    Mozzarella sticks
    Mike T.

Honestly, decent food. Flavor was there, but their organization needs work. We ordered for pick up, and they seemed busy which wasn't shocking, but we waited a while past pick up time and they gave us a wrong meal. We ordered a crispy chicken Caesar sub, a steak and cheese sub and an Italian sandwich, but they gave us two chicken subs no steak and cheese. The chicken wings were a good size and good flavors especially for the price. The mozzarella sticks however weren't great honestly. The location was really convenient, but not the best for parking. Seems like a neat place to grab a slice and sit down.

I want to start off by saying that 90% of the food was good. Tonight we ordered limoncello wings, a BYO salad, a steak and cheese sub, a pizza with sausage and sun dried tomatoes, and a beach pizza. Everything was delicious, except for the salad, which was an $11 bowl of just romaine. On Uber Eats, the photo for BYO salad shows a typical garden salad. The options for BYO salad (shown below in photos) are lettuce type, premium toppings (chicken fingers, mozzarella cheese, etc), and dressing options. There are no options to add the other vegetables to it on the app, and also no way to leave a comment either (which is why I did BYO instead of the Italian salad bc I didn't want onions, and there was no option to omit or any way to add that as a comment). One would assume that that meant the salad automatically comes with the usual salad vegetables like lettuce, tomato, and cucumber. So I picked romaine for lettuce type with no premium toppings and when our food came, we thought it was odd when the "salad" came as just an $11 bowl of romaine. Before going to Yelp, my husband called twice to question it. At first he got an AI voice menu and no one picked up when he selected to speak with someone. The second time he got through, and he asked the person if it was a mistake or if they were aware of how weird the Uber Eats menu is. The person on the phone basically told him, "yeah it's weird on the app, but that's what you ordered." My husband said, " ok just letting you know though, it's a little misleading, because like if I had picked lettuce and then ordered a premium topping like chicken, would it have just been romaine and chicken?" Then the guy hung up on us. So because of the rude interaction, I am choosing to write the review. The food is good, but the customer service reviews on this restaurant are 100% accurate in that there is no customer support or etiquette. *** response to owner's comment: Tony, maybe you should look at all the other Yelp and Google reviews referring to the customer service of your restaurant staff and learn to take accountability and criticism. YOUR business has the account with Uber Eats. YOUR business can edit the menu options on Uber Eats. It wasn't a glitch, and it was not Uber Eat's fault that you didn't add other ingredient options besides lettuce type, premium options, and dressing type. Maybe YOU need to contact Uber Eats to learn how to use their app and update your menu options. Like I said, the food was good. My review is for the way we were treated when we were trying to be kind and let you know that the Uber Eats menu for your restaurant is missing options for the BYO salad. I wouldn't have given this review 1 star or any negativity if we were met with kindness, but the person on the phone (maybe you?) deflected what we told him and said, "yeah the app is weird, but that's what you ordered," turning the blame onto us, then hung up on us. Not even fake accountability, like "yeah weird, thanks for letting us know." Then today you come on here and look like a professional fool, to make yet again another response deflecting blame when someone gives you feedback, telling us we should have told Uber Eats the menu is weird on there, when it's YOUR restaurant who inputs the info into the app and makes the food (I know this because other restaurants have lots of options to edit or omit menu items). And $11 for a bowl romaine lettuce is crazy-- no one would order that on purpose. LOL like I said, food is good, but the hostility maybe isn't worth it.

    Great undercarriage

Was surprised with the low Yelp reviews for this pizza joint. Most of the low scores attributed to something other than the pizza. Pizza was good. Nice undercarriage and good sauce flavor and cheese to sauce ratio. A little on the floppy side. Service was typical 20 something on his phone who didn't want to be bothered or knew the pizza he was hocking. Ambiance was city loft steam punkish. .

Pizzas were excellent! The cheeseburger pizza had a great "Big Mac" sauce drizzled on it. Their pizzas had a nice crunch and char to them with little-to-no flop. Definitely worth it!

    "Crispy Chicken Caesar Sandwich"
    Griffon B.

Took the T to Orient Heights from Revere, Ordered two sandwiches A Crispy Chicken Caesar and a Chicken Parm sandwich, order takes 20 minutes guy behind the counter tries to bring it to me after confirming it was to go at the counter twice. Another 5 minutes go by as they're scrambling to figure out how to properly pack our Togo sandwiches. Get all the way back home and one of the sandwiches is completely wrong looks like they gave us a beef cheese sandwich. When you order in person you expect the order to be accurate especially when it only takes 20 minutes. Didn't even get to try this new "trending" spot due to lack of service, no refund offered because when you call the restaurant nobody picks up. Mine as well sell the Pizza spot, the food industry isn't for these bozos

Pesto, Roni & Vodka Sauce Sicilian'

"Crush Pizza: Where Your Wallet Gets Crushed, But So Do Your Cravings!" Saw this pizza on Instagram and fell into a deep, cheesy trance. One Google search, a Yelp order (who knew Yelp could do that?), and $40 later (yes, FOR ONE PIZZA), I was committed. Walked in--place is massive, like they're preparing for a pizza-eating Olympics. Ordered the Pesto, Pepperoni & Vodka Sauce pie. Let me tell you, this thing was a masterpiece. Pesto? Perfect. Pepperoni? CUPPED AND PLENTIFUL. Vodka sauce? Smooth like a jazz musician. And that drizzle of Mike's Hot Honey? Chef's kiss. Was it $40? Sure. Did I question my life choices? Maybe. But one bite in, and my bank account suddenly felt... justified. Worth it? Absolutely. Now excuse me while I go sell a kidney for my next pie.

    Burn and poorly stretched pizza.

It's unfortunately the second time someone doesn't know how to want/ to stretch dough properly in a row... the bottom is so burnt it is nearly editable. Their cashier thinks she's the greatest thing and we should be grateful to be in her presence... the way she berates her co workers, they probably do what they can just to get through... and this is the result It's shame they let this out the door, never mind charge $20 for it.

best food i've ever had the pizza was perfect and the crispy chicken ceaser sub is the best thing ever had

French onion steak and cheese, chicken pesto sandwich, and Italian beef sub. Three happy customers.

Crush Pizza recently opened another location in East Boston, and I was quite impressed. I was excited to the pesto, roni, and vodka sicilian pizza and it was delicious. The slices they offer were too tempting not to pass up and being a lover of buffalo chicken pizza these were also solid. We also tried the mozz sticks, which unfortunately were not my favorite. However, I loved the art they had in the main dining area and the servers were very friendly! Definitely try the pizza!

The ribs are fabulous! No question. They are as good as any I've tasted anywhere! Juicy, meaty,…read moreso flavorful. Perfect, I'd say! The green beans are fabulous, too. Fresh and perfectly cooked. I think the mashed potatoes must be fabulous fresh, but mine were heated over because they were prepared before I arrived, so I tasted that heated-over taste. But! They were very good; real potatoes, which you almost never can find anymore, and lots of butter! I might change that myself; a little less butter and a little more milk or cream. The thing I found disappointing was the fried chicken. I went to the restaurant to try the ribs because I'm looking for ribs to serve at a dinner party and I'm on the hunt, but I had to try the chicken! You may like it; I think my objection is a personal taste thing, but ..... The coating on the chicken tastes like it was poured out of a spice-blend like Montreal Steak seasoning or the Kirkland Signature Organic No-Salt seasoning, or Lawrey's Seasoning, or the seasoning packet from Good Seasons Zesty salad dressing packets - I know I've tasted it before, but I can't remember which it is. It was too too much! As I said above; it tasted like it was poured into bowl from the package and the chicken was dredged in it. The flavor may be great if it were toned down a little, like starting with flour and adding the seasoning blend to the flour? Starting with half and half of each would be an improvement, but I would go with a 3 to 1 ratio of flour to mix. Other than that, I am definitely going to order the ribs for my dinner! As it was, I used the sauce that came with the ribs to dip my chicken in; that sauce is out of this world!!!!! And the two gentlemen who helped me were terrific! Carmen talked to me about the ribs, the rest of the menu and was the most gracious host! I told him about my quest for ribs and he was very helpful! He alone is worth going back for. And Zee must have asked me 10 times if I needed anything; he was very attentive! This is a cozy place tucked away where you can go and relax and enjoy a great meal! Order the ribs!

best chicken wings around. always so crispy even when you're getting them for take out. i love all…read morethe sauces they have for them, they're very original. they have a super thin hot honey pizza which is to die for, i think about it all the time lol. their sides are also just so so good. the corn salad, mac and cheese, the mashed sweet potato, the slaw. you literally can't go wrong. they make good drinks too! love this spot
