Ordered from here for pickup. They got 2/3 subs correct, third sub was not at all what was ordered. Of the two that were correct, the italiano was good, the chicken Cesar sub was okay. Wings are decent. Good portion size of 10 wings in the small, average flavor. Mozzarella sticks were just meh. Wouldn't order again especially for $12 and only getting 6 of them. I want to start off by saying that 90% of the food was good. Tonight we ordered limoncello wings, a BYO salad, a steak and cheese sub, a pizza with sausage and sun dried tomatoes, and a beach pizza. Everything was delicious, except for the salad, which was an $11 bowl of just romaine. On Uber Eats, the photo for BYO salad shows a typical garden salad. The options for BYO salad (shown below in photos) are lettuce type, premium toppings (chicken fingers, mozzarella cheese, etc), and dressing options. There are no options to add the other vegetables to it on the app, and also no way to leave a comment either (which is why I did BYO instead of the Italian salad bc I didn't want onions, and there was no option to omit or any way to add that as a comment). One would assume that that meant the salad automatically comes with the usual salad vegetables like lettuce, tomato, and cucumber. So I picked romaine for lettuce type with no premium toppings and when our food came, we thought it was odd when the "salad" came as just an $11 bowl of romaine. Before going to Yelp, my husband called twice to question it. At first he got an AI voice menu and no one picked up when he selected to speak with someone. The second time he got through, and he asked the person if it was a mistake or if they were aware of how weird the Uber Eats menu is. The person on the phone basically told him, "yeah it's weird on the app, but that's what you ordered." My husband said, " ok just letting you know though, it's a little misleading, because like if I had picked lettuce and then ordered a premium topping like chicken, would it have just been romaine and chicken?" Then the guy hung up on us. So because of the rude interaction, I am choosing to write the review. The food is good, but the customer service reviews on this restaurant are 100% accurate in that there is no customer support or etiquette. *** response to owner's comment: Tony, maybe you should look at all the other Yelp and Google reviews referring to the customer service of your restaurant staff and learn to take accountability and criticism. YOUR business has the account with Uber Eats. YOUR business can edit the menu options on Uber Eats. It wasn't a glitch, and it was not Uber Eat's fault that you didn't add other ingredient options besides lettuce type, premium options, and dressing type. Maybe YOU need to contact Uber Eats to learn how to use their app and update your menu options. Like I said, the food was good. My review is for the way we were treated when we were trying to be kind and let you know that the Uber Eats menu for your restaurant is missing options for the BYO salad. I wouldn't have given this review 1 star or any negativity if we were met with kindness, but the person on the phone (maybe you?) deflected what we told him and said, "yeah the app is weird, but that's what you ordered," turning the blame onto us, then hung up on us. Not even fake accountability, like "yeah weird, thanks for letting us know." Then today you come on here and look like a professional fool, to make yet again another response deflecting blame when someone gives you feedback, telling us we should have told Uber Eats the menu is weird on there, when it's YOUR restaurant who inputs the info into the app and makes the food (I know this because other restaurants have lots of options to edit or omit menu items). The food is fine. The delivery operation is a hot mess - don't do it. Below is just the latest of fails. This place is very obviously built for takeout and delivery (there is essentially no dine-in experience) so it's genuinely impressive how poorly they manage it. When delivery fails (and it does), they don't fix the problem. They deflect it and then the service gets worse. So Uber Eats delivered the wrong order. When the driver couldn't retrieve our actual order, I drove to the restaurant myself to pick it up. Our food was sitting there. They refused to release it unless we returned the incorrect order--food that, once delivered, cannot legally be re-served (ew and also I'm not doing that). They claimed the driver picked up the wrong order, which points to a basic failure in order labeling and pickup control. Instead of correcting their breakdown, they doubled down and made it my problem. I would have even paid for our food (again) but they were so ridiculous at the counter about getting the old food (red flag) that I left empty handed. It's not me, it's you. Embarrassingly bad execution and hostile customer service. If delivery is your entire model, this level of incompetence is indefensible. read more

Took the T to Orient Heights from Revere, Ordered two sandwiches A Crispy Chicken Caesar and a Chicken Parm sandwich, order takes 20 minutes guy behind the counter tries to bring it to me after confirming it was to go at the counter twice. Another 5 minutes go by as they're scrambling to figure out how to properly pack our Togo sandwiches. Get all the way back home and one of the sandwiches is completely wrong looks like they gave us a beef cheese sandwich. When you order in person you expect the order to be accurate especially when it only takes 20 minutes. The crust was the perfect balance of crispy and chewy, the pesto was refreshing, the pepperoni was crisped, and the hot honey added the perfect amount of depth. Unfortunately the mozzarella sticks were not good at all, they were dense and not gooey... almost like biting into a cheese stick, and did not come with marinara sauce. Worst steak and cheese sub I ever had in my life. Seriously . I couldn't even eat it. The meat had big hard chunks of fat and the bread was greasy, soggy and burnt all at the same time. It tasted like old griddle grease. And, they don't use American cheese. The cheese had no flavor. Even if it was edible, it had hardly any meat in it all once you pluck out all of the fat chunks. The pizza is mediocre too. I will never order from here again. I actually cant wait for this place to close, so they can put something good in its location. Came there around 6:30, the place wasn't busy. We got a small margarita and a small spinachia. The pricing is fair and the place is brand new and clean. The pizzas were good. I liked the margarita better than the spinachia but the crust on the margarita could have been a little crispier. We didn't wait too long for our pizzas. The staff is in full training mode, you can both see it and feel it. They are all trying to get the hang of it and the owner was there to support and help them out which was awesome to watch!
