Afterward, we were told we owed an additional $75 that had not been clearly discussed upfront. When we questioned the extra charge, we were told the balance could be sent to collections, which felt unnecessarily aggressive given the situation. The biggest issue was the lack of transparency around pricing and what services were actually being performed. If you do choose to work with them, I highly recommend getting a detailed quote in writing before agreeing to anything. Overall, this was a frustrating experience that left us feeling taken advantage of during an already stressful time. So disappointing.
