Today, it has been 3 days since we got the tattoo and although the tattoo itself is small, has fine lines, and is on the wrist, it appears as if it has a smear/smudge on one of the corners on both tattoos. This isn't my first tattoo, and my husband and I have been following the after care and have been careful. It's on the healing stage, but you can tell that the corner line differs and there is a smudged area on both tattoos. For both these it was $240 total and done by Chris. June created a beautiful design based on my references and feedback and added little touches that made it even better. June took such great care to cover up the scars I wanted covered and make it look beautiful and flow well with the natural curves of my leg, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I mostly corresponded through the shop's email, and they were very accommodating with scheduling and answering my questions. They also took my photos and general intentions for Iryna to be able to access during our appointments. I really appreciate them scheduling the virtual consultation before I came in-person. They also gave me a very reasonable estimate for the work! All in all, it was a super pleasant experience. My final note is only to do with payment. Mantle offers several methods to pay your balance, like venmo, zelle, and they have a credit card reader. Through no fault of the shop, Zelle blocked my transfer attempt, so a piece of advice to clients is to have backup payment methods available to save time. I was also informed this would be sent to management/ hoped for a refund? I hate to be a pain and I have never left a bad review before. I'm now spending a ton of money to have these tattoos removed because of how dark they are. There's a $200 minimum and there's a $100 deposit that you Venmo before the appointment is made. I honestly found the booking process super smooth and easy. If you can find it, there's metered parking right in front of the shop which is super convenient. I honestly love the vibe of this place. Endry was so kind and welcoming and made my first tattoo the best experience it could've been (also want to note I have a needle phobia so this is a legit compliment). I have since seen Endry multiple times for more extensive work. Endry is truly an incredible artist who really puts care and consideration into each piece.
