I had seen a few doctors for help but was only hurried through an initial exam with no thorough questions or diagnostic workup. When I saw Dr. Vasireddy he asked the right questions, listened to my own and promised that if I gave him a chance he would get rid of my pain. I agreed. He did an MRI, followed by a spinal injection and within 72 hours my back and leg pain were gone. He continues to treat other areas of my back. He's the best, I know. First off, she does what is called a minimally invasive procedure which basically means she doesn't cut into any muscle. This means less pain and a much quicker recovery time. Amanda is really concerned about her patients; she gives out her personal number and tells you to call for any reason. She gets you set up on a text system that texts you exercises you can/should be doing and answers questions regarding issues such as swelling, ice, etc. I don't think you'll go wrong choosing Amanda. Lastly, which should of been first, she's a Christian. She prayed over me before surgery and it put me at ease.

So Amanda Marshall walks in she doesn't greet me Amanda Marshall is directly in front of me not facing me but her side was facing me and she begins talking to the intake person while I'm sitting there with my leg stretched like I'd made a habit of for years to avoid the pain when Amanda Marshall suddenly speaks out in a rather frustrated way " will you put out your leg down " and she continued talking to the intake person . I was appalled ... I've never been treated so rudely by any doctor ever in my entire life . And I've battled cancer and have seen many doctors .I'm guessing I gave her the impression ( because I was sitting up so high on the examination table with my leg not completely straight out but not completely bent either just held out in order to avoid pain ) of a " young dramatic kid " wanting attention on her "OUCHI " As if I was trying to show her my leg is hurting . This woman ( I'm not even gonna call her a doctor because I've never met a more rude doctor in my life ... ASSUMING I was DOING THIS ON PURPOSE. Not knowing that this has been a literal position ( of my leg ) I'd had to adapt to throughout my life . The only thing I can say is she is an idiot ! They led me on to believe that they were in network and that perhaps the reason my consult wasn't covered was because I'd seen another dentist and maybe my insurance only covered one consult per year. I then saw a doctor who was very kind, informative and helpful and proceeded to schedule the procedure I needed done.... Keep in mind that I STILL haven't been informed that I am out of network. I received a call this morning to confirm my appointment for my procedure tomorrow morning and I proceeded to ask what my expected cost after insurance would be. I was informed of an INSANELY high amount considering I have insurance and when I questioned it, I was simply told that yes, this is my total after insurance. STILL NO ONE TELLING ME THEY DON'T ACCEPT MY INSURANCE. I call my insurance to verify and my insurance is finally the one to inform me that this practice is in fact out of network, thus the high price tag. When I call the practice to inform them of this and that I will not be proceeding due to being out of network, I was informed that no, no, no, I was most certainly told they were out of network and I must be mistaken. I promise you I am not one to mishear things when it comes to insurance or cost because I a) can't afford to do things out of network and b) why would I do something out of network when I have dental insurance??? Again I was told this was my mistake and they accepted no responsibility. If they take your insurance, I say go for it as the dentist himself is lovely but please, please, please make sure to verify things yourself because they aren't going to turn away your money or help you to figure out that they aren't in your network.

They called me the next morning and got me an appointment that day. They have handled everything insurance and referral-wise. 4 days after my appointment I had surgery. They put 10 screws and a rod in my leg. I have two decent sized scars and they healed so well. They look like little slits. After surgery all of your visits are covered for the next 90 days. Which is amazing! You walk in, tell them your name, and you help yourself to the coffee and snack bar in the lobby. Every time I have called I have gotten an answer for my question. The staff is amazing and extremely helpful. A bonus is that this is an all woman run clinic.

The MA perfectly gave us the right amount of humor & response needed as a new patient with nervousness and "what'if's" that exponentially were settled right away & the doctor came in the room with expertise & efficiency!
