I requested to install an 85" TV in the living room with a Sonos sound bar and separate wireless subwoofer. I also bought a PS5 and asked them to install and route the wires. I asked for high quality wires that can handle 4K or higher and they made sure of it and showed me the box/manufacturer of the cables. I did buy an expensive TV mount but they told me that I would be better off buying a cheaper cost mount that extended better and recommended me one from Walmart. They weren't wrong. So I returned the expensive one. I appreciate their expertise and recommendation. They knew that I was very picky on installation details, routing wiring (especially hiding visible wires), mounting location and they did an excellent job. I would definitely hire them again.

He showed me how the previous individual had 'rigged' the wiring to partially work.....it gave us sound but not true surround sound. I really appreciate the fact that Stan was not afraid to show me the bad news and let me decide how to proceed. I told him we needed a doorbell/security camera installed, as well as a rooftop satellite dish removed. No problem. A work date was scheduled, and Vince arrived exactly when he said he would. Vince was able to integrate the new doorbell/camera so that it interacted with the existing ringer inside our home, making the transition clean and easy. The camera, as well as our ability to answer the front door from the app on our phone, were done, and everything is working well. The dish removal went quickly, and we no longer have the unsightly dish showing on our roof. Vince's charge for the work was reasonable, and the whole experience was easy enough. I asked about the double charge for support and asked if I could bring my own equipment and they ignored my email So this company is SUPER SHADY and please review your quotes and google any equipment that they tell you that you need because 1. you probably don't need it (we ended up fixing the internet ourselves) and 2. they are probably overcharging you.
