What can I say! worst place ever. To begin i came here to do my nails for the first time . After I read some review I wanted to try this place . As soon as i walk in receptionist was very RUDE.She did not even say Hello. They told me to login or sign up, to be seated. After that, they started to argue between them to see who was going to do my nails. After that uncountable situation, something that i never though i could witness happen wile i was having my nails done. One of the lady that works there walk in and call the police because the owner had not paid her for two weeks and she needed her check . Omg they were screaming to each other in-front of all customers. . What a drama in a place that you go to Relax !!! But that was not all there was also another client that got into a argument with the owner moments latter . What I overhear was the owner screaming at the customer IF YOU DONT LIKE IT DONT COME HERE !!!! And the customer spoke back (after more that 6 years coming here this is how you treat me)... everybody in the salon hear how unprofessional the owner was treating this customer that apparently has been coming there for years !! Even the female Police officer that was there, said that she used to be a client of CrystalNails and she stop coming because of the bad service. Waoooo !!! They even told her that if she dared to do a bad review on them the latin lady that did her nails was going to get fired !!!! After all this drama i just needed to get out and NEVER come back to this place again. This place looks very nice in photos abd is in the middle of Hialeah .', but they need NEW Management new receptionist new everything . If this is how they treat there old clients , what can i expect for me as a new one. read more

I have been coming to this nail salon for more than 6 years !! Is incredible how rude this people Have become. I don't know what has happen with the owner Lily she used to be very nice, but now her true face is showing . they need new management . The girl in the front is sooo unprofessional always has bad actitud . They treat Hispanic people so bad is disgusting . Racist people. They even fired Danuvis one of the best they had doing nails. Because i told them i was going to do a review on them because they did not lead her do deep powder on my nails. Its soo unfair she was not allow to do anything else that manicure. Of course that way Danuvis only gets paid for the lowest services. and she wouldn't be earning more $$. Unfortunately i was obligated to do it with another member of Lilys family that works there. The owner Lily yield at me in the salon in-front of all clients that if i did not like theres services not to come there . After so many years lesson learns !! They don't deserve my money or my time. I hope this helps other lady's not to come here they are very racist and and unprofessional with there clients, that after all we are the ones that puts food in there mouth. Its a 0 stars from me . Sooner or latter this place will close . I hope Danubis starts in another salon very soon. I will be one of her client foreshores !! She did not deserve such bad treatment . Best nail salon in Hialeah! Many people say that this is really expensive and that their nails were terrible once they were finished. I went here last year for a graduation dance (not prom) and got my nails done. I got them done with a person named I think van, or jan, or something like that and I also went by appointment because it can be a little packed. These nails may be expensive but they last a while. I have seen too many reviews on this place and I went to another nails salon before this thats way cheaper but their nails on lasted for a week. These nails started falling off for me after almost 2 MONTHS. I agree that to get your acrylics on here may be expensive but they are worth it. If I were to give this 10000 stars I would. Today my pedicure lasted less than 10 minutes. KEVIN was not happy that he could not up-sell an extra massage or treatment. There was a woman who went in before me and I finished before she did. When I asked him why the service was so short he responded there's nothing else to do when I could clearly see extra skin and nail. A REGULAR PEDICURE SHOULD NOT LAST 10 MINUTES. John is the worse nail tech I have ever come across. This was my second time doing my nails with him and BOTH times I've been unhappy with his service. The first time I complained and the other nail techs were apologetic for his work and one of the girls fixed them as much as she could. Clearly I didn't learn my lesson because this time he did an even worse job. The dip nails are extremely lumpy and he left them extremely messy. I will definitely never be returning. read more
