I was also over charged by $100 for the Windows 11. - There were more parts found damaged from being assembled. RAMs look like they were aggressively pushed in. - CPU prong bent. The repair guy I found could tell the computer was placed with the glass down in the car like the NbN worker had done. Legitimately go take your computer to Silicon Valley to have it looked at or a custom one made. Found someone who actually talks to you face to face, is passionate about computer builds, and likes their job. Also respectful to customers. I wish I could get my money back from the damage Nerds by Night caused and the mess they left in my computer casing.

It turned out the issue was worse than we thought, but I really appreciated the help he gave me over the phone -- for free ! So I brought the PC to him and Adam determined that the motherboard was ruined. It was an older PC, so rather than put in a new motherboard, he recommended I purchase a refurbished one with a warranty for the same price. Adam transferred all the data and applications from the old PC to the "new" refurbished one, and it has been working fine ever since. (It's been a year now -- I know, I'm very late writing up this review.) I was very impressed with the manner in which Adam treated me -- he explained everything very clearly and never talked down to me.
