I want to start off by saying I had a very specific craving recently. I really wanted an apple chai drink. Lucky me, Cake Fetish has an apple caramel fall special, which you could do as a coffee or a chai. I ordered a medium apple caramel chai with oat milk and it was absolutely everything I wanted. I will say it was very sweet, especially the caramel that went to the bottom, but it was exactly what I had wanted. I believe it was inspired by one of those caramel apple suckers, which is one of my favorite Halloween candies. This location is within Tin Can Alley and one of the mini businesses worth checking out. They had a selection of cupcakes as well as ice cream and coffees. Service was good, they weren't super busy, but she brought my drink to me, which is always nice.

I love a good cupcake and I'm so glad that Cake Fetish has moved into Tin Can Alley. They have a prime location inside this fun establishment so just in case you weren't convinced that you needed a cupcake when you walked in they'll be right there to entice you before you walk out the door. I always gravitate towards the mini assortment because I have convinced myself that by doing so I'm not "cheating on my diet that much". If I was forced to choose a regular sized cupcake I'm definitely grabbing the Chocolate Peanut Butter! But with so many choices they're really isn't a wrong decision.

Currently my favorite cupcakes in ABQ. Moist, not too sweet, consistent quality. I don't think this low rating reflects their cupcakes.

Closed by 8pm on a Saturday with the place packed and all other restaurants open. Not great planning.

I side is clean and it is well stocked with cupcakes. The difference, today I had a cupcake that tasted old and dry. My first experience they were light, fluffy, fresh, and moist. Not sure what happened today but I'm going to trust it was just a fluke based on how good all my cupcakes were on Saturday! We got a chantilly- BOMB, a double chocolate- DECADENT, and a half baked with cookie dough- BEYOND! I will be back!

Everything was absolutely delicious, and the presentation was beautiful. On the wedding day, the cake itself was moist, flavorful, and exactly what we had hoped for. There was a small issue during transportation that affected part of the cake. What impressed me most was how Ashley handled it. She immediately took ownership of the situation and went above and beyond to make it right. She even offered to drive back to her bakery to bring us additional desserts and offered multiple solutions to ensure we had a wonderful experience. The desserts were incredible, and her customer service was even better. She truly cared about making sure we were happy, and that meant so much to us. I would absolutely recommend her.

I love the Red Velvet and Raspberry Lemon, it's their best flavors in my opinion. I like the convenience of ordering online, but they do charge a small service fee. You can use the deals in-person and online. Customer service is always on point. Everyone is always welcoming and polite. It was the day before Father's Day, so it was a little busy. They are closed on Father's Day, which I had no idea until I walked up to their sign on the door. It's always nice and clean inside. I would definitely recommend these Bundlets for when there is a deal. Take their surveys and they email you another deal.

I made the trek into town and got a front row spot. There was a customer ahead of me, which I didn't mind as it gave me time to look over what they had to offer. Another employee popped her head out to help, but I told her I wasn't ready. She slipped away and came back just in time to take my order. I asked her recommendation of the s'mores vs chocolate chocolate chip. She said hands down a s'mores, so that is what I got. The shop was so cute and the perfect size. I enjoyed my s'mores bundt cake after dinner. The cake was so soft, the marshmallow frosting was the right amount of sweet, and the graham cracker crust provided just the right texture. Delicious!

Los Ranchos Bakery - The inside is very comfortable and functional. And it's always fun to see which pastries they have near the cash register.

Friendly service and faces always warm up a cold morning, and we definitely got that at Los Ranchos Bakery. The menu is simple and the baked goods look great! We ordered the breakfast sandwich with bacon and green chile cheddar bagel, a lavender latte, and a red chile mocha. A cherry tart and a cinnamon roll to go. The drinks were, unfortunately, missing a few ounces and flavor. The sandwiches were smaller than I expected. The bagel had a hint of heat and chile. It was perfectly toasted and held the egg and bacon quite well. The bacon was crispy and the egg was well done. It was filling in the end. The baked goods will have to wait until tonight but I've had their scones before and they were excellent! I'm betting on excellence on the tart and cinnamon roll. Overall, this is a nice local coffee shop that can be a great alternative to a chain coffee shop. The space is nice for some work or chatting with friends and family. Don't bet on the coffee, but definitely go for the baked goods!
