We had mocha iced Cuban coffee and normal iced Cuban coffee (might want to ask for a couple sugars if you want it a little sweet, if you don't get flavors it's not sweetened). Berrylicious smoothie was awesome. Guava toast was very yummy, as was the Cuban bagel. If you are downtown, be sure to stop by the truck and order from the extensive menu, which caters to food allergies and strange cravings, both. The food is just as good as the coffee. Parking here in the weekends can be a challenge as the parking enforcement gentleman has no mercy and is out to get those coffee lovers who think they can get away with a 5 minute non payed parking stop to get coffee. The portion was very generous, and the flavor was on point. I kept thinking about going back for another one in the next few days... 2. Iced coffee con leche: easily the best I have had around town!! Coffee ice cube is a plus, the flavor doesn't go bland, I loved it:) 3. The Cuban sandwich: it was great but wasn't as good as the Key Wester! Sad I didn't try this gem until the 2nd week of our vacation. Did get in about 3 visits our 2nd week. I tried the cafe con leche, the Cuban American coffee, and the iced coffee, I would recommend them all. The Key Wester is about the best bacon/egg and cheese we've had, on the warm Cuban bread. Excellent coffee drinks and a fantastic breakfast. Service was always pretty quick. Maybe next trip I'll try the Lunch sandwiches. read more

Before this trip, whenever I would come to Key West I would make a stop here. However this time, the kid at the counter with an eyebrow piercing and an unkempt beard decided I wasn't going to be given decent service because of the car I drove. The first day I pulled up and nobody was at the register. I peered through the side door and abruptly, this kid said "we see you," and proceeded to lumber over. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, and with my meal requested a glass of water, which he provided. The next day, I dealt with the same surly guy, but this time, he was annoyed my girlfriend wanted no sugar in her coffee, and a cup of water was no longer available. He then could be overheard discussing the fact that since I was driving a BMW, I could afford to buy the water. As long as you don't expect any modicum of decent service, their coffee is decent. read more

This place already has a ton of reviews, so I'll keep it short and hit the important notes Pros: -super friendly folks that work here, obviously well caffeinated -phenomenal Cuban coffee, so good I even drank it in 95 degree weather with 70 percent humidity (that might be an over-exaggeration, but you get the picture) -cheap cheap cheap Cons: -somehow the bread on our breakfast Cubans was dry and stale, no bueno -no places to sit unless you want to sit under the blazing sun and fry. We ended up walking all the way back to our room to eat I would consider stopping back by for that ridiculously good coffee and might even try a sandwich again to see if we have better luck with the bread next time. read more

I recommend this place. Is pretty much a grab and go. They do have a few benches if you prefer to eat it right there. Service is friendly quick and easy. I dont come here that often because of parking but there is a lot right in front.... technically you can pay for parking.
