But the moment she asked me if I was getting spa treatment added and I declined her whole mood changed. Like 30 minutes and even then I feel like I'm being generous. a lady next to me who got gel French as well with NO spa treatment, we were seated at the same time, started at the same time and I was done before her. My pinky toe was cut extremely short to where it looked like a had no toe nail and just my skin was painted. At first glance the pedicure looked okay. But two hours after I left the buisness I go home and the gel was peeling clean off my toes. All I did after the pedicure was pick up groceries and my children. I've been getting gel French pedicures for the past 15 years and never experienced this anywhere. there was gel in the cracks of my toenail that were peeling and cracking and I knew if I peeled it all the gel on my toes would come off with it. And after that I really examined my pedicure. By my cuticle on my big toe wasn't even painted 3/4 of my toe was done and I didn't even think that was possible. my toenails were round instead of square and were different shapes and uneven . I gave the lady a $15 tip on top of paying $70 for a pedicure ONLY. Because as I said I've been here before and received good service. I called the establishment and the woman who answered that I'm pretty sure was the one who did it just said sorry and hung up . No type of resolution, no offer to fix it, NOTHING. just took my money . If I were anybody I would pick a different establishment for a spa mani pedi treatment and I am moving forward. I DONT EVER RECOMMEND COMING HERE TO ANYONE. I literally peeled it off and had to except I got jipped $100. After reading other reviews a lot of other customers experienced similar things as me as well recently.

The person who was doing my nails was so rough and seemed like she didn't know what she was doing. She cut my skin so many times and my cuticles started to bleed. SHE NEVER EVEN APOLOGIZED. After I told her to stop Becs my fingers were hurting so bad from all the cuts she gave me, I told her I just wanted her to take it off. She then called over the owner I assum and she asked me if I ever got my nails done before and I said yes but I haven't gotten it done for around 8 months since I've moved to Connecticut and I've NEVER had my hands hurt like this to the point where I'm SHAKING. She goes on to say I'm just very tender handed and that they've been doing this for over 10 years and they also stated that they've cut their clients before some people can handle it and some people can't. (NOTE IF YOU WORK FOR OVER 10 YEARS DOING NAILS AND YOU STILL CUT YOUR CLIENTS, YOU SHOULDNT BE DOING NAILS PERIOD!) I asked if I can come back next time with someone I previously wanted to go to becs I liked her work but then THAT GIRL states she works just the same and she might cut me too so at that point I wanted to just get out. They kept saying things under their breath about me in Spanish as well and I told the girl just leave it I'll fix it myself and walked out. As I walked out they made a smart ass remark and said have a good weekend knowing damn well I was crying becs of how mean they were. Bunch of bullies who treated me like I've never done my nails before. I've worked at a nail salon for a year and THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED TO A CLIENT BEFORE.
