He informed me that there was a class action lawsuit regarding my particular model and was very knowledgeable. I then gave him my decision on what I wanted replaced. He immediately went out and got the parts and returned promptly to do the repair. I typically don't like small talk with people doing work in my house. It's just seems awkward. But not with Andrew. We discussed everything from different appliances to solving World Peace. lol He was a pleasure to have in my home. The job was done and was on his way! I now have ice again! Hooray!
