Rambo's moved me into my house where I'm now leaving, I believe it's safe to leave a review now due to the unsafe situation I was put in with them. First, one man was eyeing me seductively the entire time. When they were finished he didn't want to leave my house because he kept trying to make conversation and ignored me when I told him I felt uncomfortable. His colleague noticed my uncomfortability and literally had to drag him out of my house. They dropped my brand new washing machine off of the truck and some older man simply said "it'll be ok". Not a care if it was scratched or damaged. I called and made a complaint. I got a call back days later while I was at work, by then I was over it and didn't feel they'd do much since the work was already done and I didn't want the weird pervert guy to retaliate and come back to my house, so I let it go to voicemail. I trusted them to do quality, respectable work instead I paid for lazy and disrespectful workers who took my money and left me feeling unsafe. read more

This is what I sent to the movers This past Saturday the 21st, we received the most horrible service from Rambo movers. They were not organized. There was no plan in place. They purposely took their time. One person was using his cellphone while on customer time. The other was doing his best, but he didn't know how to wrap the furniture. They held the washer and dryer & threatened to not give the items until we pay an extra $150, because THEY took too long to do their job. They didn't know what they were doing and took longer than what was needed. One of the men started beating on the car and cussing at us and in front of a baby. I am disappointed and hurt. I wanted to help Black businesses but this was the poorest service. The $150 needs to be returned to us. The man who was cursing, should be fired. When we informed, what happen to the woman, who was in the truck, she said we should have told her sooner. She saw everything that was happening and didn't do anything to correct it. She saw and witnessed everything that was happening. I will NEVER use this service again, nor will recommend to anyone. read more

They were on time, very reasonably priced, I called them last minute, and they were available to put me on their schedule as early as possible, which was the next day. They professionally shrink wrapped all the furniture. They were in and out very quickly and moved with efficiency. Very nice people, I will definitely use them again if I ever need any type of reliable transport. read more

Well priced! Susan and her team moved very fast. As with what comes with every move nothing is perfect but I believe Rambo movers did a great job with unloading all of our household goods. Do not hire this company. During a recent delivery they did tremendous damage to the wood floor. When contacted about the damage they completely disregarded me. When I called I could only speak to Ms Susan who was the main person I dealt with in setting up the delivery. She refused to allow me to speak to the owner. If I could give no stars I would. I have never dealt with such backwards business in my llife. The guys who showed up wo move us were nothing but polite and helpful. However they were over 4 and half hours beyond their control I assume. Their office counterpart Susan however was incredibly uncooperative. Due to them showing up at 7:45pm and the two hours it took to load which was absolutely fine and understandable we were going to be too late to make it to our storage unit which closed at 10pm and we'd be locked inside. Susan began to tell me they would charge me $75 for the overnight storage and then another $345 the next day as if I was a brand new move. After their mistake and lateness not mine and would not even be reasoned with by myself or her movers. She even had the audacity to hung up on her own mover. Also required me to pay the initial $345 before they would unload my items from the truck. I knew better from the get go I've heard stories over the years and witnessed them do the same to others. This is suck a horrible company I wouldn't never use them or recommend them. they tell you once price and once the movers start moving them stuff it becomes a total different price because of the hrs but they aren't considering the time the movers were just sitting on my steps for 30 mins instead of moving them stuff and when the bill comes out to almost 700 dollars and I told them I couldn't afford that cause that's not what they told me they left my stuff outside on the front yard and left. they have very poor customer service. read more

DO NOT USE THEM!!!!! We had them scheduled to unload a box truck, they knew exactly how big the truck was and exactly what was inside of the truck. They emailed me a quote of $300, and were supposed to show up on Monday at 8am. I got a call Sunday night that they miss quoted me and it would cost over $900 to unload the truck. I feel like they thought they could get away with it since it was last minute and I didn't have time to call someone else on a sunday night for next day. I told them forget it. These people are scammers and very unprofessional. They take their time moving your things to stretch the time even further. They will hold you possessions and wont finish the job until you have paid them. DON'T HIRE THESE GUYS! I have moved a lot in my day but this is by far the worst moving company I have ever dealt with. I called movers to only load my heavy stuff (1/4 of contents) and about 10 small boxes and some plants. Three men showed up and one was injured from the previous move so he could do nothing but ask "where's yo husband" and the big guy did nothing but complain and take often breaks and the third guy was doing all the work. The first thing the big guys say's walking in is, "oh hell no, this is going to be more than two hours". I said, it will take you 30 mins to load w/three guys, 20 mins to get there and 1 hr to unload. Once we leave the first spot to go to the new spot, they leave before me but I get there before them. I called them, "we stopped at Jack in the Box". Twenty minutes later they called and asked, "now what's your apartment number". I didn't move to an apt so they had the wrong address. I told them I would be deducting an hour which they tried to say they "wuz only 15 mins behind". Mind you, I'm helping unload this truck myself since there was an injured one and I only wanted to pay the 2 hour minimum of 223.00. There were three items remaining on the truck when big guy say's to me, "you have to pay me now before I remove the other items, company policy". I said well then your company Rep should have disclosed that, you're not getting a dime until all my items are off your truck. So he proceeds to slide my mattress on his dirty truck floor off the truck. They wrapped no items and placed my mattress on the truck with no cover. He leaned the mattress against my jeep and was going to leave it right there until I saw it. Big guy insisted I went over by 15 mins and how they work on tips and I needed to go to the bank. That was the fastest I'd seen him move to move the truck so I could go get the big guy more money just to get rid of them. I get the mattress up the stairs, mind you, i'm doing this w/the little guy and I hand him the money afterwards and say, thank you, you didn't need the other guys. So the 223 turned into 303 and they left two sofa tables on the drive-way when the left. When I get back to the place I moved from there were other items they did not load that were suppose to go. I am going to have to rehire movers to get the rest of my belongings because they did not do their job, was only concerned about getting paid; left items on my drive-way, went to the wrong address, an hour late, one injured, many breaks and left their jack in the box trash on the ground.
