When you rent a Uhaul make sure you read the fine print and ask questions if something is not clear. The attendants are not mind readers. You cannot expect them to know what your questions are if you don't ask or if you are not prepared. They will answer the questions to the best of their ability. If somebody at their office cannot answer your questions then find somebody who can. Instead of having to complain alot because you didn't know something and they failed to tell you because you never asked the "question" or made an inquiry about it. Don't just settle for I don't know, get your answer first before signing up for anything to avoid complaints. They padded and wrapped my furniture to keep it safe and clean and everything arrived in good condition as they unpadded and unwrapped it as they placed it where I requested. I paid extra and did that, only to be told I had to wait until MONDAY as the owner needed to verify a CASHIERS check! Really? It is a CASHIERS check! It's guaranteed funds. Called this morning to verify if the rest of my property would be delivered and was yelled at again and told me it was no big deal, no one was sick and if I make a big deal about it, they would just keep the property and delivery some other day.
