Especially when trying to get it removed they properly cleaned my eyelashes before putting a new set on. I went two weeks before and the guy there did my eyelashes and instead of using the removal, he ripped off the eyelashes and when i checked my phone, it was a bunch of dirt and stuff and i asked him if i can get up and go clean it off and he said there's nothing there and started to put the new eyelash on it was fine but about 4-5 days my left eyelash was starting to come loose. Today I came in to get it removed and hopes for a new set which was $38 which is fine, but sad to say I won't be coming back to do eyelashes anymore. He applied way too much glue to them to the point i was in pain trying to get it removed. My eyes after it was done, was all red it looked like i was crying. She kept applying and removing layer after layer sometimes four coats at a time; while having me put my hands under the drying light. She continually switched between colors, trying black, white, and pink, but for some reason, couldn't get it right. By the next day, my nails had already chipped.
