I don't know where to start. The times I went there was usually a wait, but for good food I will wait all day. You can wait in your car u til your order is ready if needed. They're fairly new so they working out the timing on getting orders ready in a timely manner. The Brisket is definitely some of the best brisket in the area..so much flavor and moisture. This would probably be my most fav item on the menu. The Smoked Oxtail is literally right on the heals of the brisket..coming in as my 2nd most fav item on the menu. I never had smoked oxtail before but this was amazing. The oxtail had a smoked tender flavor and it also came with some gravy over white rice. You will have to visit often because he switches up the menu and usually doesn't have the oxtails on the same days as he has the brisket..it's a place I encourage all to try out if you're in the Cocoa area.
