Service not great. They tell you a certain amount of waiting time and it over passes the time they tell you. They don't seat people according to waitlist. If you arrive and are waiting they seat other people that had just arrived after your arrival. They have VIP seating and regular and they cost the same yet they still don't seat all the people. The 2 sushi rolls we ordered lacked flavor big time. So if you want sushi go to an actual sushi restaurant. My guess is the mariscos is your best bet. I dined in here January and it was a horrible experience. The mask rules keep changing, and we have no problem wearing them, however 2 of our party of 6 forgot theirs in the car and the host was very rude about it. You literally wear a mask from the door to your booth and then immediately take it off. When we were seated, we didn't fit at the tiny booth and had to be relocated. After about 5 minutes the waiter showed up, and told us that the menu was a QR code. Ive been to other restaurants with online menus, however, I find it very rude that we sat there for so long just starring into space. Once the food and drinks arrived, we had to request extra napkins (none were made available before hand). Their food is okay, however, if you're a fan of sushi I'd recommend an authentic sushi place. Any other sushi place has better rolls. The only items I would recommend are their tostadas. Even then, I would not recommend this place. The waiter had good service given the conditions, I understand that they may be understaffed and such. I ordered 2 rolls and my girlfriend ordered 1. They literally put cream cheese in every roll on the menu, which is just there in order to be a filler for their rolls. They also do not have any rolls with raw fish, which makes me question the quality of the fish they use. The rolls were decent, but they put this "sweet eel sauce" over everything and it's not good. It has an almost sickly sweetness to it. I only ate half of each of my rolls, and I threw out my left overs. I felt sick for the remainder of the day. 0.5/5 Price: Oh boy, oh boy. This is icing on the cake. Most rolls are 12-13$ which could get you some legitimately amazing rolls at good sushi places. Here, you get some shrimp and cream cheese covered in sweet eel sauce. There is no way this business is going to last with the music. People yelling their orders. The long 2-3 hour wait time because they did to just shut it down birthday parties only. We did not receive menues for each person dinning. Had to pass it around. We couldn't and can't talk to each other over the food we want to order or to each other matters. We had to use our phones to text each other when you family is sitting right now front of you. Water order was taken over five minutes ago. Probably going on 10 when waters were brought out. No straws, had to wait and hour for that. Chips and Salsa came after 5 mins. Chips and Salsa constantly was being replinished. 6 baskets later and I wanted to leave. No food for over an hour since we order. I lost my voice. I can keep going on and on from after the food arrived, but after 3 and half hours the place just sucked.
