    AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CHILDREN'S HEARTS BROKEN!!!. We visited this store yesterday, found a dog that we all liked. Today we visited their NY store to see what else was out there. Ended up spending quite a bit of time talking with the owner who seemed very nice. We eventually decided we would go back to the Norwalk Store and get the original pup. The owner called the store, he confirmed that it was still available and told us he placed a hold for us. 35 minutes later we pulled in after talking about names and plans with our 8 and 10 yr old boys. We approach the desk, the sign says Sold, the lady we dealt with the night before confirmed that this "sold" was indeed for us and started the financing process. Then another girl comes over and tells us sorry there is another couple looking at the dog and they might buy it. We were extremely confused as the sign says sold, we were with the owner how could this be. Basically we got a sorry do you want a different dog. The lady we dealt with was very nice but the rest of the staff and especially the owner are Dirty Rotten Liars and Crooks. He should be ashamed of himself and I do not recommend EVER doing business with them. I'd give negative stars if I could. My children cried for hours afterwards. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! DO YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY AN EXTREME FAVOR AND WORK WITH REPUTABLE BREEDERS. Update: Gary, I can assure you that money was not the issue. We were simply looking around at different pups. It wasn't until we did our due diligence that we decided that was the pup we wanted. I can understand if we just walked back in the following day and it was sold, that would be on is. However when the Manager/Owner calls the store on our behalf, tells us it's available and on hold for us. We get there the sign says sold, the lady is processing our paperwork and payment and then another lady says that there is a couple looking at it that might want her. Why does the sign say SOLD??? They hadn't made a decision yet. Why were they processing the financing? Your store or rather YOU messed up! Nice of you to blame the customer, classy management. Ultimately, you did my family an enormous favor. We are picking up our two pups on Saturday for $4,500, compared to your single pup at $4,350. The lady processing the payment for me was so flustered because of your actions. And you should speak to the other girl who sold the dog as she told my wife that it's probably because you wanted to finance and she is paying cash. Again, it was meant to be as the pups we are getting are coming from a wonderful home and never had to sit behind the glass of a pet store. You can blame the customer if it helps you sleep better. However, we both know you screwed up. Buyer beware folks, since I have been sharing my story with friends, I have heard absolute nightmares about this place and the sick dogs they sell at an insane mark-up. Just do yourselves a favor and do your homework. Ask the name of the "Breeder" they are working with and goggle them, if they tell you, I'll bet what you find will be eye opening.

    Beautiful pet store in Norwalk CT had a great experience here everyone is so nice and helpful. I would recommend this pet store to anyone and prices start at 2000 which they do tell you and by the way I saw a French bulldog here for 3000 obviously your going to get what you pay for you want good quality this place has it my cash is 4 pound Yorkie and he was worth every single penny I paid for this puppy. Again check this place out for yourself and you'll see how great they are.

    I got my Shiba Inu from here and let me tell you I can't be happier. It was an awesome experience, the ladies were helpful. Every time I have a question they'll always help me, I absolutely recommend this place.

    It's funny that in this businesses description on Yelp and in the sign on their window Curbside…read morePick-Up and Drop-Off is available, yet when I showed up today to drop my dog off the person at the front desk made me come inside. After pointing out the curbside option to her she refused and made me enter to answer 3 questions in person that could have just as easily been done over the phone when I called to alert them I was there. She also had her mask just over her mouth not her nose. This was sheer laziness and irresponsibility. Updated: The manager reached out to me and confirmed curbside is still in effect and improper mask use will not be tolerated. She also upgraded my dogs room which was appreciated. Thank you for addressing my customer service concerns promptly. I have changed the review from 2 stars to 4 stars to reflect this and since my dog always seems to enjoy himself there!

    *Please read and reconsider using* We thought this would be a good option for occasional…read moreovernights, and the location next to the train station was convenient. However, we had a lot of problems from the beginning. We have an older chocolate lab that gets along with every dog she met. The first time we picked her up from a overnight she had scabs on her ears, and we were told that other dogs were humping her in the general play area, I guess biting her ears at the same time. (We have never seen this happen to her before). I asked why those dogs were not separated and they said they didn't notice soon enough. The second time it happened again, and preemptively separated her from the rest of the pack by keeping her in the kennel all day. I didn't think that was fair vs. removing the aggressors. I asked if she had at least been given a walk or some kind of play time to offset being kennel all day, and they said no that would have been extra. I was upset because no one notified of this and we would've gladly had paid if needed. Most recently we had her boarded overnight and called in advance to let them know we would be coming for an after hours pick up, which they said was fine. Apparently that message never got to the person who was on the overnight shift. When we got there, no one answered. We knocked, called, and rang the doorbell for a half an hour, and no one was in the building. About an hour later, we got a call from the person who was on the shift who apologized and said they had stepped out for dinner. This is very upsetting considering the advertised 24 hour person care, and if no one was in the building for over an hour, who was there to watch if something happened like a fire or a fight or a health concern? On top of it, that person is the director of the facility and should have known better not to leave the premise. Have your dinner in a break room, but don't leave the building for over an hour unattended. We went back the next morning to get her and the staff did not even know she was still there! It blows my mind they have no record of the dogs in their care? At the end of the day the facility is not run professionally, the care is questionable, the management is irresponsible, and there's false advertising about availability and on-site protection. If you love your dog, please reconsider boarding here until things change.

    Truly a life-changing experience. Our dog, Helo, a 1.5 year mini Aussie, has had symptoms of…read moreaggression since he was a puppy. We've been through multiple trainers, including a 1 month boarding program, and all of his aggression problems have only gotten worse. Barking out of control, snapping at people and other dogs, and refusing to come when called anytime he got out of the house. Most recently, he bit a neighbor who helped catch him when he got out. We were worried we might be out of options, and were stressing daily about every interaction Helo had with other people. Marc and the team at 203k9 rebuilt our dog from the ground up. We went with the full month program, which was definitely the right call, because now we know that whether he's got a leash on or not, we're still in control. We visited Marc 3 times while he was in training, which allowed us to see the progress and learn as Helo was learning. Helo came home with the same spunky personality as before, but now we are able to quickly correct him when he starts showing any signs of losing his cool. He responds to all of our commands, even when outside without a leash on, which makes our lives way less stressful. One other great thing is that we have more 1-on-1 and group sessions coming up, both to refresh Helo's training and to give us the opportunity to ask more questions and learn new skills ourselves. Really couldn't be happier with our experience. Money very well spent, and knowing the results of "cheaper" programs, this is by far the best bang for the buck. Would have saved a lot of money by making this decision sooner. Thanks to Marc and everyone at 203k9!
