Overall, it was ok. The one gripe I have with Culver's is that EVERY TIME I get their burgers, the cheese is NEVER melted. On the Pub Burger, the bun was not even warm and the patties were not hot like I was expecting. The flavor was good, just not a hot meal which was slightly disappointing. The cheese curds were delicious as always. So all good there. I probably would order this pub burger again before it leaves their menu, but hoping it's hotter next time. read more

I stopped by the Culver's in Apopka last minute after finding out about their limited-time CurderBurger (a burger with a giant cheese curd). At first, I thought it might be too much, so I split one with my fiancé. Boy, was I wrong lol. We almost went back for another because it was that good! Splitting it was a mistake because half just wasn't enough, lol. Since it's only available until October 14th, I highly recommend grabbing one if you're a cheese-lover. We also tried the new Cereal Concrete Mixers. I had Lucky Charms and he had Cocoa Puffs. Both were so good and honestly made us feel like kids again. Next time, I'm definitely trying the Cinnamon Toast Crunch! Not only was the food amazing, but this location really stood out. I found out it's ranked in the Top 20 out of over 1,000 Culver's nationwide, and you can absolutely tell why. The restaurant was spotless, modern, and gave off "commercial-worthy" vibes. The restroom and dining area were really clean. The service was helpful, nice and quick. The food was fresh and hot. I had the cod fish sandwich with fries. After eating thoughts: The sandwich was very soft. I think I would've liked the fish more if it was more firm if that makes sense The fries were hot and fresh. I didn't even miss the ketchup I meant to grab. The sandwich is way bigger than the Filet-O-Fish. It's definitely fresher as well. I will try it again but maybe ask for the fish to be cooked "well done" the bread and fish may have been the same texture--soft and light. read more

I'm from California and my husband brought me here because apparently I had to taste Culver's... let me tell you, I will be coming back here multiple times! I love In-N-Out and Culver's I would put right up there if not better than In-N-Out. Flavor of the burger was fresh, soda was fresh. The pretzel bites were chewy in the best ways. The cheese sauce hit perfectly. This is the first fast food place I've ever been to that has custard and we got it in the concrete mixer with strawberry and chocolate cake bits - it was amazing!!!! Dining area was clean. Restroom was the cleanest I've seen in any fast food chain. Service was very nice. We were served by Zach, who was apparently was the general manager and he was delightful. He gave us good tips on the menu and was very welcoming. Highly recommend this location! Hope Culver's comes to California soon! read more

At the speaker, the associate, Jaden, guided me through my order when I mentioned it was my first time. He was patient, helpful, and had great customer service. I ordered the bacon burger meal with a sweet tea, and had a scoop of custard. The temperature of the bacon burger was underwhelming, but the fries were nice and hot. I wasn't a fan of the cheese sauce--it had a pasty kind of consistency once it started to cool. The food, ultimately, tasted good, but the custard was the best part. My husband and I particularly enjoy the double burger and shake when I have coupons, because they allow 1 person to use both coupons. There are plenty of choices, and the atmosphere is pleasant. When a group of us get together for lunch there, I've never heard a complaint about the food, so one of these days, I intend to try some different entrees. However, I've discovered my absolutely favorite shake combination--hot fudge and expresso--so I'm not likely to switch. Last night's burger was overpowered by the onions, and the tomato lacked flavor, but that had not happened before, and it was still a good burger; adding the barbecue sauce helped, too. As always the staff is fast, friendly and gets your order correct. The location was clean and had plenty of seats. My husband had the Cod with fries, chili, and a pumpkin caramel concrete. I had the Buffalo chicken tenders with fries and a chocolate custard with peanut butter sauce mixed in. Everything was fresh, flavorful and served at a great temperature. The Cod had a crispy, light batter and the buffalo tenders were impeccably spiced and are always made with real chicken tenders not pieces of chicken pressed into shape. The custards were creamy and rich deliciousness. Rating from F to A +++ I give it an A +++. We will definitely eat here again. read more

Don't waste your time or money. Not sure how this franchise grew so quickly. They serve cold food which wasn't cooked right in the first place. I have gone to this location twice and another I think Palm Bay. Same deal. You get a cold burger with cold cheese. How do you serve a cheese burger that doesn't have melted cheese? Breads are terrible whether regular or preztal. The fries are undercooked and also cold. Cheese curds taste oily and days old and you guessed cold. They claim fresh but isn't. They are from Wisconsin, respect the cheese! The custard, nothing special. People just like the sugary add ons. The staff are clueless, like robots. Slow impersonal service. Horrible service. I ordered a shrimp dinner with a concrete mixer from Uber eats, my concrete mixer was made incorrectly. I also paid for 2 sides of cheese sauce which wasn't included in my order. The bag was sealed when it was delivered so I know the Uber driver didn't mess with my order. I called the store and told them my items were missing and the ice cream was made incorrectly and they basically told me there was nothing they could do and I couldn't get refunded for the extra cheese causes. My first visit. Staff was courteous and efficient; in spite of heavy traffic (noon Sunday), my order was delivered in a reasonable time and everything was clean and well-kept. Butterburger: just as the name suggests, deliciously rich and tasty. Cheese curds: super-salty, but good. Chili: just about perfect, not excessively greasy or spicy (no hot sauce available, though).
