My one feedback and note would be to mention that visitors do have the option to "try-on" jewelry if they are torn between sizes or colors of jewelry because I think some newcomers wouldn't be aware they could do that if it's not mentioned. My friend asked to try a couple of jewel sizes and that was really helpful with decision making. (By try-on, you are just holding the jewelry piece up to yourself and checking yourself out in the mirror :P ) They offer titanium and gold jewelry here. Many beautiful pieces. They also sell saline spray (for $15 if I remember correctly) which I picked up since I was traveling and will be traveling again. Lacy pierced me and she was soooo amazing! She was really through with her explanations and I felt very comfortable with her. Everything went so smoothly and it was mostly painless - only a pinch in the process but no discomfort after the jewelry was already in. My friends and I left with super cute nostril piercings! Consultation - Tabitha asked via phone if i was given the option or made aware of threadless vs threaded jewelry, i was not nor was I given the option between the two. (Im assuming since you guys only carry threadless anyways.) Lacy said the piercings could get expensive when downsizing multiple sizes & when custom jewelry becomes a thing (she gave me an example of hers that have a wide flat back) which i understood. I was never told the jewelry on hand would be so flimsy or else i would have left with a spare set. or why wouldnt that be offered if its a known thing that theyre just going to break soon after? It's on the healing stage, but you can tell that the corner line differs and there is a smudged area on both tattoos. For both these it was $240 total and done by Chris. Iryna is clearly a very talented artist, and it shows in her work. She was also very attentive to making me feel comfortable throughout the 6+ hour appointment, which was really great. The shop itself was very clean, and my interactions with the staff and setting up the appointment were professional, smooth, and easy. I mostly corresponded through the shop's email, and they were very accommodating with scheduling and answering my questions. They also took my photos and general intentions for Iryna to be able to access during our appointments. I really appreciate them scheduling the virtual consultation before I came in-person. They also gave me a very reasonable estimate for the work! All in all, it was a super pleasant experience. My final note is only to do with payment. Mantle offers several methods to pay your balance, like venmo, zelle, and they have a credit card reader. Through no fault of the shop, Zelle blocked my transfer attempt, so a piece of advice to clients is to have backup payment methods available to save time. The credit card option was a nice backup, but the credit card terminal does charge a service fee.

There's a $200 minimum and there's a $100 deposit that you Venmo before the appointment is made. I honestly found the booking process super smooth and easy. If you can find it, there's metered parking right in front of the shop which is super convenient. I honestly love the vibe of this place. Endry was so kind and welcoming and made my first tattoo the best experience it could've been (also want to note I have a needle phobia so this is a legit compliment). I have since seen Endry multiple times for more extensive work. Endry is truly an incredible artist who really puts care and consideration into each piece.
