Oh my goodness--Crydermans was AMAZING! Truly the best barbecue we have ever had, and that is saying something! Everything was so flavorful, tender, and absolutely delicious. This is the kind of place you keep talking about after the meal is over and immediately start planning your next visit. We will absolutely be back. If you love barbecue, do yourself a favor and go to Crydermans!

Holy Moly, this was hands down the beat barbecue experience my mom and I ever had. We had to make some time before her Dr's appt so we had some lunch. Blown away by this place. If you have a barbecue bucket list, add Crydermans Barbecue to it. Beyond amazing !!!!

This place is great we got 1lb of brisket with a pull pork sandwich some ribs and a couple of sides. Everything tasted amazing we even got their new dessert the cinnamon bread pudding. The line moves very slow to eat here because the workers move slow. If the workers would've been more diligent the line would be a lot faster. The bill came out to be around $90. It's cheaper do you pay cash as well. The place is all outdoor seating but there was little to non bugs. There is large and small tables and they are in the shade. Overall great bbq to eat!

The food is good. The prices are bad. It's a once in a while place for me because it's so expensive. It had a funky smell in the dining area, like old sour diary which grossed me out.

Still the best barbecue in Brevard, my beef brisket sandwich was delicious and the Hawaiian ice tea is to die. The not so good was the chili which resembled and tasted like the cheap stuff you would put on a hot dog. The potato salad was mushy and very bland. After many samplings thrpughout the years their beef sausage has got to be about the worst I have ever tasted in a barbecue joint and I have tasted it all. Pricing here is also a distraction and reflective in the empty lunch benches. Yeah people are tightening their belts these days.

Wow! From the service to the food, this is my new favorite bbq spot on the east coast of Florida. The brisket is Texas style and smoked to a perfect pink tint. The sauces are good too, but I went with the dry rub. Perfect for the beach day!

I cannot say enough good things about Crydermans Barbecue. The quantity and quality of the food cannot be surpassed. The brisket sandwich is 1/3 pound meat on a potato bun. It melts in your mouth. I also had the special of the day - Key Lime Crack Puddin'. I did not think I could finish it, but I could not stop eating it! My family also enjoyed the ribs, mac & cheese, collard greens, and bread puddin'. You order inside and then sit in a covered area with picnic tables. The staff is very helpful and patient.

This was my third time visiting Crydermans BBQ. Whenever I'm in the area, I stop by this bbq spot. Everyone there is nice and helpful. Great customer service. It's counter service, just like when I'm in Texas, so you know it's legit! The outdoor area it's perfect. Makes the whole experience. We tried both types of ribs, brisket, burnt ends, sausage, Mac and cheese and potato salad. Everything was delicious. Potato salad wasn't it, but wasn't horrible. They have beers on can and bottle, so you can sip and have great bbq if you're into that. Can't wait to visit again!

Everything about Crydermans is top notch! From their great, friendly service, to their scratch made foods and smoked meats. Even the side dishes and desserts are one of a kind. Parking is super easy, parking lot is right across the street and there is plenty of outdoor/under cover seating. Bathroom clean and stocked, as well as the common area is clean and stocked. Owners Chad and Amy are great people! Everyone here loves bbq and is passionate about serving quality foods. Mac and cheese is smoked and has a little kick. If you're luck enough to be there when they have burnt ends, get them! Pickles are crunchy and the onions on the side are a nice touch.

The owner offered a sample of brisket which I happily accepted. Best barbecue brisket I have ever eaten. Same goes for the pork ribs.

Ask the Community - Crydermans Barbecue

When is the Melbourne location open? Or, did it close down already, before I even got to go there? It just seems to always be closed everytime I drive by...

We are open Tuesday thru Saturday 11am-6:30 pm. Hope to see you soon my friend.

Do they have any vegetarian options?

Other person said yes, but the only non-meat items I remember are their side dishes. So if you can make a meal out of cole slaw and sweet tea...yes there are vegetarian options.

We grabbed seats at the bar, and right out of the gate the experience was mission-ready. The girls behind the bar were awesome, friendly, attentive, and just had that effortless vibe that makes you feel like a regular even if it's your first visit. Now the food... wow. Everything came out fresh, hot, and absolutely dialed in. The burgers were stacked and juicy, the sandwiches loaded, and those sidewinder fries? Forget it. Crispy, golden perfection. You can tell nothing sat under a heat lamp, this was all cooked to order and launched straight to the table. Best way I can describe it given the location... This wasn't just good food, it was a full-on flavor liftoff. Like sitting a few miles from Cape Canaveral and watching a rocket punch through the atmosphere, everything about this meal just took off and didn't look back. Great people, killer food, laid-back atmosphere... this place hits on all cylinders. We'll definitely be back for another launch

When we arrived, we did notice the outside could use a little TLC, but once inside, it was very clean and tidy. We were immediately greeted by both the hostess and bartender, and they were very friendly. We were seated right away and our drink orders were taken quickly. It took us a few minutes to go through the menu since we weren't familiar with the restaurant, and there are quite a few items to choose from. We ordered the "Crack Mac Snack" (macaroni and cheese) and added pulled pork and the biscuit bread. The food came out quickly, and we were not disappointed. The biscuit bread was absolutely amazing, rich, soft, and delicious (maybe a little too generous with the butter on top, but still delicious). It's a thick, hearty piece, about two inches high and roughly four inches square. The mac and cheese was a generous portion and easily enough to share, and it was really good. The homemade BBQ sauce was also a highlight. The only slight miss was my husband's Coke, which wasn't very sweet, possibly a calibration issue with the machine. Overall, this is definitely a spot worth trying if you're in Cocoa Beach and want something different. There's a lot on the menu, and we'll definitely be back.

We decided to have dinner when they had soulfood Sunday. The original waitress we had was cool and friendly, but the 2nd was not friendly, never took a drink order, never told us what was still available. We orginally ordered yams, after 15/20 of waiting we were told there weren't any left and what would we like to replace it with, but luckily they discovered they had enough for at least one serving. The peel & eat shrimp is literally too salty to eat. Following this dinner we had full blown headaches and suspect it was from this salty dish that we could not finish. The catfish was cooked well, and seasoned well, yet also salty along with the collard greens. The mac was good and balanced, the bite with some catfish was perfect. I was happy they did bring out the yams because they were made perfectly, soft, not too sweet and complimented every part of the meal. The smothered porkchops, a bit too smothered for our liking in a salty gravy. Trying to eat the porkchop itself was a challenge not worth much because you may be getting fatty piece. My wife, being the kind person she is, decided to try dessert. She has been looking for real banana pudding, what they had left was red velvet cake. It was pretty good, not much to say on it honestly I was beyond done. That said, we will not be returning. I really wanted a po boy, but its not worth getting a headache over due to high sodium
