I'm thoroughly disgusted with this service. They're constantly missing delivery dates with no explanation, as well as RESCHEDULED delivery dates. I've called customer service several times (sometimes I've been put on hold for an hour or more). Each time they promise to fix the situation but there is never any follow-through. I have never in my life had this much displeasure to be a customer of any company. I have been a customer (on and off) of Crystal Springs (Primo) for the good part of 2-3 years. There has not been a single time that I can recall a smooth transaction or delivery. They are constantly screwing something up, whether it's physical deliveries, quantity of goods, or billing. There have been 20+ incidents where I was delivered the wrong item, incorrect quantity, or simply no delivery at all (one time I didn't get a delivery for 7 weeks because somehow this company lost all kinds of customer data and they didn't make it publicly known so there was no way of finding out). There are times where I am billed for items that I didn't order. I must mention, their website is so incredibly awful. You can only log in or search if using CAPS, and you better triple check your order quantity because it's never constant - for example, I consistently request 4 bottles be delivered every two weeks. This does not change under any circumstance, however, only 3 bottles were delivered today and they only took 3 out of the 4 empty bottles I left for them. I logged in USING CAPS only to find out my order quantity was mysteriously changed once again. This happens way too frequent and there are so many inconsistencies and imperfections with this company that I cannot even bare the thought of how they are still in business. Sadly, in Parsippany, NJ, the alternative water delivery source is 10x worse if you can believe it. Should have known when they missed their first delivery that it was not going to work out well. Called customer service who was very nice, apologetic (must be use to it), and made arrangements for an emergency delivery. Same thing with the second delivery, apology and emergency delivery. My wife changed service from Poland Spring to Crystal Spring. Worst decision ever. Missed deliveries, always dropping 5 bottles, Even though I asked them to lower the number because there were only 2 of us in the house at the time. Customer service was pathetic, and the Delivery guy was even worse and disrespectful. They used to send us emails when the driver was coming, but that stopped without notice. At one time, I explained to them I have 17 bottles of water in my garage and didn't need any more - next delivery comes - 5 more bottles. We finally cancelled them. They never came to pick up the bottles and cooler, and then marked us as delinquent and put us out for collection (my was paid in full). I have been trying to get the situation rectified to no avail for quite a few years now, and am most likely going to pursue legal action against them in small claims court. After over 5 years with them, they just quit deliveries a couple of months ago, although each time they didn't show and we would call they would apologize and say they would be here the following week. We drag the 5 gallon bottles outside, they say they are on the way, they never show up. Just talked to a rude manager who claims I should have received an email they couldn't make it. UNTRUE. I received an email that they were on the way. They are blocking social media reviews on facebook and other sites because they know they have 99% unhappy customers who are tired of being lied to. Yup, like everyone else here, we have been let down SO many times by this company. Having to wait for an hour or two for customer service is a regular occurrence as deliveries are always inconsistent. We haven't received bottle service in a month and have 11 5-gallon bottles congesting the stairs leading to our front door. Crystal Springs assured me during our last can (3 days ago) that delivery would be coming that day. Moreover, the CSR was texting the "friendly delivery specialist" ( as it's referred to one the hold message), altering him to call us when the delivery was being made. If I could give them a negative star rating I would. I'm a fairly new customer of maybe 3 months and they have not made a deliver to me since 4/1/21and even that delivery was supposed to be made on 3/31/21! My 4/28/21 delivery was missed and rescheduled to 5/2/21 then that one was skipped and changed to 5/6/21. That one was skipped and changed to 5/14/21 and now that was changed to 5/19/21!!!! Every time I call or email they blame it on staffing issues that are being resolved but according to these reviews (which I wish I had read first!) thhas been going on for many, many years! The driver was great--but unfortunately, they're extremely unreliable. And whenever I called, they over-apologized. Everything the other reviews are saying is absolutely true. Zero customer service, zero accountability. I have 22 empty bottles in my garage that they refuse to pick up. I had another service that I just joined, but prices were a bit higher then CS, so I canceled them and signed up. Let me just say if first impressions mean anything, stay away from them. Botched up delivery 2x's, with ridiculous excuse regarding the 'driver's schedule'. Manager called me back second time only to tell me they were out of stock, after telling me the delivery was rescheduled and then canceled again. I canceled them, and went back to other service, which was even more flawless the second delivery I received. Go with ReadyRefresh. Save yourself some aggravation. read more

They start nicely at the beginning, but then mess up as time passes. They are very careless in billing! They try to charge you for water that they did not deliver. Crystal Spring's drivers are front line workers and do very heavy physical work and I am thankful for their service. This company is the worst. Run from them!!! I had signed up with there delivery service and when they raised the monthly fee for the cooler from $1.00 a month to $2.95 I cancelled. I asked what my final balance would be and I mailed it in. Three months later I get a bill for $38.89 for deposits that THEY already picked up and three months worth of late fees and "paper invoice fees"($2.00) a month. Lady wouldn't even work with me. Absolutely horrendous. I didn't think businesses this unorganized existed. They will never ship to you on the day they say they will, and once they finally do ship it's gonna take even longer the next time. No, I'm serious. We just got our water today, and we had to wait three months for it. I am not exaggerating. Furthermore, when they FINALLY delivered to us, they took five of the jugs and only filled four of them, so this is barely even a silver lining. As for customer service, don't bother. Their word is about as reliable as a paper mache space shuttle and it makes me feel like their staff is as sadistic as leaving chocolate cheesecake in a dog park. They will apologize, and give you "refunds" and "discounts" for their terrible service, but what does that even matter at this point because they still won't get better at the job they promised to do. If I can give 0 star. For Costco members at Northern to Middle New Jersey, don't even bother with Crystal spring water delivery services. Customer service extremely poor and they avoid allowing you to speak to someone with higher authority. In my case, no water delivery services from April 2017 to August 2017 after several attempts and schedules to have water delivered to northern New Jersey. It did not happened after at least 10 phone calls and promises to deliver. Supervisors notified and made promises of the delivery and still no delivery of the 5 gal water bottles for months. Costco don't even bother getting involve. All phones calls automatically routed to Crystal spring. They just ignore all complaints, and repeatedly state the Edison distribution is having system issues. Same excuse for years. When we first signed on from being with Poland spring for 8 years, it went very well for a year and half. I was upset with the first delivery and communicated and they gave my company a personal rep who was amazing and always on time. He left and the company is so bad that we have a leaking machine that we rent that is ruining our floors at the office. We called and spoke to someone who couldn't have been lovelier or LESS helpful. They promised they'll come and never do. Its been two weeks now with no water and a broken machine in the heat of the summer and FIVE missed appointments.... I'm writing this review with hopes that no other customer has to go through what I went through in an effort to get water delivery to my house. I wish I read these reviews before I even signed up with this company. Attention COSTCO MEMBERS!!!!! STAY FAR AWAY from this company! I have honestly never had such bad customer service with any company, ever. I placed an order with them through Costco and scheduled a delivery day online for 2 jugs and my water cooler. I had to be there to sign for the water cooler so I waited around all day from 9-6 PM. Then that day came and they didn't show. I called them that day multiple times to confirm they were coming, and then after a few calls they finally tell me the delivery was scheduled for the day after (i knew I had scheduled it for that day but I was off work for the week, so I said OK). It's not fun to wait around from 9-6 PM waiting for a water truck that doesn't come, but I did it. I called again multiple times to confirm that it was coming the 2nd day and everyone confirmed. Then around 5 PM I called again because no one had arrived, and they give me the run around---- they can't get in touch with the driver, driver is not in my area, route supervisor will call me back,etc. No one called me back. I call again- they said there was a problem with my account and I wasn't scheduled to receive the water. Day 2 of not waiting around not receiving water. They then rescheduled me for a day 2 week later. I had to take a day off of work because I had to be there to sign for the water cooler. I called to confirm again and they said it was set, but then on one of my confirmation phone calls (i called multiple times) the day of the delivery they tell me they only have 2 jugs and no watercooler. And again, had no idea when the delivery would come. I was FURIOUS. No one cares on the phone though. It is beyond obvious that they hear these complaints all the time, and their go to line is "my supervisor will call you to apologize". So now I waited a total of 3 days for this company that now they say they don't have a cooler. Also, no return phone call apologies from management as promised. They never did come and I ended up cancelling my order. COSTCO should be ashamed of sourcing out to this company. You wait on hold for hours while they switch between phone calls and no one ends up helping. The only number that actually picks up is when you dial 1 for "NEW ORDERS". Figures. The people on the phone do not help you and no one knows what's going on from one phone call to the next. It's like they're intentionally just not giving a !@#$. Worst service ever. I had them for couple of years, but until recently I need extra deliveries due to new born. I usually get water at the end of the month and all I wanted is to get it couple of days early, but they keep messing it up. Not only water did not show up it was later then the normal delivery date. I spoke to manager which is useless, b/c she basically told me my area is very busy and can't confirm anything. Then my normal scheduled turned into beginning of the month for no reason. OMG this is just water delivery, I shouldn't be chase them down for water. The worst thing is nobody in their company can do anything, they just keep telling me water will come tomorrow, but nobody ever show up. Called several times to DS Services and all they could do is send the area manager a message which did absolutely nothing. I just signed up with them 2 weeks ago, i was supposed to get my first delivery and water dispenser today before noon. I called them around 10:30am to see if i can get an ETA of the delivery. they said they would send a message to the dispatch team, and they would call me with the the approx arrival time. I got no call. I then called again at 12:39pm, they said they don't see any record of the dispatch being contacted, and they will send the dispatch team another message to call me as they are already 40 minutes late. I waited until 1:35pm, still no one called me. So i call their customer service for the 3rd time and told them at this point i have wasted a day staying home waiting for them and i want to cancel and i will not accept the delivery if it comes at this point. They transferred me over to their cancellation dept. The rep didn't seem to even care i was cancelling, and didn't try to save the sale. She just told me she will cancel the order and refund the $50 deposit. Probably the worst service and very poor customer retention department. I called Poland Spring and setup service with them, they seem to be on point and i have seen their deliveries in my apartment complex on a consistent basis, i should have went with them since day one. read more

AWFUL company. Horrible customer service reps. Cancelled my service over 1 year ago, they told me they would send someone to collect the water cooler I was renting from them. No one ever came. This thing has been sitting in the corner of my office for a full year, waiting. Last week I get a collection notice (from a collection agency!) for "un-returned equipment" for $200. Never once did anyone call my office, send an email or piece of mail regarding this and now we are in collections. If you call over there you speak to rude reps who will NOT help. Do yourself a favor and go with another water delivery service. We have Watchung Waters now and we love them. read more
