With coffee served from Provecho, matcha from Nami and hojicha from Paru??? You just hit a trifecta of GOOD good. Our Typical Order: 1) Iced Earl Grey Latte - omg, I LOVE the earthiness that the earl grey syrup brings to the matcha. Matcha, to me, is either too grassy or too sweet; the earl grey syrup makes it a perfectly earthy balance. 2) Honey Cinnamon Latte - how good could a standard coffee shop latte be, you ask? They have the HCL at almost every shop, and it's not usually standout. EDI, again, blew expectations wide open. Their HCL is balanced: sweet without being saccharine; and you can actually taste the cinnamon. 3) Hojicha Latte, Hot - omg, there was a time when I ordered almost one of these A DAY.
