Seeing a company who supposedly employed fellow patriots was appealing. This company promised to take care of all my parents cherished belongings with respect. The night before the move date, the driver was arrested for a hit and run. Should have been a major clue. The company said that they would dispatch another crew, but it would be be 17 hours as they were coming up from Texas. Day 2 and nothing, no updates, no anything. Day 3 and several voice mails later, crickets. So my parents were supposed to be in a hotel and leave on Day 4. Now they are left scrambling for a reputable company (lesson learned), and they are now having to pack themselves up. This sham of a company kept thousands as a down payment for services not rendered and no communication. On Day 4, I decided to get involved and threatened legal action since they stole my parents money. Someone finally called my sister to cancel the order and refund the money. I shutter to think who else they have stolen from that didn't want the hassle. No reason, no explanation, no morals, and no shame. How could they just take money from trusting people and not respond to any update requests? Do NOT use this company, EVER. There is a reason they are not a BBB company. They will sell you the world and leave you high and dry. I will be sharing this experience with all my friends, my father will share this horrendous incident with all of his classmate. Their actions are absolutely despicable, unprofessional, and borderline illegal. My family's pain and suffering is worth more than just the returning the deposit and an empty apology. They provided TV boxes, mattress covers, and wrapped all furniture to ensure nothing was scratched or stained. They even helped combine smaller boxes into larger ones and made sure nothing was left behind. The team disassembled all our furniture for transport and reassembled everything upon arrival, placing each item and box in the exact rooms we requested -- even positioning furniture and wall art just the way we wanted. They were meticulous and organized in both loading and unloading. They also transported one of our cars in an enclosed trailer for a very reasonable price. Best of all, Ricky and his team were cheerful, polite, and helpful from start to finish. After a long day of loading, driving, and unloading until nearly 2 a.m., they still had the same positive attitude they had when they arrived that morning. This is what I sent to the movers…read more This past Saturday the 21st, we received the most horrible service from Rambo movers. They were not organized. There was no plan in place. They purposely took their time. One person was using his cellphone while on customer time. The other was doing his best, but he didn't know how to wrap the furniture. They held the washer and dryer & threatened to not give the items until we pay an extra $150, because THEY took too long to do their job. They didn't know what they were doing and took longer than what was needed. One of the men started beating on the car and cussing at us and in front of a baby. I am disappointed and hurt. I wanted to help Black businesses but this was the poorest service. The $150 needs to be returned to us. The man who was cursing, should be fired. When we informed, what happen to the woman, who was in the truck, she said we should have told her sooner. She saw everything that was happening and didn't do anything to correct it. She saw and witnessed everything that was happening. I will NEVER use this service again, nor will recommend to anyone.
