I came here with tom. He was nice but he cut me two times and I was cringing the whole time. I got a fill done with gel nail polish. And in less than a week three of my nails were messed up. The gel literally came off. I have never had this problem EVER. Especially with acrylics. And when I went back a week later to get my nails fixed the lady that owned the shop got annoyed I came back. Are you kidding me?! I should be more annoyed that I had to come back less than a week later. And her response was rude she said she would only fix the three nails that the nail polish came off and not fix the other ones. Then when I went to another guy to get them fixed he cut me as well and when I said "ouch" he made fun of me. Also, he used the "soiled" tools on me. It was gross. Never going there again. This was my third visit. They were very courteous and got me seated with my feet soaking even though I was ten minutes early for my appointment. I had an ingrown toenail and Helen did an amazing job! The massage chair was nice and so was the hot towel. No hot stones like other places but the pedicure was only $21. I will be back - and more often. The only odd thing is that I tried to tip $5.50 and he asked me to change it to $5. I upped it to $6. He said he doesn't have quarters. read more

This place is the worst!!!! They have no customer service skills , rude . They do a rushed job and don't care . The girl made my nails horrible and thick looking and expected me to like them . They are always going through different nail technician because they can't keep the ones they have . I will make sure I tell everybody I know to never go here! CT Nails is a 5star place. Everyone is friendly and courteous. The shop is very clean. I have regular manicure with gel polish, and a regular pedicure. I have received excellent service. Plus my manicure usually lasts three weeks with the gel polish, which requires a perfect application to last that long. read more

I have had okay experiences at this salon. Today when I went in I asked if I could get my acrylic nails taken off and get dip powder nails. The gentleman said that was fine I just had to wait 20 minutes for someone to be available. I picked out a color and waited my turn. They called me over and they began to remove my nails. They started cutting them and nails were hitting me and the woman next me in the face. I told them that it was hurting and asked if there was any other way to remove my nails she said no. She continued and again I told her it was hurting. She got mad and handed me off to another nail tech. I asked her if she could soak them in acetone and she said no and did exactly what the previous girl did. I told her again that it was hurting and she got mad, got up and left. She came back with a bowl of acetone and said put your hands in this and walked away. She came back and just began filing them. I told her I no longer wanted to do the dip because my nails hurt. She got mad a rushed and told me to go wash my hands. I was charged $10 dollars and walked out with sore nails and I still have acrylic all over my nail. I'm really disappointed with this place. They are very unprofessional and they have horrible customer service. read more

I used to love going here, they were always quality before quantity but this last time I went it didn't seem like it! I made an appointment cause I thought it would help being Weekends are their busy days. They were so worried about getting everyone seated so they didn't turn anyone away it seemed rushed! My daughter was happy with the look of her nails but they all fell off in a week! Also they charged me 42.00 for a full set, when you sit down and tell the person what you want they are supposed to tell you if it is extra according to the owner! Well the lady did not! My daughters friend called to get a quote and they quote her 37.00 ! I am saddened by how they rush you in and out now! I know I don't go as much as I used to because my daughter has come down with some serious medical problems but I am still a paying customer! I used to love this place , I will say the place is clean and kept up and the owners are nice but the people they have in there did not do quality work. read more

I moved to the valley 2 1/2 years ago and had been going to another nail salon. CT Nails is right down the street from where I work and my boss recommended I get an appointment there as she had been a client for many years. It would also save me the drive to the salon I usually went to. I booked a pedicure with Annie and let me tell you, it was fantastic!! I have stubborn callouses that she worked on, and she also helped with an ingrown nail. When I left I honestly felt that my feet had never been so smooth, or so soft. I definitely felt it was one of, if not the best pedicure I'd had. On top of that, price wise, including tip it came in much lower than my usual salon. I've just booked another appointment. My 2 sisters and I had spent a couple days in Palm Springs and were heading to Arizona and used Yelp to find a place to get a pedicure on our way out. I have to say this was one of THE best pedicures I have ever had. The facility was so clean. The staff were friendly and fun to interact with. The owner was very accommodating and informative. They have a newer product that only that store and one other one in the area use (I wish I could remember what it was called) but there are 4 steps unless you add callous remover, which we did. There are different scents with this product. The gentleman who did my pedicure was very skilled (wish I could remember his name also - I was much too relaxed to remember the details). He massaged my calf and foot and found every sore spot I had and worked on them. I even had kicked a piece of furniture and broken one of my toenails before the trip in an awkward spot that I thought would be too tough to make nice so I told him not to worry about it - but he made it look like I had not done anything with my toenail. The finished product looks beautiful. If I lived closer I would be there as often as possible, but Alaska is quite a ways to travel. read more

They have done ok jobs, I have gone there 3 times just because distance is convenient. But all 3 times I have felt uncomfortable by the nail techs, especially because during and after my appointment they keep telling me to leave them a BIGGG tip. Second time getting my nails done here and it was a complete disappointment. I arrived an hour and a half prior to closing with plenty of time for a pedicure and manicure. Pedicure went perfectly but by the time she was done the man who was going to do my nails said he wouldn't have time to do my mani and to come back in 2 Days. I explained to him that I couldn't as I'd be going on vacation and needed them done, they wasted my time and if they would've told me that from the beginning I would have gone elsewhere. I ended up leaving with my pedicure unfinished and fingernails undone. Sadly they lack proper communication and time management. I will not be returning. read more

Took my grandma there today for a pedicure. Immediately I was pleased to see they line the tubs with plastic and their tools come in sterilized packages. My grandma had Annie and she was fantastic. My guy, not the owner, was a little rough with the clippers and sharp tools, and cut my toenails way too short, but the massage was great. The owner was super friendly and hospitable and used our names several times to make us feel welcomed. Will return without a doubt. read more

My two daughters and I came here to get our nails done and it was amazing. My oldest daughter has always disliked all other salons and how they do her acrylics but she loved this place! She loved how Traci left her nails looking! They also did a full set on my youngest daughter as well and she loved the color selections. She even got holographic nails which was exactly what she was looking for. At first I wasn't going to get anything but once I saw how clean their pedicure stations were, I wasn't going to pass that up. All three of us came out so satisfied and although it is a bit of a drive for us we will definitely be coming back soon. The prices are the best for the service they give. I came in with my sibling. She got a full set and I was going to get a nail of mine repaired since I already had a full set from another place. I was just testing the colors on my bare nail to see if I wanted to change the color when the tall guy with glasses began yelling at me saying if I wasn't gonna get service I couldn't use the polish, which is understandable but I WAS going to get service done. NOT ANYMORE. For him to ask, "how would you like if i went to your house and used your water!?" Was very uncalled for. Not only that, I saw him literally push a customer out of the place! Overall he was being very rude. I was even scared to ask him for his name cause I figured he would yell at me since he had been the entire visit here. Walked in at 6ish after work on a Friday, was asked to wait for a few minutes, then I was directed to a gentleman for a fill. He was nice, was making conversation with me, which I appreciate. But as always, all the manicurists were in conversation the entire time and of course when they're staring and looking our way, I can't help but think I'm the subject of their conversation. It's always equally as uncomfortable. BAD REVIEW: What really got under my skin, was that as soon as I walked in I asked if they were able (because of the time being close to closing time) to give me a fill and a pedicure, they said yes without hesitation. When I was getting a fill, a lady (my manicurists confirmed she was the owner), asked if I really needed a pedicure, I said yes, she then suggested I come back the next day (Saturday) to get it done. I told her that was not an option since I was headed out of town. Then I realized the only reason she was asking me to come back another day was because they had sat other walk in clients for pedicures. That was not my problem. When she found out I had gel polish on my toes and wanted to get gel polish again, she grunted, said something in Vietnamese sounding upset, then directed some young guy to come to me to take off gel polish. At that moment, I told them that I no longer wanted a pedicure. She got upset at that too. I may not know Vietnamese, but I sure am smart enough to understand tone and body language. Also, whenever I go to a new manicurist I always show them a picture of what I want (typically inspiration found on Pinterest). I showed him (manicurist) several pictures on Pinterest of exactly what I wanted (clear, colorless, natural looking nails). He said he knew how to do that, that it was easy. Well turns out that when he was done with the fill and it was time to complete the look I wanted, he said he didn't have the necessary tools and nail materials to get the look I was trying to achieve. I thought "really? You could've told me that in the beginning and I would've just walked out." I felt no other option at that point than to settle for a nail polish color. Let's just say I won't go back to this location, neither will I or do I recommend it. read more

While getting my nails done today, once again, I saw some of my friends and we all had a blast telling jokes and interacting with all of their employees. I've been going here for quite some time. Each time I would call and make an appointment with Annie. The man, I think he is the owner is incredibly rude. When I made my appointments he would then admonish me to not be late, going on and on how I just can't be late. This happened every time I called. I have never been late, always early and then waited 10 to 20 minutes past my appointment time. I was fine with that. However, today I called to make an appointment and he started with the exact same admonishment. I finally said to him that I have never been late and I didn't appreciate the admonishment each time I called. His response and I kid you not, was "Don't come back!" I could not believe what I was hearing. He said he didn't like the fact that I told him, I didn't appreciate being admonished not to be late when I've never been late! Never late. How sad is that. Annie is great, I always gave her a $10.00 tip and a big tip at Christmas. I feel bad for her and I will miss her but I won't be back. Why would anyone want to deal with him, just a rude, pushy guy with no business sense whatsoever. read more

So my mom made an appointment to get a pedicure with the same lady she ALWAYS gets ( she's the only one who can get her hangnails out all the way!! While they haven't always been the nicest, they are good at what they do.. Anyways, I call to change time from 11 to !2, the guy who always answers phone is the one I talked to, he tells me, yes that's ok and assures me my mom will get her lady.. I call again to add my sister,.. Fast forward to today, I'm sick so I decided not to go, I called them and told the same guy I talked to yesterday, that I'm not coming and they will be there in a just a bit.. They show up at noon and the place is packed ( more than my mom has ever seen at one time) and when she goes to counter, they tell her she was supposed to be there at 11 and was now gonna have to come back later!! When she told them we changed the time, the guy I talked to, told her that I didn't call, I ONLY called today to tell them I wasn't coming!! BOLD FACE LIE!! So not only did they lie, but then they were rude!! NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!! My mom, 3 sisters and niece will gladly go across the street!! Being nice to customers that are repeat shouldn't get special treatment, but is it TOO MUCH to expect to be treated with kindness and not feel like you have been called a liar??!! read more
