I was amazed at the attention and care I received a few days ago at Dyson Service Center. I walked in w/o appointment and was seen immediately! Explained the poor suction I was experiencing and he took the vacuum back to shop, came back short time later and told me the filter was extremely clogged which he cleaned and showed me where and how to maintain. I thanked him and asked how much I owed him----- his response was NOTHING! He was just pleased I used Dyson and was there to be of assistance. I was pleasantly surprised and would highly recommend this business. While there, 2 other customers were taken care of in a similar manner and by another serviceman. So nice to see 'old day' attention to customer care. Highly recommend. Great job guys. read more

My experience at the dyson service center definitely made me a dyson customer for life. First of all their products have been great to use and definitely hold up to extended use. However, the customer service here is what really sold me to continue buying and using dyson products. Basically, my dyson stick vacuum stopped charging and I had no idea what occurred. Its a few years old so I was prepared to pay for repairs and get it going again. I came into the store, explained my problem and the specialist, I wish I got his name, quickly took it to the back to run some tests. He was able to charge the vacuum and it started working just fine, turns out my charger was broken. Instead of charging me for a new one, he gave me a spare he had and sent me on my way. Not only was he professional and quick, he was kind and explained what may have happened. Now I'm back to using my dyson and couldn't be happier! Definitely recommend to drop by this service center if you're having any issues with your dyson product! Also, just recommend dyson as a brand! read more

First visit - my Dyson vacuum stopped running in the middle of vacuuming last week, and I knew about this service center, which is very close to home. I cleaned out the canister and couldn't figure out why it stopped. I even tried another outlet. No go. I arrived at the storefront off Roberts, and there is a sign on the door advising to call them / no lobby entry. I called and gave my name & ph #, then was told someone would be right out. It took about 5 minutes, but a guy came out and I explained. He said sometimes it shuts itself off when it gets too hot. He took it back inside and within 10 minutes brought it back. He just cleaned/vacuumed it out and showed me the filter that needed cleaned. Dummy me. I didn't know about the filter. He didn't charge me and gave me back my clean working vacuum. I will absolutely bring it back if needed (after I clean it myself). read more

Fast , super efficient, knowledgeable! Walked in with our very old Dyson that was losing some power. Expected to drop off and get a huge bill. NOT the case. Service tech greeted us, took the machine back to diagnose and returned less than 10 minutes later with the vacuum working properly! No charge!! Once again, Dyson is my preferred brand- they have great machines that are high quality, last ( mine is 20+ years old) and great service. Worth every penny. read more

We brought our vacuum to this store, had to wait 10-15 minutes due to someone in line before us, but they were able to replace the hose in a few minutes. $30 later we were on our way. I chose to take my dyson for repair to this shop because of the great reviews. We were greeted and within a couple minutes was told what our issue was. Sorry, one star was as low as I could go. This place is a total scam. Won't even look at your machine, tell you it's trash, offer to recycle it, then fix and sell it. Saw them refuse service to woman in front of me too. Actually lied to me and told me parts weren't available when, in fact, available for very little cost directly from Dyson and several other merchants. When I called the very next day to say I wanted my machine back and I would fix it myself I was told it was already disassembled and recycled. total liars and scam artists. I love my Dyson for many reasons and this service center is a great resource for Dyson owners. We have a Bernese mountain dog and put our Dyson to work every few days to help keep the house clean. Therefore, things happen. With other vacuum brands, we usually end up pitching them once they die because it's more expensive to fix. This service center has been great with keeping our vacuums running due to their generous warranty plans. Our hand vacuum was just 8 days outside of warranty and they still honored it free of charge. I really appreciate all of the replacements they have done so that we can keep our current vacuums vs. buying new. This is a great service center! read more

Our almost 10 yr old Dyson was sparking at the handle where the power cord connects. I looked up Dyson repair and was thrilled to see a service center was not just in the state but right in Columbus. I called ahead about my problem and they quoted me a price of $75 to swap out the electric cord as that is what the problem sounded like. I told took the vacuum in that Friday around noon and the small shop was empty of customers but ready to help me. They looked the vacuum over, confirmed that was the problem and said they would need 30 mins max. I came back in 15 or so and it was ready shortly after. They also performed some general tune ups, cleaned out the bristles while they had it. We have had it back in service for s month or so and it is good to go. They did mention they serve I think the tri state area if not parts of the east coast so I think most of their business is shipped into them. If you are local though, you are fortunate enough to be able to drop in. read more

My Dyson had stopped holding a charge even after I had cleaned the filter and checked for blockage. After troubleshooting online, I called and spoke with Jackie who was so very helpful, kind, and sweet! She knew exactly what was wrong and let me know she would handle it easily as soon as I could get to the shop, all I needed to do was ask for her. I learned about this service center online. I have shipped in replacement parts in the past but this time I decided to have the issue resolved at the local repair location.I own several Dyson products: 3 vacuums and one blow dryer, I think they are pricey but always great quality! I took my Dyson V11 torque in because the motor stopped and the battery light wouldn't come on (I think it was exposed to water). I expected to drop of vacuum and pick it up later but to my surprise, he took it inside and had it repaired and returned to me in less than 10 minutes. OK, this is probably the oddest and most domestic review I've ever done, but these guys deserve it. I own a Dyson cordless that we received as a wedding gift. It's awesome, but it occasionally runs into problems with jamming, especially during shedding season. I used to just grumble at it, or try to unjam the brush with a chopstick, but after getting truly hosed up I decided it was worth contacting Dyson to see if anything could be done. To my surprise, they told me about my local service center, so I decided to drive over. My first visit was a bit odd, because it was near closing time and I had trouble finding their store, but the staff member I talked to on the phone got me some better directions than my GPS, and stayed open so I wouldn't waste a trip. After looking at my vacuum and the brush, he helped me by removing a truly epic wad of crud out of the brush's guts, then replaced the motor section because he thought it might have developed a problem due to the jamming. Awesome. Fast forward to today, a couple months later, when I see an ad on TV for a new tangle free brush that looks like it would solve a lot of my problems. I decide to call the service center directly, and ask if the brush is compatible with my Dyson. "Well", he said, "Technically it's not listed...but can I put you on hold for a sec?" I said sure, and after a couple of minutes he picked up the line. "OK! I got our display model cordless and the display model turbine attachment out, and put them together. It looks like it works just fine!" He easily could have just told me it didn't work, or tried to sell me on buying a more expensive model. The fact that he actually went and tested it out for me was just plain awesome. That kind of above and beyond service is worth recognizing. Note: In addition to service, they do sell parts and new Dysons directly, so you can go in and buy whatever you want off the shelf. Service is free for anything under warranty, but I'm marking them as pricey because, well, these things ain't cheap. read more

This service center was so convenient - so much better than shipping off to some place and have it gone for several weeks. The gentleman who was in the center, quickly took my vacuum back to his repair area and got the beater brush unjammed. I only had to wait about 10-15 minutes and it was ready to go. On top of that, he didn't charge me anything! Best customer service ever!!!! And if I want to upgrade, I can trade in my current machine on a newer model. We've owned a Dyson DC40 upright vacuum cleaner for 6 years and never had a problem. However, recently it started losing suction and shutting down unexpectedly. I took it to the Dyson Service Center and they unclogged my machine in the time I waited (about 10 minutes) - at no cost!! I was FLOORED by the amazing customer service. Beyond that, they informed me of some different options including a $75 thorough tune-up that they can perform at anytime and/or their trade-in program. Zero pressure.
