Came to this Culver's on my way out of Blue Springs on my way back home. I needed a good meal to start my journey, and with no Whataburgers around, I needed a good place that was a step above the value menu fast food places. Culver's did the job. Service was great as always. Nice people, and the food came out just as fast as it needed to. No complaints here. As for the meal itself, it was the expected standard. Good bun, good patty, good toppings. Fries and cheese curds made for excellent sides. And that concrete dessert they offer might be the best treat like that you can get through any drive-thru in the country. So overall, no this isn't a Michelin Star joint that's earning five stars. But it is the kind of joint that delivers what it's advertising. What else can you ask for. read more

The price of fast food is going up, but convenience is a premium. Tips: If you want a burger that's better than McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's, etc, you'll want to come to Culver's. read more

This used to be my favorite fast food for fresh hot food and great custard. My last 3 visits, I've asked for them to make my concrete after my food was done, and they keep making my concrete when they get the order I guess. My concrete are melted and if I wanted a shake I would order one. The fish dinners are a rip off. I get the one piece Cod dinner and here lately, they've been the size of a fish stick. So 16.00 for the fish dinner and a melted concrete today was the last straw. I probably won't be a regular customer anymore. read more

I absolutely love Culver's. The food is always hot and delicious. But for some odd reason, a hot fudge Sundae is always hard to make correctly. (This is the third time in a row we've been to the same Culver's with the same outcome). The first time it was missing whipped cream and a cherry. The second time...same thing. The 3rd time they remade it, it had the whipped cream and a cherry, but no hot fudge. They allowed us to keep the second one, so my husband combined the two to create a hot fudge sundae. read more

The food was good. It was hot on arrival. The ice cream was good. I wasn't a fan of the curds. The tater tots were good.

The service at every Culver's I've visited is amazing. Where do they find so many happy, friendly, hard-working teenagers? People go for the custard, cheese curds, and "butter burgers" (in that order), but their salads and veggie burger are good too. read more

It's been right about a year since I decided to try again. My mistake let's start with the Ice tea it was good. With all the positive out of the way let's get into it. Slow is a good word and I mean slow only one car in front of me. Now before I hear they may be understaffed. I counted 12 on the front line. So let's cover the good. The fries were cold and not cooked completely mushy and cold. My double butter burger was over cooked a piece of charcoal may have been better. lastly the bun was hard any just sad. If they cook the food fresh then why this mess. So sad. Still disappointed. I remember when there was amazing quality and great service. I keep hoping that will come back. It hasn't! read more

Culver's is conveniently located to my home, so it's my go-to place when I have multiple errands to run. The associates when taking your order inside or in the drive-through have been nothing but pleasant, and I don't feel rushed. It's why I recommend this place. read more

This is busy place. The burgers are great. The fries are a lot like Braums. The custard is smooth. If you are looking for a fast food burger and custard, this is a great stop. The price is more expensive than most fast food burger joints. We can go to a nice fine dining place and get a gourmet burger for the about the same price. read more

ordered a scoop of ice cream with the free scoop token they hand out. lady over the speaker said she added it and assured me they could make it the flavor of the day. i hand over my token, the cashier is confused and asks me why i handed him that so i reply "for my scoop of ice cream i ordered" and he takes it and charges me for the rest of my order. i am never handed ice cream. why would you accept my token if there wasn't ice cream on my order?? i had saved that token for a day i could take my little brother out and it was wasted due to carelessness. read more

Love! Love! Love, Culver's! The Butter Burgers with cheese. The crinkle cut fries! And, oh my! That custard! Silky, creamy, sweet! The vanilla is fine, but, "Give me the chocolate and nobody gets hurt", as they say. My all-time special custard favorite is the choclate with Reese's Peanut Butter Cups chopped up in it. It only comes up once or twice a month. Not nearly often enough! Be sure to pick up a schedule of the daily custard flavors. Chocolate and vanilla are always available, but the others come and go. Always ask for a sample taste of the day's special flavor! If you just missed your favorite flavor by a day or two, there is a freezer with small containers of previous days' flavors that you can purchase. If a dish or cone of custard doesn't quite do it for you, try the malts and shakes, root beer floats, concretes or sundaes with your choice of 30 toppings and mix-ins, or a lemonade or lemon ice. Pepsi products are at the serve-yourself beverage counter, along with teas, etc. My hubby likes the salads there. The offer several: Chicken Cashew, Classic Caesar, Garden Fresco, Strawberry Fields, and a side salad. There is a wide variety of Butter Burgers with various combinations of bacon, mushrooms, cheddar, Swiss, or American cheese, on bun or sourdough, dressed as you like. There are also chicken tenders, and sandwiches including: Hot dog, ham and Swiss, pork tenderloin, grilled Reuben melt, shaved prime rib, turkey sourdough BLT, flame roasted chicken, crispy chicken, beef pot roast, and North Atlantic cod. Sides include: Crinkle cut fries, seasoned green beans, mashed potatoes and gravy, cole slaw; and prime sides like onion rings (hubby says they are good, but not great.), chili cheddar fries, and dairlyland cheese curls. Homemade soup specials change daily, I think. There are kids meals, and snack-size burger/fries/drink specials. And, they give a senior discount if you're the right age, and ask for it! The service is friendly, and FAST! You walk in, peruse the menu board, order your choices at the front counter, pay, and are given a little numbered plastic stand. (Special requests are graciously accommodated.) Get your drinks and condiments at the serve-yourself area, find a seat, and a server brings your meal to you. Most of the time, by the time we have our drinks and condiments, the server is walking around looking for our number! The dining area has light-colored wooden tables and chairs, and large photos of local employees on the walls. It's fun to see if you can spot one of the faces! The atmosphere is light and bright, and they usually do a great job of keeping everything clean. There are three or four TV screens mounted high in the corners, tuned to the day's top sporting event, in case you need your game fix. I am sure we eat here more often than is good for our health, but it's really irresistable ... especially when we have a coupon! Food was great as always. Friendly staff, but why is everything so sticky?!?! Restroom floor was like walking through a giant glue trap, table was sticky so we moved to another one which was wet. Also noticed a number of flies buzzing around and you could smell the fryer grease trap while sitting at a table. Been to a lot of culvers food is pretty consistent so it's the employees and the cleanliness that make the difference. This one misses the mark on cleanliness. read more

When I walked in there was an employee at the outside area of the counter (no greeting at all). I stood right at the counter, no line. Maybe 2 cars in drive thru, yet not a single person would come out front to help me. Apparently they were all too busy laughing and having their conversations in back. For the first couple of years culver's was always a "go to" option for us. Their burgers a a bit too salty for my tastes, but still much better than most. The French Fries WERE the best! They were simple old fashioned crinkle cut yummmm! That went perfect with their burgers. About a year ago, they changed to those awful, crappy fries that are coated with some nasty batter - not unlike Burger Schling's famously horrible fries! I gotta say that since the change to the new fries my family passes up Culver's 9 times out of ten for lunch or dinner - easily loosing $40-50 each month from us. Why are so many restaurants going to those coated fries? They simply taste bad, and ruin the "burgers and fries" experience. Their shakes and malts are still one of the best though! read more

Visited the local Blue Springs, MO. Culvers, today, at 2:30 PPM, 3/4/22. Went inside to order, not the drive through Extremely disappointed. We ordered 2 fish dinners to go, One was a 2 piece cod, the other was a 2 piece walleye, with a choice of 2 sides per dinner. Selected, fries, coleslaw and paid extra to try the fried curds. ($4.79). Total cost of the 2 dinners was $29.55. The service was good. Professional and knowledgeable. Received our to go order promptly (GUEST 30 ARCH to go Trn:1982246). Placed the order in an insulated container in the car to keep it warm. We live 2.8 miles from the location. Opened the plastic containers and put the contents on kitchen plates. Still warm but the fish breading was soggy on the bottom, and the container was oily/greasy and the fish was barely crispy on top and had zero flavoring (salt, pepper, spices etc.). Totally bland overall and tasteless. The fries appeared to be, and tasted like, frozen fancy cut fries, barely cooked (fried or oven baked) and flavorless. The cheese curds were also tasteless and the texture was like chewing rubber bands. The coleslaw was creamy and tasty, but that was the only positive, and not worth $29.55 for the meal. We ate less than 25% of the order, then trashed the remainder. read more

Holy moly they were quick!!! We had a group of 20 come in unannounced and they put us on three registers and it was rapid fire! Very polite And personable!! 3 fries were mixed up and an Ice cream order but they were so kind and quickly fixed it!!! We will be coming back next time the team is in town! read more

So I came to the store tonight 12/9/14 and I ordered the Pub Burger basket. I have no idea what kind of addictive liquid they put on the burger as a sauce, but, it is amazing. My family and I like Culvers but this location leaves a lot to be desired. More than one time it took forever to get our custards in the drive thru and one time they had us move up and forgot us all together. Our most recent experience was more of the same. Cars behind us received their frozen custard and then when we received ours it was melted. Overall their is a lack of urgency and attention to detail. I'm not sure if we will be returning. read more
