$15 Value Spray Waxed my Car & Shined my Tires.

Free Car Wash Opening Week! $15 Value; vacuums are always free! For a quick wash and quick workout (vacuuming your own car) this place is definitely on my revist list. Everything is brand new; Staff was on site. Some Tips: 1) Bring extra towel if you want to completely dry the car promptly. 2) Bring window cleaner for the interior of you car. 3) Bring Car Freshener for the final touch.

Car bumper torn half way off in car wash

I had a bad experience on Wednesday August 30th, 2017 at the new car wash. They must be still working out the bugs in the new equipment, I went through like i ordinarily do and my car jumped over the tracks...twice. First time was right up front and i had to back up on a piece of wood to get back on tracks, second time was like 15 feet in, had to do the same thing only had water coming in on me because i could not hear what the guy was saying to me so I had to open the door. Tore off half of front bumper and did damage to wheel and undercarriage. I dont think that big red emergency button was working right. I left my contact info but they never called back so looks like i will have to do police report and get Lawyer and stuff.

I tried to use my Yelp coupon to upgrade get a regular wash for $3, but they don't know how to do that. That's a shame...

Even though there was a line, an attendant at the machine helped move things along. Smooth, friendly and affordable. Good job!

Good "rinse off dust" wash for $3; if you want better, upgrade. Their vacuums have absolutely no suction to them.

Ask the Community - Express Car Wash

    What is the max height?

Hi. The maximum height for vehicles is 7 feet 2 inches.

I purchased a car wash. The piece of paper I got only has the was code. Shouldn't it have my card number and the amount of the purchase on it?

If you purchase our top wash, a Wash Code will print automatically for you to redeem another top wash for Free within five days. If you need a receipt, you will need to touch the button which reads Print Receipt after you paid. When the button…

I didn't know how to work the vacuums at first but then a really cool guy named Elijah helped me out without me asking him so props to him for seeing a customer in need. Then this girl named Natalie helped sign me up for a membership. She explained me the memberships and how they worked so I bought the classic membership. I think it's priced well. For the first month it's $10 and then after that it's $20 a month. I really appreciate Natalie for talking me into buying the membership. I didn't feel like bothering Natalie anymore so I parked my car and went inside to talk to the manager. His name is Brian he is a really cool dude to talk to. He told me about the detail kit and what that was. It's really good to clean your car with. Really good customer service here. They are really helpful and nice people huge props to them.

I've given this place multiple chances because it's conveniently located and, judging by the…read moreconstant line of cars, clearly popular. But at this point, I can't justify going back. The core issue isn't just that there's always a line--it's that the line is chaos. There's no clear system, no active management, and no sense that anyone is responsible for keeping things orderly. Cars cut in front of each other, people inch forward aggressively to claim space, and what should be a straightforward wait turns into a stressful, almost competitive experience. I've seen more than a few tense exchanges between customers, and it completely undermines what should be a routine errand. To be fair, the staff seem young and well-intentioned. They're not disengaged or rude. But they also don't appear trained or empowered to manage the flow of traffic or address the disorder. When things back up--which is often--there's no visible effort to step in and create structure. It feels like everyone is just reacting rather than running an actual system. And then there's the wash itself, which is... fine. Not terrible, but certainly not worth the time, frustration, and unpredictability of the experience leading up to it. For a place that clearly has high demand, you'd expect a more polished operation and a better end result. What's most frustrating is that this feels fixable. A clearly defined queue, active line management, and some basic customer flow discipline would go a long way. Instead, it's left to chance--and the result is a place that feels stressful and, frankly, unpleasant to visit. There are too many other options out there to justify dealing with this level of disorganization.
