Before the move, I had confirmed that I needed my things packed with the office staff three times: once via email and in two separate phone calls. When the movers arrived with no boxes or packing supplies, I had to run around shoving my belongings (including my dishes!) into garbage bags. It was a rough start to my very long day of driving a moving van across the country! I provided feedback to New City Moving about this problem twice, once via email and another via their text survey.
