I am extremely disappointed with my nails. they are way way to dark for what I asked for. while she was doing it I literally asked TWICE would it lighten up they are too dark and both times she blew me off saying they would lighten. Jillian is very accommodating. She does beautiful art work on your nails. Many color selections. I often get compliments on my nails.

I love Crystal salon. They are always so nice and my nails always look fire. Doesn't matter what design I show Jillian she always kills it!

So I don't see any recent reviews, here we go! Disclaimer: If you don't like seeing feet I suggest you move on lol. But for the sake of reviewing I added the pictures. Jillian did the best job on my feet she really cleaned them up well. The gel on them is perfectly smooth and opaque. (Let me add in that one of my big toes broke previously, she shaped them the best she could so if you guys see a shorter toe it's not her fault it was like that already). As for my nails her husband did them and he was so nice and patient, My thumb nail got stuck to my finger and messed up the polish but he cleaned it up for me really well, no one would ever know that the polish rubbed. And again smooth coverage on the gel. I love these people very positive vibes and they do a great job at nails, they don't rush but do everything in a timely matter. I never get acrylic nails but the day before my wedding I had my nails done at a local salon and they were horrendous. I cried when I left because I had no time before my rehearsal dinner to go elsewhere to have them fixed. The next morning I called Crystal nails. James answered and I told him it was my wedding day and my nails Needed to be fixed! He had me come right in and sat me with Sally. Multiple staff came to look at my nails and were bringing me color swatches and looking at the photo of what I originally wanted done at the other nail salon. They wanted to make sure they got everything right for me. Sally was AMAZING! I left and my nails were PERFECT! Looked amazing in my photos and with my ring. The sparkle accent nails they recommended ended up matching the grooms suit! They took such good care of me. I couldn't have been happier and I can't thank Sally and James enough! read more

I stopped in to get a pedicure. When I first saw that a young man was going to do my nails I was hesitant until I saw everything he was doing. Usually i just go to a nail place that is the cheapest but i came across Crystal nails last month and went back for the 2nd time yesterday because of how much i love my nails. James and Jillian are so cute they make me just want to support their business because of how nice they are. I brought in a design and while James was doing my fill, Jillian practiced the design and painted it when he was done which blew my mind. She was so patient and meticulous. I like conversation and relaxation when i get my nails done and i get both. Prices arent bad at all. $45 for gel fill, french manicure, and design. I always tip well because thats not that much when you break it down by hour. My nails are strong and didn't break like they did the last place i went. I called ahead and had no wait time on a Wednesday afternoon. This will be my only salon from now on. They did my eyebrows last time only $7. Easy location to get to, right off the highway and plenty of parking. Cant wait to go next time for Halloween designs by Jillian. read more

NEW OWNER is a jerk. Store opens at !0am. One worker trying to juggle 4 customers, she called the owner to get some help. When he finally arrived he had an attitude and wanted to take a customer that made a 10:30 appointment on there facebook page AND came in at 11am, the one worker was totally clueless to this page, the waiting customer verbalized her displeasure in the wait. He was rude and unsympathetic. Would not honor previous owners gift certificate even though he continues to use the same company name and it has no expiration date. At the least he needs to brush up on his customer service skills. Needless to say I will not be going back there. read more

I love this place it is runned and owned by family and they are the best around! very clean friendly and they do the danm thing on nail desighns! I remember I used to get free painted desighns on my nails because my nail beds were long and beautiful they said perfect for desighns! They also do pedicures, great and eye brows!
