I had THE BIGGEST craving for a cheesesteak and had just seen this place (now called Philly bros) on the think about it podcast. When I looked at the address and closing time, they were closing at 8 and we would be arriving at 7:40 so I didn't want to make them make us a sandwich so late right before closing but the craving was so bad that we just decided to go. We got there at 7:40 and were greeted so lovingly by Ava (the owners sister). I began to apologize for being so late and making them do more work and that's when the owner (Jack) walked in and mentioned how it was not a problem and reassured me that if they had to serve me at 8pm then they would. They made the atmosphere so delightful and it allowed for the food to be that much better. Not only were the Philly's PHENOMENAL!!!!! But the service was absolutely incredible 10/10! We already can't wait to come back and bring our friends to try them out and meet them. Side note: IT IS SUUUUUUUPER CLEAN! It does not look like your typical sub spot where it's more run down and dinghy. Literally - a hole in the wall that's a hidden gem! How haven't we've seen this place before? Thanks Yelp! My fiance was craving some cheesesteaks. This was the first place to pop-up. We walked in and you can smell the grilled meat through the restaurant. The family-owned business was very welcoming with a big "hello!" We ordered two classic cheese steaks with fries and a drink. The steaks are made to order and the fries were so crispy. For the two of us, we spent a little under $22. Bread was soft, portions were perfect. My husband and I tried this place for lunch recently and we're very very pleased. The food was tasty. The staff was very pleasant. The place was clean, not much ambience, but it was comfortable. We were most impressed with the fact that they replaced a sandwich that they made wrong. We didn't ask for this in fact I said don't worry about it. It's fine. I'm shocked this place doesn't have more locations around because this place was AMAZING. Not a single thing was bad. Our servers, Ava, Remy, and Demien, weee all super nice and easy to work with. They even gave us a free sample of the fries, which were interestingly shaped, but tasted really good! For my order I got the bacon cheese fries and a 6 inch teriyaki chicken cheesesteak. The bacon cheese fries DID NOT DISAPPOINT AT ALL, I think they might be my one of my favorite fries of all time! The cheesesteak was also pretty dang good. Stacking Philly's has been sold and is now Philly Bros. With the previous owners they treated us as family. Their product was top notch and we made sure to visit often. My wife and I stopped in one day a short time before the takeover and the original owners were there as well telling us that it would be pretty much the same as when they owned it. We both got a steak sandwich and it was no where near the same sandwich. Bread size was smaller, less meat but same price. We may give it another chance in the future but for now we are not returning. Sad, because it used to be so good!! read more

This place is clean and nice, kinda slow with customers but the crew working it seem very nice and friendly.... They have a big menu of sandwiches and gyros. They don't serve fountain drinks it's all bottles and they have a lot to choose from. The sandwich I got was pretty good to be honest, the only reason I gave it four stars is I felt the 19 dollars with tip I paid for a sandwich and a drink with no sides. When we arrived, we were greeted by what I assume was the owner, who did an outstanding job explaining the menu to us and recommending some great options. The staff was really nice and attentive. One thing I particularly enjoyed about it was the fact that it had a lot of flavor and a little bit of a kick to it. My wife also enjoyed it. One of my friends ordered the Philly cheesesteak without the bread. They said the Philly cheesesteak was outstanding, one of the best they've had. I also ordered the carrot cake, and it was one of the better carrot cakes I've had, definitely one of the best in Orlando. My only regret was that we did takeout, and the fries we got didn't transport home as well as I wanted them to; they were a little waterlogged.
