I started going to cryo therapy due to severe swelling in my feet and ankles after doing some research of ways to combat the inflammation without medication. I got the 8 pack and could tell / feel a difference after the first session. The lady that was working was very friendly and walked me through the many benefits of Cryo and then directed me to the dressing room and instructed me to disrobe all but my undies then put the pancho, socks and crocs on. When I came out she assisted me up into the cryo chamber and instructed me to slowly spin during the 3 minute session. She also stood and talked with me during this time. I have scheduled an appointment for the float pod and the hyperbaric chamber and am excited for both. I can honestly say I had a very good experience and look forward to my next visit. read more

This was not a great experience. I was making a self care day and thought adding in a red light therapy facial. I got a Groupon deal and figured I'd check it out. I am not typically spontaneous like this, but I wanted to treat myself. First it's very hard to find the building. Then when you go in it's a young man and at first it all seemed fine but then he takes me back to a room (mind you there are no other people in the building) he tells me to put on goggles and then I can get in the machine with bra and underwear. I told him I did not purchase a body one only a facial and he looks at me very confused and says he doesn't know if they have that and he will go look. So after he goes digging around in the back he comes back to get me from the room and has me sit on this random long seat and hands me a red light therapy mask. The ones you can buy online. Again this is explained online as a tool they use, an actual person doing the facial. It just gave me the most creepy vibe. I guess you get what you pay for but this was not what I was expecting for a relaxing facial. Never again I'm sorry. read more

First, it was Very difficult to find this business, so I was already frustrated due to that. I entered the business , went to counter that was not being manned, I stood at counter thinking maybe they will be right back. No one came up. I heard voices down the hall, I got eye contact with someone and I had to ask them if I should have a seat until someone comes up, they said oh ya go ahead. I knew from this point and from how the front counter was unprofessional looking (messy with torn seats, etc.) that the visit was not going to be in my favor. I went to there to try the Cryo chamber. The worker finally came, walked me back to a very tiny (3'x3') dressing room, told me to put the socks, gloves & robe on. There was no stool, bench or chair to use, just the wall. The tiny dressing room had a tower shoe rack filled with crock style shoes all in men's size and floor length mirror leaning against the wall and a floating shelf. The workers instructions did not tell me to remove all clothing so I was guessing on what to do. I remember someone told me their experience there and how they took off all their clothes and put robe on, so from that memory, I did the same. I didn't know where I could put my clothes, I assume they want you put on floor. Anyway, I could have easily just put the robe (which was really just a poncho), over my clothes, because I wasn't told anything different. And yes, they knew it was my first time there. They walked me to Cryo chamber, opened door, and said ok get in. Mind you, I went there for Cryo therapy for my active sciatica, so I was dealing with discomfort. To get into the chamber, it's about a 12" off ground level and no handle available to grab onto. This was a challenge for me to get into especially in my condition. The worker did not offer to help just held door open and waited as I managed myself in. The Cryo session is only 3 mins. It was manageable to withstand the coldness blowing on my whole body until the last 20 or so seconds then it became uncomfortable. The worker opened the chamber door when it was over and slid over a foot stool to help from making a jump down. I was a bit agitated that they didn't slide that stool up when I was trying to get into the chamber, only to get out. Needless to say, I did not get the relief I was needing or hoping for, so it was a bad experience all the way around. As a business owner, I was embarrassed that someone runs a business that way, it gave me hoarder status vibes and zero professionalism. The socks and gloves they gave me to put on were very grungy and dingy, probably used a few hundred times before me by others. They are a far cry from any type of med spa feel, it was more like make-shift swap meet cheap feeling. I wouldn't be surprised if I saw roaches run across the wall or floor, if you get my drift. Never to return. Proceed with caution. Seems very shady as other reviews noted and now that I've been there, I concur. Thumbs down & big frown! read more

I've been going here for over a year for their whole body cryotherapy. Mandy is very knowledgeable on the services she provides. Even through renovations after their float tank broke, she was able to fit me in. Cryotherapy has been so helpful for my health as well. I made a reservation for a float therapy session and a localized cryo therapy session for 10:15am through classpass, but when I got there the open sign was lit up but they were still closed. I called the number on the window and the lady apologized and said that she was going to be there in 5 mins. I wasn't seen until 10:30. Overall, the place needed work, it was kind of messy and worn down. The lady was super sweet and helpful tho! Prices were very reasonable and I will be back soon! read more

Bought a Groupon and they redeemed it with out me ever even going to the location. I called and they said they'd give me another free float for the inconvenience. I asked if I can book and they said their float machine was broken, ever since it's been broken and I kept getting "free floats" in their system for the inconvenience supposedly. I walked in for the first time about two months ago because no one ever answers and I wanted to use my float. it's hidden somewhere in the back of the shopping center. There was no one at the front, there was random furniture in the office that might have been taken out of the rooms, and big hoses running down the hallway. It was really loud, I could see a lady in the very far room but she never came out or looked to the front. I could not catch her attention since it was super loud with whatever those hoses were doing so I ended up leaving. Point is, I bought this Groupon last year and I got scammed for $50 something dollars and they either don't answer or their float machine is still broken. Yes, I know it is full of salt, but I have never had float water smell musky like this. The longer I stayed in the water, the more I wanted to get out. The cleanliness in general left something to be desired. There was trash from the person before me on the floor . Who knows what else didn't get cleaned. My favorite part about floating is the sensory deprivation. No lights or sounds for me. There was a constant shortage und of a pump running throughout my float. Made it hard to relax. Then when customers come back for cryotherapy you can hear their conversations from the float tank. Overall it wasn't much of a relaxing time. I won't be returning. read more

My husband and I went for a couple's float. The pod was large enough to comfortably fit two medium-sized people. We heard conversations outside of the room clearly. The pod had light and music controls. There was a hot shower and grooming products available after the float, including scrunch spray (IYKYK). On a second visit, here's what I would do differently: 1. Remember to turn the light in the room off. The pod let in quite a bit of light. 2. Wear a swimsuit or cover-up. The water was room temp, and the pod floor heated, but areas of my body not submerged were cold for most of the float. It's worth noting that my husband was not cold at all. 3. Do an individual float. Every time me or my husband moved, it distracted the other person. read more

My husband and I scheduled a couples float for 10:15 am through the company website. We paid the full amount, $85 upfront. We were looking forward to this, as it would be our first time floating. We showed up around 10 am yesterday (the lettering on the front door states they open at 10 on the day we came), and the doors were locked. We waited outside in the cold until our appointment time, 10:15. Still closed. I called the phone number listed on the front door. When the owner picked up, I stated that I had a 10:15 appointment and that we were waiting outside. She rudely replied, "I am 10 minutes away," and then hung up. 10 minutes go by, and the shop is still closed. She ended up arriving about 20 minutes later. She walked up and rudely stated, "I'm here." Then she proceeded to unlock the door, letting it slam close on us. At this point, I wanted to ask for a refund. I did, and she responded that she didn't even know about our appointment because they are using a "new system." It was only when she risked losing money that she finally apologized. She did offer us half-off the price for the inconvenience, so we gave in and floated. All in all, it was a negative experience. The place did not feel sanitary, staff was rude, and it was far from relaxing, which was the whole point in going! We will be taking our business elsewhere. read more

Ive been waiting for months for a place like this to open in Kern County so when I heard 360 opened I definitely had to check it out! Went on a Saturday afternoon with my mom to get her a cryofacial. There was no line and the technician was friendly and personable. You have to create an account before any services are done but this seems to be an advantage for us clients because we are able to add members to our account in order to share packages. I couldn't believe how reasonable a package of 10 cryofacials were ($245 for 10). Our tech allowed me to watch & she gave us great information about other therapies they perform/various other advantages of cryo in relation to health. I'm not sure on how legitimate the science is, but I feel incredible afterwards. It feels unbearably cold, but when you step out of the chamber, you will feel euphoric. was a new customer for a float. I was really excited to do this. I had originally scheduled my appointment through their website for 9am. Then a week later I got a text stating my appointment had been changed to 11am. No problem. I got a text yesterday reminding me of my 11am appointment. Today, I go and arrive at 10:50am. It was not quite open yet. It stated on the door that it opened at 11am. I stood outside in the cold and tried the door at 11:05am and 11:10am before I finally went and sat in my car and watched the door until 11:15am, when I left. I tried calling both numbers listed for them multiple times. No answer. I finally reached someone on the phone at 11:20am and she was very rude and argumentative about when she got there and my appointment time. I asked for the owner and unfortunately, this behavior was the owner. I would never go there or recommend anyone to go there. The owner eventually offered a free float all while still arguing about what time they open and what time I scheduled through their website. She doesn't care about customer service, she cares about being right. I would rather pay for a float somewhere that cares about people! read more

My son plays football and we're always looking for a way to improve his performance. Me and my wife heard they finally have cryo therapy in Bakersfield so we paid for our son a membership and he has heeled 100% faster and his soreness and aching is gone.
