    My DELICIOUS 1/2!
    Ashley L.

8/09/25 They are at Vineyards Farmers Market. They were in the back with lots of goodies to choose from. I picked the coffee cake to split for breakfast for tomorrow. Asked the worker to give me the best one. He did. I paid for it with well wishes. 9/10/25 Happy Sunday everyone! Coffee cake spilt. My half was DELICIOUS! Cinnamon crumble =yummy!! Flavorful I'm sure mother will feel the same when she gets up to have hers! Good service & GREAT coffee cake! Highly recommended!

Impressed...Satisfied...Can't wait to go back asap!!! So I visited this phenomenal business on a beautiful Saturday morning, shopping at the Vineyards Farmer's Market in Fresno. I had never tried anything from here before, but the fresh factor, hearing the workers speak so eloquently and confidently about their baked goods, and frankly the line of enthusiastic patrons...I was sooo intrigued! I got in line, and as I walked across their display area, you guessed it... I kept adding items. The bagels, pastries, and bread purchased were so scrumptious, crafted beautifully, and were a hit with the entire family! The textures and flavors were spot on, and a pleasant surprise. I bought two bags worth of goodness! Give this lovely spot a try and you will not be disappointed.

YOU HEARD IT 'FIRST' on YELP! "CALLING ALL ARTISAN BREAD LOVERS, THIS WILL BE THE 'ICONIC' BREAD OF THE CENTRAL VALLEY!" Whuuut? My husband and I have traveled three hours to San Francisco's Tartine bakery, JUST for the NATURALLY LEAVENED sourdough bread they are famous for . . . and LONG were the years and sighs, for such bread locally. WHY, you ask? One bite, and you will be a believer forevermore! ;) *NOW* IT'S IN OUR OWN BACKYARD ( SHRIEK ) !!! Which is WHY I routinely scope out YELP to find out about the latest 'foodie' openings in OUR valley ( wink-wink ). THIS bread is chewy, DELICIOUS, profoundly MOIST. . . addictive. Could. Not. Stop. Eating. You just might need to sign up for a 'Ten Step' program, if you dive-in like Moi . . . BUT, that's not all! They have the most GOOEY, luscious, caramel-y looking cinnamon buns ( via, Instagram photo of chocolate croissants in the foreground/the buns shyly standing behind them )! Drool. Worthy. If you want to secure your order, you can go to their website, order and pre-pay then pick up your order at Enzos table. They arrive on Saturdays at noon until they sell out. Fortunately, they still had some bread available for sale when I picked up my order, which I GLADLY bought some delicious looking jalapeño cheddar sourdough! A lot of bakery treats were sold out by 1:30 PM. The owner and his daughter informed me that I could call them and place a specific request too! They also sell their bread at Sweet Thistle flower farm. Cool! ALSO in our own backyard! Presently, they are making a very labor-intensive Armenian holiday bread called Choereg. This is for all the bread makers in the family that would rather VISIT than bake! LOL! Raw Fresno showcases Culture Bakehouse's 100% organic bread, for their 'Avacado Toast'. YES, TRUTH! In fact, the owner told me they made 300 loaves for them last month! What does THIS tell you about their bread? Hmmmm? Don't miss out!

THANK THE WORLD FOR CULTURE!! I've heard so much about this place and by sheer luck ran upon them at Enzo's Table. This is their permanent location now!! Locally owned and definitely a labor of love that goes into all the baked goods here. The owner Brandon and his daughter were welcoming and answered all of my questions. What I appreciate about their baked goods is that they are local and seasonal!! I opted for some shortbread and the chai white chocolate cookie and was not disappointed!! The chai cookie reminded me of the start of fall - the earthiness that is in the air. The chai was subtle and the cookie itself is moist on the inside with a slight crunch on the outside. The white chocolate is such a nice balance to this cookie and adds notes of sweetness when you least expect it. For the shortbread cookie bars, I'm not sure you'll find anything else like it. I love it because it doesn't overpower you with sweetness. It's light and delicate. The sugar on top is just enough to bring it all together. The way it crumbles in your mouth is unlike any other shortbread I've had. I want to try their savory items next time! A cheddar scone sounds amazing and I've heard from others that their sourdough is absolutely phenomenal! What a great gem to our community!!

The bakery is located in a shopping plaza at Shaw and it looks like one of those high-end places in Fresno. So we found a bakery, which was at that time for people dining inside and outside because they do have brunch menu. luckily we're able to find that there's a separate line for the bakery items and the line, although ling, was quick when it was our turn. We had difficulty choosing which cakes to get but we were able to ask around what are the recommendations we were able to get their top selling cake which is a vanilla cake that has fruit compote in the middle and fruits as decoration. I think it was around $47 for this particular cake. When we got home, it kept well when we had our birthday celebration. We didn't have to put it back in the fridge. By the time we got to eating the cake. It was perfectly thawed and surprisingly delicious. It was moist and full of the fruit compote - they did not skimp on the fruit. It was lovely and highly recommended. When I come back to Fresno, I'd probably try their brunch items. Four stars for their cake.

Like pork buns are 3.00 cash and 3.09 credit card. But at least that's an option now. Warmly greeted and helped at the front counter when I walked in. Looks like a traditional Chinese bakery with their decor and set up and heard the front counter lady say their food is more based on the south side of China. Their steam pork buns will always be a favorite. I was lucky enough to walk in when they brought out a fresh new batch so it was still nice and warm when I got home. Dough is sweet and fluffy with their bbq pork filling. For 3.00 a bun, it was quite smaller than I remember. The ratio of the dough and filling was also not as portioned. Some bites you just get the dough. First time having their steam chicken buns and was surprised to see that it was sliced chicken with veggies and a slice boiled egg. This was not it for me. It was like eating a stir fry in a bun. Though this bun was bigger and more portioned than the steam pork buns. This was also my first time trying their Shumai dumplings. The flavor was there. A nice umami flavor. But I was missing the bouncy texture of the meat. And for 4 for 7.00 they were pretty small (compared to the dim sum places). Looking forward to trying other others on their menu now that the menu and signs are easier to see/read.

They have bakery items to breakfast/lunch menu and drinks! I came in for a quick brunch. I ordered their garlic chicken panini sandwich. Their spinach berry salad is so good! I love balsamic dressing in salads. Something about mixed greens and berries that go together and works really well. It is such a light, refreshing delight dish and I would get this again! I also got a sweet treat from their bakery area and I honestly forgot what it was called but it looks like a huge blueberry and it looked so beautiful I didn't even want to eat it. We arrived for breakfast before 10A, and the pasty and dessert selection is happily overwhelming. Our party of two ordered two Breakfast Combos. First, Pancakes Breakfast Combo with turkey bacon and eggs, and second, French Toast Breakfast Combo with mild sujok beef patty and eggs. We shared everything except our eggs. Both were served with their made-onsite orange blossom syrup, which went very well with the pancakes. Everything was wonderful, however the sujok beef patty was my favorite. To drink, my friend requested an Almond Milk Cappuccino, and I opted for a canned 100% mango juice. We also utilized the complimentary water dispenser. We took home a Sourdough Loaf, a Blueberry Cream Cheese Croissant, and an Almond Croissant. Hoping to return soon to try more, and most especially for the sujok.
