Unfortunately when me and my family went through Culver's drive through(buckley) are service was horrible. One of my shakes out of five had metal on top of my shake maybe foil? We showed the employees and was told we could only remake that one shake. The manager Yon said " Im not remaking all because its a waste" with a attitude snatching the shakes out my hands my sister asked for a refund Yon said only four not the one they remade. We asked why cant all be remade?. my sister was concerned that all the shakes had this metal blended (foil?) inside our shakes. They acknowledged there was something but couldn't give to where it came from. "Maybe the blender". "Maybe the foil where the strawberries are" we were told to pull over to get are refund and we waited five mins just for that. Not returning. read more

Very disappointed! Nothing worse than getting home and ALL of your food is not there. I asked the young man was all of my food there and he nodded yes. It's just wrong the poor customer service were provided after we pay so much for there food. I called the manager as soon as I got home and told him what happened and his indignant response was: What took you so long to call! I explained I lived quite a ways away and the 5:30 traffic. His response was hed have to check into it and call me back. It took him 35 minutes to call me back with a poor apology and a offer to replace my sandwich and give me fries and a drink. I waited for this location to open for a while... so I looked forward to going here once it was opened. Well, today was the day and I will NEVER go back to this location. The cashier was literally a moron. I asked her a question about the difference between two ice cream items and she just stared off into space. I tried a different question... she spoke like she was high or something. So I mentioned it to the manager trying to be discrete and just as the cashier walked past us, the manager tried to make excuses for her but when I told the manager the cashier appeared to be high or something, she didn't seem surprised. Then it took them 10 minutes to finally get our two ice cream desserts - after three different employees had told each other that each one had already made our order. Biggest cluster I've seen in a long time. No "please" or "thank you".... Just demanding payment. I went thru their drive-thru yesterday at 1:30 pm and ordered a 10 piece shrimp basket. When I got home and opened the bag there was no shrimp basket. I called the store and got voicemail. I left a complaint and said that I would return the next day to get my shrimp basket. The next day, I tried to pick up my shrimp basket, but was told that they couldn't give it to me. They asked me if I had my receipt [which I did]. I explained that I had previously called the store and left a message. I also explained that I had left a complaint on the Culver website. BTW, their website asked if I wanted to be contacted about this matter. I said yes and provided my phone number and email address. I haven't heard from anyone. DO NOT GO to this Culver's [Buckley/Aurora]. They are not honest people. Being a new location is not an excuse for dishonesty. I LOVE their cod! It's fattening of course, so I added broccoli...Even the broccoli was delicious! The diet root beer was better than any place else other than specialty bottles only sold in rare stores. The restaurant is nicely designed and was very clean. Staff is young and new and still did a good job. In this part of Aurora, there aren't many decent fast food restaurants...McDonalds, Burger King... yuck! Culver's is my go to fast food restaurant! Went to Culver's for lunch on Wednesday. We got the Cod 2 piece dinner for us to share. It was more than enough for the two of us. And delicious especially the coleslaw so fresh. Everything was fresh made not sitting under a heat lamp half the day. The owner is a hands on employer she takes orders, prepares the food, serves and checks on you to make sure all is well. Welcomes you to Culver's. This location is always clean employees greet you as soon as you walk in. Allow you take time to decide on what you want yo order. You don't feel rushed. I've been to this location several times over the past month. Good news! Salads have been excellent, fresh, flavorful, and highly recommend the limited time offered Strawberry Fields! Another favorite, the butterfly shrimp yum! Bad news! Burgers are too greasy. Maybe consider a turkey patty option? Most of the staff are great! Some need to find a personality. I've been going to the Culver restaurant on Buckley and Mexico since it opened only a short while but I've enjoyed it up until recently I've gone there the last two times and had my order done incorrectly. The first time that it happened I overlooked it. But the second time the same thing happened now I'm a little upset. Called and talked to the owner at least that's what she said on the phone and told her that both times that I have come in a recently they've gotten my order wrong I always ask for the same thing so I know what I ordered I came through the drive-thru. I told the girl in the Drive-Thru that I wanted a deluxe burger but with only lettuce tomato and onions no condiments so no no mayonnaise mustard or ketchup. I said both this time in the last time that I wanted sauteed onions and mushrooms. I got regular onions both times no sauteed onions and no mushrooms either time the owner grilled me repeatedly on what I said where I was when I said it did anything up come up on the screen and no it did not come up on the screen I didn't even realize that stuff like that comes up on their screen but I didn't see it. She asked me repeatedly what I said I repeated myself three times what I said and she started to ask me once again what I said when I said it where I was was I inside was I outside and I repeated myself for the last time and she started in on me again I will never ever go back to that Culver's again they were completely and totally inappropriate in their response to my calling in to say that I had gotten my order made wrong twice now. read more

Horrible owners that don't know how to treat customers and employees let alone each other as they have shown publicly their harassment and violence among themselves. They're so wrapped up in themselves that they don't train their staff well enough to be proficient at their position as the orders would be constantly messed up. I waited until this place calmed down after the opening before going. I have been here multiple times, usually on the weekends, but my first time was during the day which meant there were very few people at 11:00 AM. In general the seafood is fine, the pot roast is very good whether it is in a sandwich or dinner. My biggest issue with this place is the management and the constant screw up on orders. All of my orders had a problem. Common theme in most reviews. You definitely need to check your order before leaving, regardless as to whether it is the drive or pick up inside the place. I might visit again if in a pickle but very disappointed with the service. Seems to be their major issue. By the way heir burgers are terrible dry and nothing on them. Ordered a double butterburger. Both of the patties combined were thinner than 1 single pickle, or 1 slice of cheese. Paper thin patties, I've had thicker bacon strips than these patties. We had the cod dinner, I don't know if it is the grease they use or if the grease is old, but it permeates the batter and the batter was inedible. Tried fish again when the walleye dinners were available. Same problem with the greasiness, but on top of that the walleye fillets are fried with the skin still on one side. The worst experience ever!!! A good day turned out to be a horrible day! My food was delivered with a wrong food item. My elderly deaf aunty was unaware and ate the curds when the guy gave our plate. I looked at my receipt and went to the counter to explain we got the wrong item. I have gone to many restaurants, mistakes happen and customer service is pretty simple. Our apologies we will make it better. Due to COvid we do not accept anything back once it leaves our counter. The staff were afraid to mention a wrong item and waited for this elderly guy to come to the counter. He got pissed at me yelling at me that if you got the wrong item don't eat it. It doesn't matter was my response, health guidelines means it's a no good item. I said it was a mistake that my aunt still doesn't understand, she's deaf doesn't sign and ate what was on the tray. He demanded I bring the wrong food item back, and as I was conversing with him that it's wrong he took my fries which I was waiting for and literally dumped it in the trash. She ate one curd from the bag and immediately said oh no wrong item and went to the counter. I have never had that type of customer service before! NEVER then he told me he's the manager and the owner and yelled at me he's calling 911 the cops. I said go ahead I will wait. I went back and had my aunt finish her lunch. Oblivious on what had happened except she saw by looking at me and the guy that something was wrong! I told this guy if he's the owner I hope karma comes back to this establishment! We have been there about four times since their recent opening and have not any regrets. Personnel are personable and friendly even during the crush moments. So far the Butterburgers have been our fav, I am not usually a fan of crinkle fires but these were the exception. On another visit we ordered the Cod platters and they were the flakiest and non-greasy, did not give a hint of being previously frozen, liked their cole slaw with these as well. So for Cod these are keepers. Also enjoyed the pumpkin spice concrete mixers which we kept in our freezer to enjoy later. Were not a fan of the pretzel bites and the onion rings were OK but since the fries were a pleaser not a problem. All in all there was plenty to like and glad to give them five stars.
