There was another girl waiting for about an hour before us, and I personally saw them tell her to leave because they "didn't have time" to do her nails anymore. She had been waiting before I even arrived, so the fact that they couldn't accommodate her after making her wait that long already says a lot about how they treat their customers. From the moment I walked in, I was disappointed. I saw a girl get up from the chair, and not even a minute later, Mike told me to sit down. He did not take the time to properly sanitize the tools, clean the area, or clean his cart before starting. The supplies and materials appeared dirty, and the carts were not organized. For a nail salon, that was honestly gross and made me very uncomfortable. The actual service was just as bad. They do not do designs, and the work itself was sloppy. They don't seem to have the proper tools or technique to provide the quality you would expect. Everything felt rushed, as if they were more concerned with getting through each customer and going home than actually caring about the work they were doing. We were also extremely disappointed with the pricing. We were charging $30 to come back the following day just to change the color--no design, no additional service, literally just changing the color. Considering the quality of the original service, that felt completely unreasonable and made us feel taken advantage of. We did not leave a tip because the service did not warrant one. The attitude was also very uncomfortable. They were rude, and at one point they began speaking to each other in their language while clearly appearing upset. Based on their tone and body language, it felt like they were talking negatively about us. Whether or not that was actually what they were saying, the way they behaved made the atmosphere very uncomfortable and unprofessional. Tim tried to be nice and seemed a little more approachable, but unfortunately, the overall experience was still terrible. Do not be fooled by the aesthetic of this place. The appearance may look nice at first, but the actual service did not match it at all. The tools and work areas did not appear properly maintained, the service was rushed, and there was very little attention to detail. Overall, this place made us feel like customers were simply being rushed through so they could collect the money and move on to the next person. There was no sense that they genuinely cared about the clients or took pride in their work. Overpriced. Rushed. Sloppy. Unprofessional. Poor sanitation. Poor customer service. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this nail shop. This was one of the worst nail experiences I've had, and I would never come back.

Wish I could say this salon was for me but the booking process had me so apprehensive I decided not to go. I was attempting to book a polygel nail appointment with Shelly but as I was discussing options outside of my original appointment time, she cancelled my original booking and had me rebook my appointment myself. Then when I asked her a visual example of her version of Medium length nails and Long length nails she asked if I had ever gotten my nails done before. And whilst asking for her opinion on what I should get she never responded and I decided I'd just book again for a medium set. Once I booked she told me she'd put me with a different nail tech and send me her info, Valeria. I saw her work on her Instagram page and didn't feel confident because it looked very beginner and clunky. I understand practice is what makes someone better but the set prices should be different for different artists and experience. I am so lucky that she was my person. Not only is she detailed in what she does, she takes pride in her work. She is chill and made me feel chill. She takes her time and I felt pampered. When she was doing my fingernails she didn't use water for soaking. She used a variety of instruments to remove cuticles. She quietly sang the songs on the shop's Playlist. She has a good voice. That made me feel extra calm and welcomed. 3. The tough part of the visit was getting to the shop. The Nail Buzz opens before the container shop mall opens. There are 2 security doors that were locked. I was told to enter through the gate by the giant metal preying mantis. The long long gate slides open. Disappointing Experience at The Nail Bus - Downtown Container Park…read more I stopped by The Nail Bus at the Downtown Container Park in Las Vegas at approximately 2:50 PM. Their posted hours clearly showed that they were open until 7:00 PM, so I asked if I could get a pedicure and a full set. I was told they would not have time to do my services. What made this especially frustrating was that there was no one waiting. There was one employee working on one client, and apparently only one employee running the entire shop. If a business advertises that it is open until 7 PM, I wouldn't expect to be turned away more than four hours before closing, especially with no customers waiting. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend calling ahead before making the trip. Better yet, you may want to skip it altogether and find another nail salon that is adequately staffed and able to accommodate customers during its posted business hours. Unfortunately, I can't review the quality of their nail services because I wasn't given the opportunity to receive any.

I usually go to another salon in Henderson but my tech is on vacation until the end of the month…read more I really needed to get my nails done today but with this heat I didn't feel like driving far and the nail salons in the area have always been disappointing, which is why I take the drive to Henderson. I had never seen this nail salon and decided to give them a try, but I was very nervous about it since I like my gel nails done right because I make videos on social media. I called to ask if they were taking walk ins and they were. I walked in and there were 2 people working and they were working on 2 clients. They finished a client within minutes and they got started on me quickly. The inside is clean, quiet, and I am a plant lover, so I enjoyed looking at the beautiful plants they have. My gel manicure was done by Dinh and he was very gentle and took his time. I was very happy and impressed with what he did. So whenever my usual tech is not available, I'll have to come here and see Dinh. There is something that worries me, and I am hoping my nails last like they tend to when I go to my usual salon. My usual place always does 2 layers of the clear gel, and Dihn only did 1, so I'll see how these go. They were $10 cheaper than my usual spot as well, and of course, so much closer to me. This is 6 minutes away from me, vs 30 minutes to my other salon, so I will post an update if these nails don't last.
