The workers are lovely people, who are really polite. There's great service, and the quality of their work (manis, pedis, wax) is amazing, my nails last weeks without any chipping and stay healthy after. I would definitely recommend this place to others, the shop is clean and the new owners are friendly. Understandably, most workers here don't speak English, but the owners are great translators too and manage pretty well during busy hours. Also, I've been taking my friends here to get their nails done for events, they absolutely love it! Best nail salon in this area so far. I only gave it 2 stars because the nails techs are very nice and professional. I have been coming here since April of this year. Never really had a problem before until the last 2 visits. The owner/manager is so unprofessional and has anger problems. The way he yells at the nail techs is disgusting and unpleasant especially doing it right there in the open floor. Even a customer told him that it wasn't such a big deal. Today I came in to get a nail fix (3 days later) and I walked out. He raised his voice and asked me what happened? That it doesn't just happen. I try to explain to him how the nail polish was on my skin and it lifted and chipped. And keep in mind I got gel color so there shouldn't be no chipping . And then he asked me who did it. Obviously I didn't wanna say who was the one that did my nails because I didn't want to hear him yell at her because I felt bad. And honestly I don't even know why he was making such a big deal I was going to pay for it anyways I was not asking for anything for free. read more

I have to say this was the worst nail place I went to for a regular pedicure they charge 28.00 but if you want gel polish they charge $22.00 total of $50.00 for a regular pedicure I'm writing this to warn people because they forget to mention the price of gel polish and mind you I did a French tip pedicure !!! I just love this place been coming here for a hot minute Always make sure to call ahead of time and to show up on time! They get walk-ins and already booked appointments so be courteous, it's always worth the wait! The person that did my acrylics did a horrible job the lighting in there is really dark so my nails looked ok when I got home I saw that she had left them superrrrr thick and under my acrylics I have acrylic stuck under that I cannot take off my nails , they are also all uneven, some are thicker then the others they look HORRIBLE and they charge me 40$ for something that I normally pay from 30-35$ at other nail places that do better jobs never going to a new nail person I do not recommend read more

HORRIBLE TO CUSTOMERS!!!!! I have been a customer for about three months and went in to get a pedicure. I was told right when i walked in the door to put on a mask, and wash my hands which i did... while washing my hands i noticed in the mirror (i could see behind me) that clients weren't wearing masks! I turned around once i was finished and went up to my chair and asked the man who does my pedicure "why aren't they wearing masks?" "Why am i the only one wearing a mask?" That is when a woman getting her nails done spoke up (without a mask on) like an idiot and said "its a CDC requirement!" To which i said "But u aren't wearing a mask!"and she shut up! Then the owner came over and put a see through partition down between me and the man doing my nails and he said "ok now u can take off your mask!" But the owner chimed in and said "NO" I said "i said "i am vaccinated" he said "so am i and i wear a mask, i don't want to get sick!" I said "but none of them are wearing a mask!" So i got up and left! I can't believe that i was singled out by these ppl. I have wondered all day what it could have been. I was the only person of my color. That is the only difference between me and the other woman in their business at the time. I was extremely hurt and saddened by the way i was treated. I have never been treated that way before and would never treat someone that way myself. It is unfortunate that because of what is happening in the world today it is causing ppl to b hurtful and disrespectful to one another instead of showing kindness and love. I will pray for these ppl that they may find peace from the Lord and not walk in fear and anxiety. And remember the one thing the Lord wants us to do "love one another"! read more

Getting a chair was quick and easy but man, dude did a pretty horrible job on my nails. The polish must've been expired because it came out like sandpaper instead of smooth. It was the most painful pedicure I have ever had and he pumiced the bottom of my feet so much that it's still sort to walk on them 3 days later. Be careful what technician you go with here. I got Brian he ripped my cuticle open on three of my fingers on my left hand while just filing my nails. I had to yelp for him to stop, got charged full price anyway. The nails look good but not at the expense of my cuticles getting infected. read more

The receptionist was very receptive and responsive. However, the actual pedicure was below mediocre. I truly feel like I wasted $35. She was not attentive to detail. I had to point out spots where she failed to clip dead skin. She didn't even remove all of the original polish. Maybe if she had of focused less on what the other technician was doing and more on the nuances of providing an exceptional pedicure my experience would have been better.
