Using for commercial bi-weekly deliveries. Inconsistent, incompetent drivers, customer service complaints affect nothing. We regularly drown, no pun intended, in empty bottles that get no pick up while new deliveries may/or may not happen. The only thing this organization is consistent with is recurring billing. Formal complaint and demand to customer service team produced no result. Cannot speak for residential use but absolutely would not recommend for any medium to large size company out there. As some earlier reviewers pointed out, local options are scarce so we may have to spend more money looking at filtration systems for direct water dispensing. read more

Even though there were problems over the years, and I became very frustrated with the customer service, I loved my driver, and he always made sure to fix things for me. Well, he has retired now (well-deserved after putting up with this company) after taking a buyout, and as expected, the service is a dumpster fire. NO MORE! I AM DONE. I currently have 13 empties, no water on a 100 degree day, and a billing issue. This issue consists of no one being able to apply my payment correctly, causing no delivery after DECADES of being a customer. ZERO STARS. Oh, and value? What started as 4.95 per bottle has now gone to an incredible 17.95 per bottle, and the portal doesn't even show a refund for the bottle deposit, which should be $5 per bottle. Like most people here, I'd give this place 0 stars if I could. Let me start like this - I'm amazed. Why? Because as a rational, thinking person, being a customer of this company has caused me to develop a literal SEETHING hatred for something as mundane as a water delivery service. It boggles the mind how I got here..... but the systemic incompetence, broken promises, and time spent following upon issues month after month really wears you down, man.... How? When (NOT IF, BUT WHEN) they screw up, a call to the helpful customer service number gets you a caring and compassionate human being - who is unable to provide any actual help because all the problems lie with the LOCAL DELIVERY HUBS, or with their confusing "Pay me before I invoice you" automated payment system. For delivery issues, you'll usually hear "we'll pass that info on to the local delivery team," and ultimately, no help is provided. For billing issues, you'll need a good 6 months of bank statements, their invoices, and a forensic accountant in order to fully uncover what you really owe vs. what they've charged you. If by some strange series of events, you bypass the dozen or so 1 star reviews they have here on yelp and choose them for your water delivery service, PLEASE AT LEAST TURN OFF AUTO PAY and manually pay the invoices yourself after careful scrutiny. I've been charged on multiple occasions for things not delivered, and have not been given proper credit for bottle returns OR product returns (due to BOTCHED DELIVERIES).... Again, their institutionalized INCOMPETENCE will result in HOURS of YOUR lost time talking to customer support or scrambling for alternative water sources because they didn't come through. The last straw for me was the past 2 months. I have a monthly delivery schedule, and for the past 2 months, my dates have been rescheduled, and then the rescheduled date is MISSED and magically disappeared from my delivery schedule calendar on their app, so they can gaslight you if you call to complain.... "what delivery? You didn't have one scheduled!" I've had them scheduled EVERY MONTH, but I've not had a delivery since October!!! Luckily, they send schedule and reschedule emails when this happens, so I used that as proof that they were dicking me around and that I didn't skip my deliveries myself. I contacted support yesterday (after December's 2ND missed delivery date) and was assured I would get my delivery today ---NOPE. Never arrived. I finally canceled the service and went with another provider. Enough.... Unbelievable. I can't imagine how they are still in business. And now you know why I hate them. Avoid them for your sanity. @Cara K - Don't you DARE post a reply asking me to contact you to discuss the matter privately. The amount of good will and time I've spent trying to give your company the benefit of the doubt due to missed/bad deliveries and botched invoicing could only be compensated for by getting free flawless delivery service for LIFE, which your organization clearly isn't in a position to deliver. This is by far the worst water service company I have ever has to deal with. I had them in my previous employer and they were good, not great but good. So when we closed down in Jan 2025, I signed up for delivery to my home. The machine is a cold and hot dispenser and bottom load. The hot water ceased to work as of Saturday Feb 8th. I called the customer service, and I use the term service very loosely. They told me they would send the message to the office asap. I didn't hear anything from them, so Monday I called again. This time I had the horrendous misfortune to deal with "Jobell" in customer "service". She was rude, abrupt and acting like I was bothering her. I re=told her my issue and she said, they will come on Monday 2-10-25 between 8:00am and 11:00am the driver would exchange the machine and pickup the empty bottles and deliver my usual order. I work but my husband said he could stay home and wait for the delivery. My husband calls me at 12:15 and says the delivery and the machine exchange has not been done. I call the Customer "service" again and they tell me that it's not being delivered, and the exchange isn't being done until WEDNESDAY 02-12-2025!!!!!!!!!! I have been a customer since 6/23 and have missed a couple of deliveries and each time I can't get a response from the customer service team. They sent me a boiler plate email explaining that someone is working on the problem. But nothing happens and no response ever. Absolute nightmare company to deal with, DO NOT use them! Unfortunately my fiancé passed away in December, so the service has been stopped, but it has been nothing but issues with them. I have been given now 4 pickup dates, but no one ever shows up. They tell me to have everything outside ready to go, so I haul it all out, then haul it back in. I have to keep calling and emailing them, telling them that no one came to pick up the equipment, and they just tell me that it's scheduled for a day farther out, without reason. They last responded to me over a week ago to tell me that they have "notified the Route Manager in your area to ensure appropriate action is taken", and "be assured this will be resolved in a timely matter". Again, nothing. I called to speak to a rep again today, and she said she can't get through to the branch, and just told me another random pickup day next week. I've let them know that the 7 bottles and equipment just live outside now, and clearly they do not care. Not only am I alone and dealing with the death of my partner, and moving across the country, I have to deal with something so ridiculous as a water delivery company that refuses to help me. Customer since Aug. 2022 and Jan. 2023 I'm ready to cancel my service. I've called multiple times to pickup their 4 empties and 4 full 5 gal bottles (8 total). A delivery truck pulled up to my house and the driver never got out of the truck. He then pulled away without picking my order. This is on my surveillance camera too. The credit card charge is another issue I'm going to handle with my bank. The bottles are going curb side end of the week because my HOA isn't taking too kindly to the 8 bottles in front of my house. My water choice was The Mountain Valley which I will buy at the local grocery store going forward. Crystal Spring is def giving Mountain Valley a bad reputation. There is no accountability from the top to the local branches it seems because no one seems to know how to get in contact with the local branch here (Montgomery county, PA). Update: Just to reiterate just how incompetent this company is.....after I cancelled my order they continued to NOT show up on the date they were supposed to in order to pick up the dispenser and the empty bottles. Not only that but I called them to let them know. They rescheduled the pickup for the following saturday. Again never came on saturday. I called that Tuesday and they told me that there was no pick up scheduled for that date but actually the driver was scheduled to come that day and attemped but "couldnt find my house" (even though he's been coming to my house for several years" I said well you werent supposed to come that day so I wouldnt have had it out front anyway. It was rescheduled for the W of the next week. Two days after I talked to them (6 days before they told me that they would attempt to come again) I happened to be home at the time when I heard a truck outside of my house. looked out my window to see that it was them so luckily I was able to give them my dispenser and empty bottles but THEY WERENT SUPPOSED TO COME THAT DAY! Again, no phone call letting me know that they were coming on that day instead. I cant understand if its comical or sad that any business can possibly be this incompetent. read more

Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Nothing but issues since day 1. The first delivery was wrong so they fixed it however the billing was incorrect. It took 5 calls for them to fix the bill. They were so apologetic that they even took money off. Great. The next water delivery bill was wrong again. I called several times again to fix the bill. Im still waiting for this to happen. Then I found a case of sugar on my doorstep and had no idea where it came from. Finally realized it was from them cause I saw they billed me $27!!! I never ordered sugar. Why would I order a case of sugar with my water?!?!? That was it for me I called to cancel the service. They picked up the cooler and bottles. The bill was never fixed and they decided to bill me for the sugar and never got my credit from the last bill or the bottles I returned. I am on hold as I type this because they have no answers for me and cant even speak to a supervisor. Im done! I had 2 deliveries and spent almost every day on the phone with them in the past 2 months. This has to be the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. They should not be in business. I have had to call the company every 2 weeks for 6 months asking why we have not received water, This is for a business and I have maintenance works that need water. I keep getting the run around and get that there are no drivers for the route however I see the trucks delivering to private homes. I get emails all the time saying that they are going to stop our service for non payment which is incorrect because I pay the bill the day I receive it. Crystal Springs/Primo Water should not be advertised as a water delivery service. Since September my monthly water delivery has come two times with the last delivery coming in November. How many chances do you give a company? I'm not sure this is the same office, as I am in the Drexel Hill area. Do not go with this company. As the other reviewers stated, when you call the call center (which is in Florida) they are pleasant and make promises that are not fulfilled. I am a teacher and frequently I don't have time to make calls during the school day and if I do have time, I should not have to be calling over a luxury like water delivery. My delivery is often skipped and then magically appears, after I bring in my empties. This time was the last straw- the biggest concern is that I have a shared vestibule with 3 other apartments and an 84 year old neighbor- AS I TOLD THEM MULTIPLE TIMES. This last week: Tuesday- Missed delivery. Called at 430 to be told that delivery would be made that day. Delivery was not made, 6 empties left on my doorstep. Wednesday- Left empties on doorstep in case of delivery/pickup today. Called- customer service promised pickup/delivery for Friday. Empties left outside all day. Got a call from Route Manager/Branch Manager PROMISING they would be picked up and that he would call me. (No call and not entered in my account so when I called on Thursday, could not request that he call me again) Thursday- Bottles Delivered. On wrong day. Driver did not pick up empties bc I brought them inside for the safety of my neighbors. Called- Rep promised pick up on Friday, eespecially since I was leaving right from work for a weekend trip and would be away until Sunday and 6 bottles gives that away. Friday- get a call from my neighbor that bottles are still there. Called- Rep said changed to Saturday "for some reason" Saturday/Sunday- you guessed it. Not picked up. Since I was away, bottles were outside my door for the entire weekend. Putting my personal safety and the safety of my neighbors as they walk around the bottles at jeopardy. Monday-Called and spoke to a rep at 9am- immediately asked for call to be escalated. She asked for info first so she would know where to send the call. We speak, I ask again for a manager/supervisor and was given attitude that supervisor would tell me the same thing. I requested AGAIN a supervisor, given attitude again "are you sure?"- put on hold and then told that Supervisor is in a meeting and would call me back. Did not receive a call back. I pay my bill on time. We have a contract. I might not be a big account but I'm still a customer and I'm tired of being disrespected. I have cancelled my account and now a waiting on branch managers call. Call took most of my prep today at work and I will probably miss the call from the branch manager unless he calls during my 15 minute lunch. Annoyed doesn't even come close to how I am feeling- especially after being told I would have to pay a PICK UP FEE FOR MY DISPENSER, I would rather take it over and deliver it myself. and so it continues--- bottles weren't gone tonight (Tuesday). NO call from branch manager, attitude from customer service who says she doesn't have local info to give to me. I called corporate tonight. I just want it all gone. read more

Ever notice the stack of bottled water keeps getting larger. Yet, the number of employees stays the same. Many of the bottles have been there for such a long time, the necks have a thick layer of dust on them. You could say something to your excuse of a boss. But, you just know what you will hear. Yet the delivery driver continues to bring one additional bottle every two weeks. A bottle that won't be drank. Effectively creating a cost. And a storage problem. I left my previous supplier for poor customer service so wasn't expecting much, but I was really greatly surprised by the exceptional customer service my driver delivered with the water today. Not only did he bring them in and put them away, he left but returned quickly to ask if I would like a fresh bottle on my cooler which I gratefully accepted. They NEVER came to pick up our empties. When they delivered, we were ALWAYS shorted and the driver didn't even come during business hours. Cancelled the account; took more than 2 months for the driver to come pick up the cooler and empties. Got charged for the "rental" after we cancelled. We have now called to cancel FOUR times as each representative pretends to cancel our account but we keep receiving bills for the months we had "cancelled" numerous representative have hung up on me when trying to cancel. If I could give zero stars I would! We signed up through Costco who I am also going to report my complaint to because this has to be the WORST customer service I have ever received. We cancelled our account before we even got our first delivery because they cannot get it together for a lack of better words. Our first delivery was promised twice on two different days and never arrived. There was issues with the account where it was accidentally set to inactive which could be probably by human error but we gave them the benefit of the doubt and gave it another chance. They simply cannot meet any expectations that were set. Delivery is majority of their business and they can't even serve that to brand new customers. read more
