To my surprise Quick Auto Glass responded to me within 10 mins. They gave me an estimate and the time of their business hours. They open at 8am and I arrived at 8:30. There was only one guy at the shop and he spoke little English but immediately got on the phone and told his partner I was there and gave him my vehicle information. He then told me "window on way" and he started vacuuming up the broken glass and doing the prep work. About an hour later his partner arrived with my window and with the prep work done he was able to install the window in about 10 mins. I was charged the estimated price I was given, plus tax of course. My only complaint is when I got home and was looking over everything I noticed a good amount of glass still under my seat. Advice: don't get a carwash after you get a chip. A small chip will grow by at least a foot. The price he charged me was fair and it took a little more than an hour. He gave me two options for glass and I picked the cheaper one. He told me they are both more or less the same and made by the same companies. I paid $220 which was far less than the other quotes I got. He told me to not get a car wash for at least 24 hrs or any other pressure washing.
