'd already made a dent in the beet salad. I skipped drinks this visit, but I'll definitely be back to check out the rotating taps and wine selection. The staff were laid-back, incredibly friendly, and genuinely helpful. The setting is one of the restaurant's biggest draws. The outdoor patio offers a beautiful bird's-eye view of the ferries arriving at Mare Island, making it the perfect place to linger over a meal. Inside, there's a large, inviting bar where it's easy to strike up a conversation with another guest, or you can grab one of the window seats and simply enjoy the waterfront views. I'll definitely be back.
