No explanation. No courtesy. Then I was told I was "drunk." I do not drink alcohol at all. When I asked for any proof -- cameras or a breathalyzer -- I was told there was none. The way it was handled felt intentionally public and humiliating rather than professional. I have never been treated so disrespectfully in a medical setting. Almost every time I have been there, I've had trouble getting paid, and every time I've been there that it wasn't a $30 payout visit (or first weekly visit), I've had to fight for the proper amount. Last time was just - so, so bad. I received a coupon on a Sunday to return after a two month break for an extra $50. i went that afternoon and donated. Two days later, on a Tuesday, i went to donate for the second time that week. They flatly refused to give me the second weekly donating fee! I was told that weeks were Monday through Sunday now, not Sunday through Saturday, when just a few weeks before it had been Sunday through Saturday. I had been in with a friend of mine and seen huge banners on the wall stating this. Grifols literally changed their policy on when a week started, and then sent out bonuses, so people would come donate thinking they'd make a little extra, and instead, we wound up making less than usual!
