I understand that not every set will be perfect, but I expected better communication if the design couldn't be achieved or suggestions for an alternative. I brought some balloons in before hand but they then brought their own balloons, a birthday sash, and a crown for her. They were super sweet and welcoming. Our pedicures were amazing and my first time here my gel pedicure lasted twice as long (6 weeks) than when I got them done at chocolate nail. We will definitely be back!!
