Food is pretty decent here, rate it much better than say your average fast food place. The service can be hit or miss depending on the time of day. They even hand you a number in the drive-thru where you'll have to pull to the side and wait. Overall not bad, recommend it for a dinner. Burgers have a very good grilled taste. However, we came down with severe food poisoning; thank God our 1 year old didn't eat what we did. The water in the Men's room is too frigid to use in the winter. I don't know how employees can wash their hands. Half the employees are rude or act like they don't want to be there. If your a regular, they are annoying and make fun of you for coming so often. This particular culvers is okay. It's close to home and has great desserts! The food is good too, but sometimes a little bit on the oily side. The service is iffy, depending on what time you go there. It seems like the older people who work there are more customer friendly than the younger ones, but I guess that comes with the age group :) Great place to go after a movie since they open late! read more

Culver's is a nice change of pace from some of the other fast food chains in Bellevue. They have a variey of menu items although known for their Butter Burgers and Custard. The kids love their chicken strip meal. The reason I like them is it is clean, staff is friendly, food is fresh and made to order and the price is competitive. They make great burgers and good french fries (meaty krinkle cut fries), would like them a tad crispier but are still very good. Plus free refills on your soda pop. Often times I don't think of Culvers because the buidling is somewhat remote on 36th street by the Movie Theater. However, everytime I go I am generally pleased. The butter burger is a must when going to culver's although this location did not serve it justice. Additionally the drive thru is poorly organized and the management was very barbaric barking over the phone. Although if you do want some frozen custard on the fly then make sure to come to this location. I mean how hard can it be to put ice cream in a cone or ranch with your bag . I just moved to Omaha, and received a BOGO offer for my nearest Culvers. I've had them before in another state and they do make good hamburgers, but a bit overpriced. Like any fast food restaurant, the pictures make you hungry, but my sandwiches looked like a mess when I took the wrapper off. read more

I went to Culver's five years ago went we first came out to Nebraska to visit family. We went back tonight to enjoy the food again. The cheese curds are so awesome!!!! Had the pretzel bites to and the cheese sauce which also was amazing. Very clean and friendly restaurant to go to. Of course we also had to try the dessert which to me is also good. Soft serve ice cream was very mediocre. Couldn't do a real twist with chocolate and vanilla, even though cashier said "oh yeah, certainly". Okay in a pinch. Waffle cone was $4+ basically filled just over top. I think I was charged for a double scoop. read more

I went to Culver's Monday night. The Server was rude and continued to text while sitting in chair at the counter. She said only here or to go then $28. Shouted at employees. Single bagged 4 pints of ice cream saw bag tear when I picked it up. I motioned to the bag. She growled What?! Should have called for management right then and there. But I foolishly thought the food is great. I can handle her rudeness. The meal leaked all over bag. The swiss burger was dry and mushed. My dog liked it. the bag broke in car and I had to play chase the pints. The blackberry cobbler pint ice cream had literally, no blackberries none and only 3 individual oatmeal flakes. It costs $5 some change a pint. I used to come in once a week and spend $28 each time. The service and the food just keeps going down hill. Well, I'm done and I am not going back anytime soon. Food: Just visited Culver's for the first time with the family. Burgers were great; not too greasy and very filling for the price. The bun, burger, pickle, and ketch/must all tasted very fresh. The fries were delicious and we had a salad that was great too. Atmosphere: Restaurant was very clean and the restaurant is designed well too. Customer Service: The cashier was very nice and informative. He made suggestions for our family to try since this was our first visit. My wife and I moved to Bellevue about a year ago and had never heard of Culver's prior to this. We stayed in the Marriott next door for about a week prior to moving into our house so we decided to stop in and give it a try. We were very pleasantly surprised. Everything was cooked to order, the burgers were great, the walleye was great, cheese curds, ice cream so on and so forth. What can I say, I dig the food here and I really dig the frozen custard and their flavors of the day. On this visit we brought myself and 12 of my favorite family members. Love to pop in after a movie, or before sometimes. I love the fish baskets and sandwiches. I've tried the butterburger a couple of times. Tastes great but you can feel your arteries start to clog up with all the butter they use on the buns and burger. The staff is awesome, albeit very young. read more

I had the beef pot roast sandwich which was awesome! And the raspberry frozen custard was just dreamy! I like that this is "fast food" but the atmosphere lends itself more to lingering. I stopped into Culvers for the first time today for lunch. This place may have just became one of my top 5 fast food burger joints. The cleanliness and feel of the restaurant took away the fast food aura you get from other chains. Its has a comfortable feel as it seems the cashier/ordering area is in a way seperated from the dining area. I tried the pub burger which was fresh and delicious with a side of fries that were piping hot out of the fryer. The staff delivering the food to my table was very welcoming. I topped the meal off with an awesome vanilla shake on the way out of the door. Great quality and fresh food in an amazingly clean restaurant will always get my business. read more

Love eating here. They have good custard and the best cheese curds. They make the food fresh and it is nice and hot. Some of the food is a bit greasy though and when you get a peach shake the peaches are too big to get through the straw and some of the peaches are bad. So, I just use a spoon instead. I like how they use fresh fruits for their sundaes and shakes. read more

My husband and I went to get ice cream after being tempted by those enticing commercials on tv. Unfortunately, the service was terrible. We ordered a malt and a concrete blizzard, but our total was only $2 and some change. So when we got to the window we asked about the price and the girl didn't ring up our second item. On top of that, they rang up a shake instead of a malt. We asked them to fix the mistake and I could see the snarl on their faces. Culver's is a kid favorite. Free scoop of frozen custard with a topping with the kid's meals. I enjoy the Culver's Deluxe burger. Fries are okay, not outstanding. The custard is really good and the flavor of the day keeps things interesting. A good place to stop and grab a bite. Very close to the Twin Creek movie theatre. read more
