The flavors were spot on, and with a sprinkle of red pepper flakes for a little kick, it was perfect. I enjoyed it so much that while we spent the next 20 minutes chatting about travel, Yelp, and my sprinter van, I looked down to find I had polished off the entire pizza without even realizing it. Service was warm and attentive throughout. Our waitress made sure we were well cared for and handled splitting the check with ease. Market 27 also offers a wide variety of drinks, from sodas to beers. I went with a macro brew this time, but next visit I will branch out and try something different. Food- My go-to order here is usually three tenders with fries and slaw for $14 and change. A biscuit or role comes along for the ride. I brought this bad boy home and plated it up. As my cholesterol spiked in anticipation, a loosened my belt in preparation and attacked. Taste- OMG! Tender, juicy, white meat tenders with perfectly crunchy batter. Very good fries but they are consistently undercooked for about a minute. Fresh, crunchy slaw. It was several hours until I could write this update because I was comatose in my recliner! An easy 4 stars and probably 4.5. The minimal parking can get a little crazy and the fries need a little more time but that doesn't stop their legions of fans from stopping by including me. Ambience- It's clean and typical and very quiet as most folks use the drive-thru Drive Thru- They are experimenting with AI and it's getting better by the month! They have an employee always standing by to jump in and help if needed, which is much appreciated. The App- Typical and mostly decent. Getting an offer or a reward credited is tricky and needs to be improved. They are generous with their rewards! Customer Service- I generally drive thru and about 90% of the time a make it through without being told to pull over. That other 10% I usually wait 2 or 3 minutes. I've never received a incorrect order. The employees are friendly and pleasant so no problems there. Food- Today was a Double Cheeseburger and Spicy Nuggets and it set me back about $11. It was completely as expected Hot, juicy beef with the toppings I specified. The Nuggets were hot in temperature and spicy hot and crispy. A satisfying lunch! If you patronize them, especially if you have the app, you need to check it out. The old system had tiers based upon your yearly spending. My tier was Captain. There was also Subway Cash. This has all been revamped. The new system is "Every 4th Footlong Free!" 1 Footlong = 1 stamp 6-inch sub = 1/2 a stamp 3 stamps = 1 free Footlong This seems much simpler than the old system and I'm looking forward to seeing how it performs. There is also still Subway Cash. I'll leave it to you to read the fine print. For this visit, as usual, I used the App to order the Footlong, 5-Meat Sub with all my usual add-ons. The App performed perfectly. Ambience- This is a clean, typical Subway. I always order on the App and never eat in so the only thing I really care about is cleanliness and it's always been spotless.
