We like the water, and they were great on terms and delivery. Couldn't have asked for a better delivery guy than Angel. Since they've been bought out everything has gone to heck. The prices went up close to 50% for the water. Delivery went up close to 50% also, and they charge the same delivery charge even if they skip a delivery. I've tried calling several times. First delivery today. I ordered 5 bottles of 5gal water. Requested they be brought into the house. I found them in the middle of my driveway, and the customer service from the 800-phone number, doesn't sound convincing. They said they would have the driver turn around and come back to my house to bring them in the house. Really. It would take me less time to walk from Providence to Vermont and back with a freshly filled 5 gallon on my head than than the time I spend repeatedly phoning the company to have orders revised, bills revised, delivery dates confirmed, addresses updated, etc. I phoned them no less than 8 times to request credits for empty bottles that were returned to them. I have phoned multiple times to reduce frequency of delivery and they continue to show up every two weeks on dates that do not correspond with the schedule they provided to me. Other times, they don't show up at all and we go for extended periods with no service. Every person I speak with at the company is helpful but none of the actions we agree upon are completed and I have to phone back--again and again and again. They need an improved CRM and a review of internal business practices. I considered calling the Better Business Bureau because of incorrect charges that they took months to remove. I just canceled my service. When you call customer service, they are very helpful, quick and responsive, however the delivery driver is the main reason why I cancelled my service. He is extremely rude, disrespectful and dismissive. I had many issues with my water cooler which resulted in it having to be replaced three times. The first time the water leaked and damaged my floor after working fine for a few weeks. The second one made a loud and terrible shaking noise, and the last one, the water dispenser produced an awful taste. When I replaced the last water dispenser which resulted in my final straw and cancelation of my service, the driver: 1. Ignored me when I spoke to him 2. Made a smart comment saying the dispenser makes noises, to insinuate that the noise is normal as if I did not know the difference between a loud noise and normal use noise 3. Changed the tube from my water bottle to the machine without sanitizing it, which resulted in him contaminating my water. He has been doing deliveries all day, I do not know why he thought it was okay to handle the tube and insert it into my water bottle. I discarded the full 5-gallon water bottle after this. (This isn't the first time that this happened. I requested a new bottle previously. This time I was over it and did not want to talk to him any further) 4. When pressing the button to run the water, I asked him if he wanted a cup to catch the water, he ignored me again and continued to press the button to have the water run. I put the cup there since he wouldn't stop and processed to run the water without a response to my question. 5. He left the box and other garbage that the dispenser came in and did not take his trash with him. (This isn't the first time he has done this. He did this the last time when he changed the cooler even when I asked him to take the box with him) When I called to cancel, I was told they can replace the driver. I said no, I am completely turned off by this experience. I DID ASK however, if they can send another driver to pick up my empty bottles and the cooler since I was very uncomfortable with this driver coming back and I did not want to interact with him any further. Today it was the same driver that came!!! If I continued service, would I still be with this driver?! I opened the door and placed the cooler and empty water bottles on the porch and did not engage with him. I am so disappointed with this service and to pay for such a high delivery fee and experience such a horrible experience with each delivery is very disappointing. I gave 2 stars because when I call, they are always nice and helpful so at least that part should be recognized. read more

While I read the reviews here are mainly negative I wanted to be a positive one as I've been using Nestle for at least four years for multiple addresses in North NJ. The spring water is great and the bottles are clean on delivery. They have multiple bottles water options and two sizes. As well as adding like sparkling water, bottled water, Fiji, etc. There have only been a few hiccups of a delivery being pushed a day or two at times. Call customer service only don't email they don't respond to emails but there is a phone # for business hours. Simply put I've tried other water delivery services over the years and Crystal Springs does what is ordered and picks up empties in a timely fashion on your delivery date, simple concept but other services have messed that up terribly for me and a couple of my relatives. They have an easy site where you can freely manage, change, and view your delivery schedule and order details at any time. And they've never missed an item or left more than ordered. I used them for my business as well for a while before we got a water filtration set up with the fridge. The reps were friendly there even hauling 5-6 bottles up a flight of stairs for our office. read more

Absolutely terrible service. They can't ever make deliveries on time and then continue to charge you even though water was never delivered. After MULTIPLE missed rescheduling a over 2-3 months. They have no accountability of their drivers or the product they sell. Had to call multiple times over 3 months to get water rescheduled for delivery, phone operators act like they're helping but can't back up any results. Basically have to continuity with drivers. Then they won't let you just keep renting the water dispenser, you have to get a minimum of 1 bottle per month. I can't believe they're still in business. Never waste your money with these people. Once again this week my delivery service NEVER showed. No warning, and no update, no call, no email. I gave it one last shot on the hopes that The business would pull through. This time, Crystal Springs didn't even provide me a courtesy cancellation message. Just no snow and no apology. Incredible. I have about 12 empty bottles that were never picked up from my house. My wife is pregnant and needs to be drinking water daily, and I've instead been ordering water thru Door Dash and Uber eats since Crystal Spring always fails to keep their promise. I am at a loss for anything good to say about this company, except the delivery guy is nice. Aside from that, from missed deliveries to incorrect quantities delivered, to the sketchy water dispenser that was delivered when we first started the service and subsequently replaced because it simply did not work (despite the unit having a tag indication that it was inspected and passed said inspection) this company should be avoided like herpes. When they miss a delivery, they won't even bother to call to let you know - you have to call them to see what's going on. They will probably apologize and tell you they are rescheduling, but you'll be very lucky if they actually correct their error. ...and when they do make a delivery, quite often they leave more product than you asked for - eg; order four bottles of water and leave out five empties, they leave five - if I wanted five I would have ordered five. Maybe ring the doorbell and ask? Nope - that would be too much (kinda like a missed delivery phone call). Most recent missed delivery was supposed to be made up today, but when I called ('cause it's getting late in the day and no water), they said the "branch" couldn't do it and I'd have to wait until my next scheduled delivery, which is about 11 days from now. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Nothing but issues since day 1. The first delivery was wrong so they fixed it however the billing was incorrect. It took 5 calls for them to fix the bill. They were so apologetic that they even took money off. Great. The next water delivery bill was wrong again. I called several times again to fix the bill. Im still waiting for this to happen. Then I found a case of sugar on my doorstep and had no idea where it came from. Finally realized it was from them cause I saw they billed me $27!!! I never ordered sugar. Why would I order a case of sugar with my water?!?!? That was it for me I called to cancel the service. They picked up the cooler and bottles. The bill was never fixed and they decided to bill me for the sugar and never got my credit from the last bill or the bottles I returned. I am on hold as I type this because they have no answers for me and cant even speak to a supervisor. Im done! I gave one star since don't have option to zero. They missed entire month of delivery. Entire system is messed up. Delivery is constantly moved out due to some issue or the other. When you call it takes 15 mins for someone to pick up and then they repeat the same thing from account details regarding my delivery issues. Asked to speak with manager but none was available and was assured that someone will call. I am still waiting for that call. One entire month- missed deliveries. Common this is ridiculous at best. if there was NO STARS I would have picked that. I requested that my empty water bottles be picked up last week. The office schedule them to be picked up today 12/21/2022. Of course no one came to pick them up. I have had to go with another water company for my delivery water since the delivery man never made his deliveries to us in time and we continually ran out of water. I have 6 empty five gallon water bottles for pick up. I do not understand why when the office says they will pick them on up on a certain day that this never happens. The delivery driver in this area has continually lied, he even delivered the last water delivery to the neighbors house instead of my house. I Have to give 1 star because Yelp requires it- but this is a negative 50 stars -50 We started this service June 2013 - first we orderded on line- the dispenser we wanted was not available so we had to wait- and wait and wait- finally they brought us one that worked but didn't fit in our space are for the cooler- so eventually we did get the dispenser we wanted just a hot and cold water. We chose to go with 4 - 3 gallons bottles twice a month- and that where the nonsense began... NEVER did we get water delivered on time, we would call and ask and they would miss our delivery then they would bring us like 8 bottles -- who can drink 8 bottles of water in 1 week? because our next delivery was coming- only have to have another 6-8 bottles dropped off- oh then they charge you for the bottles because they don't pick up the emptys. Fast forward to 2014- we go on vacation I put our service on hold for 1 month we come back to 20 bottles!! what? and a huge bill! I call them up -customer service is "so sorry to hear we are having a problem" you should have called again to continue the hold--- what? and then after I pay that bill and tell them NO WATER I have too many right now-- just come get the emptys---- we have a balance of $54.00 where did that come from? so I sent a check- paid in full they hold it 1 month and send us to collections what? So that gets cleared up they want us to remain customers... yada yada- and now again 2015-- I am a glutton for punishment we still don't have delivery every 2 weeks of our measly 4 -3 gallon bottles-- so last Friday July 17, 2015 was supposed to be our delivery- no water- I call Saturday - oh the truck nrok down but they can schedule us for Monday- great! we have bottles for you as well please be sure to pick them up--- Monday 7/20 comes- kids call me at work- no water. When my account transitioned from The Water Guy to Crystal Springs it was like Dr Jeckel and Mr Hyde. Crystal Springs service is absolutely deplorable!! They consistently would deliver at least 5 or more days late from their delivery schedule. I had to call repeatedly to get my delivery scheduled. I terminated my account after 3 months of the worst service I have ever experienced. I would never recommend Crystal Springs to anyone!!!! They are horrible!!! This week my water delivery was expected July 16---nothing-- then an email said sorry, were coming July 17---nothing---- then an email said sorry, we'll come July 18---nothing!! No emails after that but when I checked my account it now says August 13. I tried to change it and add a delivery for today July 20 but when I logged in this morning, it's back to saying August 13. Unfortunately, this has happened several times in the past. And unfortunately, they never get the delivery right when they do actually show up. I can order five bottles and they leave me three. I have never in my life had this much displeasure to be a customer of any company. I have been a customer (on and off) of Crystal Springs (Primo) for the good part of 2-3 years. There has not been a single time that I can recall a smooth transaction or delivery. They are constantly screwing something up, whether it's physical deliveries, quantity of goods, or billing. There have been 20+ incidents where I was delivered the wrong item, incorrect quantity, or simply no delivery at all (one time I didn't get a delivery for 7 weeks because somehow this company lost all kinds of customer data and they didn't make it publicly known so there was no way of finding out). There are times where I am billed for items that I didn't order. I must mention, their website is so incredibly awful. You can only log in or search if using CAPS, and you better triple check your order quantity because it's never constant - for example, I consistently request 4 bottles be delivered every two weeks. This does not change under any circumstance, however, only 3 bottles were delivered today and they only took 3 out of the 4 empty bottles I left for them. I logged in USING CAPS only to find out my order quantity was mysteriously changed once again. This happens way too frequent and there are so many inconsistencies and imperfections with this company that I cannot even bare the thought of how they are still in business. Sadly, in Parsippany, NJ, the alternative water delivery source is 10x worse if you can believe it. You know that company you're always wondering why in the world do I choose to do business with them. Well Primo/Sparkletts/Crystal Springs is the one, if you choose to trust Costco. Beware of a company with multiple aliases. In a nutshell: unreliable (never on time/scheduled), order never right, bills always wrong (consistently overcharged), can never get in touch with (800 # extremely long wait times), they believe they provide a great service, distribute old dated pre used equipment, dangerous (cooler may catch on fire), district manager makes promises that never follows through with (Anthony). It should be simple but never is. Please research other options and let me know if there are alternatives that may be better. So much for trusting Costco. read more
