Lovely place! I stopped by while waiting for an appointment, so I decided to get some work done in the meantime. Everyone there is Italian, and they speak Italian to you, which I loved! I've always wanted to learn Italian, and even though I only know a few words, they welcomed me right away with a "Buongiorno!" I was only there for about 30 minutes, so I just got to try the coffee, which was amazing. I'll definitely be back to try the food. Everything looked amazing! Excellent from beginning to end. My wife and I split the mortadella sandwich and I asked about a potato and porchetta pizza that I had seen on an older menu. Even though it was no longer on the menu, they were nice enough to make it for me. Everything was excellent. The mortadella sandwich was great and the pizza dough was probably the lightest and airiest I've ever had. The potato and porchetta combination was outstanding. I had the pistachio latte and my wife had the Nutella latte, and we finished by splitting a pistachio cannoli. You start ordering at the register and they call out your name. We waited for our food for about 10-15 minutes. We got majority pizza which they cut in half so it looks like 2 slices each and a sandwich. Unfortunately we all left dissatisfied and in no rush to return. The pizza wasn't even warmed up, The flavors were also just lacking. The bresaola parmigiano reggiano sandwich had maybe two slices of meat, some arugula but they didn't hold back on the Lemon vinaigrette or mayo. It was completely lacking of a filling sandwich for $16 not to mention. I had tried one of their desserts an it was just missing the rum flavor it might be different ingredients and I'm not used to the Italian rum flavor but it didn't have that surprise of deliciousness I was hoping for. Towards the end my eyes were starting to water more and were not tolerable. I think theres some work to be done here to make it great just alot was lacking. 4 hungry coworkers on a mission to try something new and we listened to some guy named Holy Holy... idk I heard he's done some good reviews so we tried. We will give it another shot maybe in a few months but not anytime soon. The owner has big dreams and we can see that. I am not here to shit on anyone's dream, America is tough but don't overspend on quality menu items that'll hike up your prices to $28 for 2 pizzas and a coke. Came to Cultura after seeing an article on Facebook. Im a sucker for neapolitan pizza, so I knew I had to give it a try. Clean, neat little place, with lots of natural light. We were greeted immediately and you can just tell they want you to feel like family. So many italian speaking patrons, too, so that's gotta be a good sign! We ordered the pesto e burrata pizza, pollo e pesto sandwich, frutti di Bosco (mixed berry), tiramisu cloud, sfogliatelle and an iced tiramisu latte. First and foremost the pizza flavors were amazing. Very fresh, robust and bright. The pizza was a bit wet due to the toppings, so it was slightly soggy and a bit messy, but nothing a napkin cant handle! The pollo e pesto sandwich was hands down the best! Thick juicy chicken, fresh springy focaccia, bright arugula, herbaceous pesto, absolutely divine! Would be hard not to get this again when I return. Now onto the desserts. The mixed berry frutti di bosco was amazing! Nice shell on the outside, delicious, sweet soft berry mousse on the inside. The sfogliatelle tastes like Christmas, I cant explain it but its light, flaky, flavorful and citrusy. The tiramisu cloud was just ad described! That classic tiramisu flavor but so insanely light and airy! Finally, the tiramisu latte, I dont know what magic they use, but tastes JUST like tiramisu. That rich robust coffee flavor with that sweet marscapone touch makes for the perfect drink. Overall, our total came to $79, which honestly feels like a steal! People should stop opening pizza joints in South Florida. Really. Stop. Cultura is the exception that proves the rule. Yes, it's primarily a pizza place, but it's one of the very few in South Florida doing actual AVPN-style Neapolitan pizza to Naples standards, not the vibes-based approximation most places serve. I should probably disclose my bias up front: I am not a Neapolitan diehard. It's softer, it's wetter, and it's fundamentally a fork-and-knife pizza. And if you're going to serve me one, I want a straight Margherita, because the more toppings you add, the more the whole thing turns into a structural engineering problem. There are some real differences here compared with other local Neapolitan spots, including places like Scuola Vecchia in Parkland, which has formal AVPN certification and is excellent. Cultura is running a high-end Italian Moretti Forni oven, roughly a $13,000 unit, capable of holding precise, stable temperatures while still running at about 930°F to hit the 90-second cook window. Just as important in South Florida is the ventilation. Heat is pushed up and out, so the dining room doesn't feel like a blast furnace, which is no small feat in this climate. Qualitatively, the pie is very good. I ordered half Margherita and half 'Nduja, the spicy Calabrian meat paste, think spreadable hot soppressata. The underside shows clean, even spotting. The cornicione has proper leopard marks. The rim has a light crunch, and the center stays soft and pliable, precisely as a Neapolitan pie should. Fresh mozzarella, simple, bright San Marzano tomato sauce with fresh basil, garlic, and extra virgin olive oil. Quality ingredients, a Neapolitan pizza executed to technical perfection. If you were served this in Naples at a serious shop, you'd call it legit, because it is. And to add to the legitimacy, you'll hear proper Italian spoken here, not the bastardized version uttered by third to fifth generation Italian Americans. It is also, as expected, a wetter, fork-and-knife pizza, so you want to eat it here and now. This won't travel well. Ideally, you'd like a glass of red wine or a birra alongside it, but there's no alcohol here, unfortunately (EDIT: license in progress). The consolation prize is solid: Kimbo espresso, good lattes, and a legit dessert case. You could just as easily come in the morning for a cornetto as you could after lunch. Beyond the Neapolitan pies, they also offer a range of focaccias if you're in the mood for something airier (and better suited for takeout), plus sandwiches and salads that make this feel like a proper Southern Italian cafe, not just another pizza counter. Bottom line: South Florida does not need more pizza places. But it does need more places that take it this seriously. read more

Tried three new items at Cultura and two out of three were excellent but I'm not sure how to calibrate two thirds into a Yelp star metric but in percentage 2/3 equals about sixty six percent and of course that's not an impressive grade, however the good food somewhat compensated for the one bad item. The pizza was excellent with fresh ingredients and had a nice clean taste and was one of the best pies I've had in Boca. A Chicken Sandwich was also very good but Lasagna featured limp pasta and tasted like it had been prepared well in advance - not sure if it was but it was an overcooked under seasoned disappointment. I guess it's more of a three star rating but mistakes happen and the Pizza was so good that I didn't dwell on the bad lasagna. read more
