He tested our water and showed us the level of chemicals and metals that were present in our water and we were immediately sold on the convenience of replacing all of our individual filters in the house with one whole house filtering system. Al examined our plumbing system and found the pipes and location that he needed for installation. Today Al and LIz arrived as promised to install the system. These are two of the nicest people that I have had the pleasure of working with. They did an amazingly efficient and neat installation of the filtering tank. They removed at my request all of the individual filters from my various water sources around the house and left me with the one tank that will now do my entire house and leave us with clean safe drinking water. There were no hidden costs, upcharges or surprises. We were left with newly tested water with reductions in chemicals and metals as promised. A lot of competition are ok investing in a bit of advice, especially if they have your business 2. I did an upgrade recently on their systems to close a glaring design gap. Due to the very limited availability, I could not be present. The quality of the installation was below par and I would say, dangerous. Having paid top dollar, I would have expected them not to cut corners. 3. After reading manufacturer specs, I can see the fault in the overall design. This is worrying as they are meant to be the experts. I understand they have been around for long and have a captive market. Not sure if this is the only way to do business

Made the appointment for the day untold them NO one would or could be there. For a time NO one could!! I needed the service, so my daughter had to miss a day of school to stay home for them. (Mr. Andy B.) was personable and professional in helping us assess the best filtration system available to us. He painstakingly detailed all the filtration options for us, and was patient and kind with our detailed questions. Andy, (and Culligan), were gracious through the product installation, and their staff has been available if we needed assistance with the product. As for the product itself, labs seem to indicate much of what we wanted filtered has been removed. (We can't say much more on water quality, jury's still out on that). However, Andy B. (and Culligan) helped provide us turnkey financing, and Mr. B. personally tested our water several times, at our request, before and after the system installation, to our satisfaction. Recent labs seem to indicate the filter's holding up after a year, which is a good thing. No other company offered such a product, while still providing filtration commensurate with the required standards. Mr. Andy B (and Culligan's) product technicians were prompt, respectful and thorough in their analysis of our water filtration concerns. You may pay more (in some cases).
