They are always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I live closer to the other pool store in town but go out of my way to go to Crystal.

Not the bargain of the century, but after a few years we've finally figured out that you get what you pay for. Got home, set up the tree, plugged it in, and lo and behold: a string of lights was out. After trying for an hour to diagnose and fix the problem ourselves, I decide to contact the manufacturer, but when I go online to register the purchase, I notice that the name of the tree on the receipt isn't the same as the one we bought. (This was mentioned to us when we paid for the tree, but I admittedly only half paid attention.) Thus, the next day I called Seasonal to see if they could help fix the receipt. They explained the different name on the receipt (the manufacturer changed the model name), then told me to bring the burnt out section of the tree to them. I brought the affected part of the tree to them, and they told me Matt would fix it as soon as he was back from lunch. They took my name, and I headed out to run some other errands. Maybe an hour later, Matt called to tell me that he wouldn't have time to get to my tree today, so he'd pulled the matching section out of a new box, tested it, and had it waiting for me at the front of the store. Just like that, I had a brand new piece and a working Christmas tree. A truism about any sort of customer service: it isn't the problems you remember, it's the resolution. I expected a weeks-long ordeal with the manufacturer, and instead had a pleasant, quick encounter with the Seasonal staff that made my problem go away. We'll definitely be back.

Ok, I HAVE, HAVE, HAVE to update, now that our baby is installed and running! One thing about…read moreFerrari Pools, Patios and Spas - is that Pools and Spas is not their primary "thing" - their "thing" is the patios. But anything that goes into making a patio spectacular becomes their "thing". We weren't in the market for a "patio" - quite yet. What we were in the market for was a plunge pool. Until we visited a home show, and we priced out pools - and just when we were about to "bite the bullet", a well known company in the North Shore, that ONLY does spas and spa pools, gave us a really good breakdown on how a spa pool would fit our needs/lifestyle at a fraction of the cost of a pool. We embarked on doing research. LOTS of research (we currently own a non heated pool, and the maintenance hasn't been a big deal, so we KNEW what we would get ourselves in to... but $150K pricetag?! um, uh...). Wound up at NES (and you've read my review/experience on that, and subsequently the manager boohooing thinking we were "indoctrinated" by them only to ditch them... nope, they were overpriced and only decided to make a deal when they realized they lost the sale... but I digress). SO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Off we go to Ferrari, and got a really, really wonderful cost/benefit analysis on pools (did I mention they do pools?!) and our life style. Actually, they sell few spa's, because patios are #1 and pools #2. Mark and the ENTIRE crew are PHENOMENAL. Ordering, pricing, installation, post installation training and service. PHENOMENAL! The installer tea are a hilarious group of hard working and upbeat professionals. Made everything look so easy. Mike Hunter did the follow up and guided us through all the features. A couple of hours later, we were in getting hydrotherapied and celebrating life! We did our homework - extensive. They offer value, a VERY competitive price withouth any hassle and amazing service! SO HAPPY!

Although it seems like a lot of money, I understand the reasons behind collecting a deposit (customers unexpectedly cancelling appointments, technician time to travel and diagnose issues, etc.). I paid the deposit and we confirmed the next available appointment was 3/20/25. On 3/14/25 I got an email (no phone call) telling me "Due to unforeseen circumstances we will not be able to complete your spa service on 3/20/25. Instead, we will be there 3/25/25". I was so frustrated and disappointed they had picked a new date without discussing it with me and that it was 5 days later. I discussed the issue with the service department, they apologized and said that was the earliest date. There was nothing more they could do. On 3/25/25, the day of my appointment, I get a voice message that said they needed to cancel the appointment and reschedule for 3/26/25. Because I have a fenced in yard with dogs I took the day off of work to be here. I'm beyond frustrated with NE Spas. Conveniently they took my money in less than 24hours but they have no problem rescheduling my appointments for 16 days. By the way their policy is no monetary refunds just store credit. So that's not even an option. I feel trapped because they have my money and left me no other option but to accept their dates.
